The ability to contact the hotel was a massive struggle. Getting maid service, or even extra towels when requested, proved to be futile. Upon entering our room, it was sweltering. Not very welcoming. Took 5-6 hrs to finally cool off...the time we had designated to sleep! The valet "experience" was very forgettable. Good thing we only had to pay through the nose to park EVERY day. And those 'resort fees' that have become all the rage...that was a nice hockey stick to the face. But the most irritating aspect, was the 'bracelet' and how it would sometimes work, and sometimes NOT work.

The experience here wasn’t all that great tbh. My family planned a birthday get together and they only allowed 6 people in a 2 bedroom apartment, they had confirmed that anyone could go up to the room as long as they didn’t stay but when we arrived they gave us a very hard time. Only 6 people per party can go into the pool area and they won’t even sell you a wrist band for the rest of the friends/family. The lady from the front desk was very rude and very unprofessional, calling us bro. When she finally decided to let us through we went straight to the room and realized that the furniture was broken and balcony was being repaired, something they didn’t tell my family when they booked that particular room. If you decide to stay at this hotel i suggest you call and verify every single detail before you book.

My family and I stayed here (now called Lyfe Hotel) and had a very good experience. Our condo was spacious with beautiful views of the ocean and intracoastal. The pools are very nice and the restaurant by the pool is very good. Thank you to Nadine at the front desk for helping make our stay so enjoyable.

The only thing I loved about this hotel was the location and my view. We had the change our room because it was not clean. There was a used pot sitting in the cabinet from previous rented with food and oil. Stains all over the place, one shower not working, sliding door did not lock. Moved to another room to a similar situation but we gave up at this point. Asked housekeeping for toilet paper for 2 whole days before we got one. The list goes on. Manager told us they would comp us resort credits but only did it for one night after she told us she would for two and see what else she can do. No one else from the staff was helpful. It was more like dealing with babysitters for the front desk rather than staff every question was I have to check with the manager and would never get any response from them. We rented a 2 bedroom and the pool would not give us more than 4 towels a day. I am unbelievably disappointed and will never return here again. Stop waiting for my checkout bill to be emailed to me it’s been 2 days.
