We stayed during Memorial day weekend, so i knew the beach was going to be busy. The room itself was fine, but it had a broken window from the outside(fortunately it was an impact), tiles were coming off the walls and the walls themselves were thin. The hotel staff never enforced their own rules. There were residents that were rowdy at the pool till 3 A.M. When you call the front desk, there was no support since they close at 9 p.m. My biggest issue was with parking. I received an email from the hotel that stated one car is alotted per room due to lack of space. When i check in, I'm told by the staff that I'm out of luck on parking. Parking is by reservation only. Nothing that i have read or received stated that. That is BS!!

Room was not ready at check-in time of 4 pm until
5 pm. There is NO available parking. Had to pay for public parking about $100 a day. Ridiculous!

We verbleven 1 nacht met 2 volwassenen en 1 kind in executive junior suite. Alles was schoon en netjes. Weinig gebruik gemaakt van de kamer. Ligging perfect aan het strand.
