We stayed for a night with friend very happy with cleanliness and service. Staffs are very helpful and polite. Although location is slightly away from the Centre but transport is convenient to all amenities. We didn’t have a chance to eat in the hotel but within few minutes walk has some lovely places to eat, they serve lovely breakfast and dinner. I would definitely come back here again.

Front desk staff not knowing the pool opens at 7am to 10pm n told me 10am to 10pm. The house keeping staff told me no bottle water at room if need water got to boil tap water, but actually each floor had water machine to get water. Staffs not well trained at all.

The room was large, comfortable and bright, and the hotel facilities are very good. The rooftop pool is lovely and the fitness room is large by hotel standards, and well-equipped. The front desk staff were very helpful and gave great suggestions when we asked for recommendations on where to buy a specific item. The only disappointment was the breakfast, which was lacking in variety and fresh, healthy options.

Glad to be back for the second time. Room is super comfortable with spectacular harbour view. Great to see rooms are well equipped with filtered water dispenser. Excellent service front desk staffs are friendly and helpful, overall felt accommodated. Can’t get enough of the staycation and would surely return.

Pros: The location of hotel is good. Not so far from Jordan station but also not in noisy place Everyday cleaning Friendly stuff The beautiful view Clean bedsheets and towels Cons: The smell of old furniture in the room is strong. I guess there is a high humidity as in another buildings in Hong Kong. I recommend to change the carpet and wallpapers. About couple days after I didn’t notice the smell. The hotel has a great environment, convenient location, and good hygiene. It provides a great experience for business trips to Hong Kong, and the Victoria Harbour scenery is also beautiful. The location of the hotel is excellent, by just walking distance, you can enjoy fantastic view and delicious food. The panoramic view of Victoria harbour is just a stone away from hotel. The hotel room is big, clean and comfortable. Everything was just nice and worth to stay. The check in check out process is quick. The cafeteria is a good place to have talk with nice coffee and dessert.

Always a wonderful experience at our favourite hotel. The service was exceptional as the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The front desk staff are kind and attentive and always available to answer questions. The hotel was recently renovated but they’ve done well in preserving the rich history within its walls. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean and elegantly decorated. The location is perfect as it’s a quick walk from Nanjing Road, and the metro which makes it easy to explore the surroundings. Always happy to return.

Hotel is really old and run down, the whole place has damp carpet smell including in the rooms, the mattress in my room was so old in curved in like the shape of a boat, it was uncomfortable to sleep in. Maybe newly renovated rooms are better but I cannot say as I didn’t get that room type. But we do get what we pay for.
