Very close to the tourist part, it is nice, clean and the people are very friendly. The only thing is that the breakfast bread was old and hard.

We went in a group of 3 and we have booked a triple sharing room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. It was so nice of them to automatically upgrade us to a family suite with 2 double beds and a much bigger size room, when we were doing the check in. Breakfast was quite a reasonable spread. Value for money hotel.

The phone in the room and at the front desk did not work. If there was a problem, I had to go downstairs to deal with it. It was very troublesome. The light switch in the room was blocked by the bed and could not be used. Finally, the waiter came and changed to a family room with no view at all. I was not happy with the money spent. accommodation experience.

In diesem tollen Hotel etwa 15min (zu Fuss) vom malerischen Zentrum von Hoi An entfernt habe ich 2 Mal übernachtet. Die Zimmer waren gross, sauber und mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, das Frühstück reichhaltig und das WLAN hat auch gut funktioniert. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und es hätte einen kleinen Pool gehabt (nicht genutzt). Alles in Allem ein toller Aufenthalt in einer faszinierenden Stadt!

I stayed at the Hoi An Rose Garden during my family vacation to Vietnam for two days, and I can honestly say it was the best hotel experience I have ever had. The infrastructure was pretty cozy, nothing too excessive, just a small place that is super cute, with a beautiful little pool in the front. The aesthetics of the place was amazing. The rooms were really nice and adequate. The whole place was really clean and organized. But, the thing that makes Rose Garden special is the service. The staff were super friendly and helpful right from the start. Ms Yen was the one who welcomed us in and she put in a lot of effort to make sure we had the best experience during our stay. She really was the best, and deserves high praise for the wonderful job she is doing.

What a lovely stay I had at Rose garden hotel, the staff, the food and the facilities were just amazing! Special thanks to Miss Yen for being so nice to me and always anticipating my needs! The pool is also very nice, not to mention great location
