Obviously the best location at the edge of the peninsula. Old establishments and facilities are also old. Kept the room clean and the staff was amicable and helpful. I like the art paintings in the hotel. Less attractive bars and restaurants.

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the convenience and wonderful experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. The location was incredibly convenient for my needs, and I found the overall experience to be top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the great surf available nearby, as well as the cleanliness of the facilities. While the rooms may be on the smaller side, they were still comfortable and provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

A nice hotel with very helpful staff. The hotel has upgraded our room to a twin double bed. And as requested, they have allocated us to a newly renovation room on the high floor. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, making it convenient for shopping and dining. Overall, it's a good choice for travelers seeking a central location and decent accommodation at a reasonable price.

The day I stay was quite cold. I can’t sleep. Reception offer me small heater, i really appreciate that. Great location! The room is clean and helpful staff.

+ We were lucky to get the room that we booked (high floor sea view) + Very close to Sai Ying Pun MTR - The rooms are very small and it kinda smells abit - Very very very little leg room when you’re on the toilet bowl

Booked for family trip, requested two double beds and hotel made it for me (tho they didn’t reply my confirmation email). Room is spacious for Hong Kong, good location at Tsim sha Tsui and right in front of Isquare and beside Chong wing tower, expected 10min walk from mrt station. Hotel staff is friendly and react fast. No deposit requested. With quality conditioner and lotion. Recommend for people travelling to Hong Kong and prefers tsim sha tsui

Awesome service from all staffs at the hotel, we can leave the luggages in the early morning and go sightseeing in the secure area for luggage storage with staff monitoring all the time. The room is very clean and always fill in amenities with great support. Housekeeping cleans the room everyday and staffs are so nice. The lobby area has coffee and water 24-hour self service for all guests with light breakfast in morning time(bread, butter, jam,honey, fruit juice, coffee) that all you can eat. The staff always fill in stuffs.

We were satisfied for the stay in Hong Kong, booked Royal Plaza Hotel which was recommended by friend. Front desk staff is friendly. Location is convenient for taking metro, but not friendly for those taking A21, need to walk quite far. Good stayed for four of us. However the toilet also come out urine smell after using, no matter how many times we flushed. After cleaned by cleaner still the same issue. Another issue about bed bugs, i met this issue first time, didn't know this was due to beg bugs until I felt the itchness. So I decided to inform trip.com about the compensation from the hotel. Unfortunately Royal Plaza Hotel rejected by reason of not inform during the stay. My friend who stayed closer date with me, her kid also got bed bugs bites in this hotel. Anyway, I am happy with trip.com's customer service Jenny who assisted me to approached the hotel although there was nothing help, but she was able to claim some coin for me from trip.com. We won't choose Royal Plaza Hotel anymore in the future.

Need to walk about 7 mins to the nearest train station - Olympic Station. Nearby there is many eateries and marts. Good flow of hot water in the shower too. There is also shuttle bus service available. Only 2 lifts to service the whole hotel, can take quite a while to get a lift during rush hour.
