The location is great, right in the city center of HK, and so one can go to Causeway Bay, Wan Chai & Central easily. Yet, the room is too small. For folks who are concerned with the room size, this hotel shall be avoided.

Regala Skycity do provide early shuttle bus to/from the Hong Kong Airport as early as 6am, but since we are on early flight at 8am, so we took a taxi which only 5mins to reach departure hall. We stayed at a Twin Bedroom this time, when we come back on 10JUL24 hoping they will let us change it into a King bedroom instead. Very comfortable airport hotel at a budget.

Location is very convenient, can get to the MTR station in a few mins! There is a mall and restaurants nearby too. The hotel itself is quite unique, it’s got different themes on each floor. Staff is good as well and room service is quite fast. Would defo recommend as the pricing is worth it.

I like the Regal for its convenience. HKIA has good food n practically find what u need there. Only thing they are lacking amenities in the bathroom. No shampoo or soap. It’s right at the airport. Don’t need to ride a shuttle. Service is excellent.

I rate this hotel 4.5 Stars. Super Clean, Comfortable, and convenient location. Don’t expect too much for breakfast. It just simple one. I stayed 5 days get up with the same choice everyday. I founded a hair on the pastry, but the manager already apologized to me. They should have been carefully when making the food. I will come back next time.

The Kowloon hotel is close to all amenities. What is more convient is that you get off East Tsim San shui MTR, take L3 -and you walk right into the hotel. The hotel is clean and has very basic amenities. It is definitely the cheaper option for Hongkong. The food prices are relative to what you pay for HK. The manager, Tempo , made us feel very welcome and upgraded us. He is so professional and was very friendly. If you're looking for a place to sleep and do sightseeing for a short stay, I would recommend this hotel. Just a place to sleep that is super convenient...

The location is excellent. The check-in and check-out processes are easy and quick. The only area that could be improved is the “sound proof” that sometime could hear the loud conversation from the hall outside the room.

Below expectations for a 4 star hotel. The double bed was two twin beds joined together. Seemed like the hotel only just ticked the boxes to get 4 stars. Glasses only had space to be placed under the sink, no place on the sink. There was no other space to place towels than above the toilet. The room was very small and dark, a bit worn down. The restroom looked clean, but was smelly. Public toilet smelly.

First time staying in this hotel. The room is quite big compare with others hotel. Booked Deluxe Family room but was upgraded to bigger room. Thank you for the upgrade! Room is clean, no weird smell, not dusty. Just next to Moko mall and Mongkok East MTR station. Very convenience. Will stay again at this hotel when we come back to HK.

Great service fuss free check in and check out, hotel staff are able to converse in English and Mandarin. Free shuttle bus around Mongkok is very convenient for guests to head out and head back to hotel.
Room is a bit small but that is expected of all hotels in Hong Kong. Guest has to refill water on their own, water dispenser is not on every floor so that can be rather inconvenient.

4.3/5
Excellent
JJanet ChuLocation of hotel was quite convenient because it's easy access to Yaumatei MTR station and Nathan Road.
Cleanliness was not up to standard due to old carpets in room caused bad smell once entering the room. Had reported to staff on day one when checked in, but nothing could be done due to other rooms also had the same situations.
Some of the counter staff were quite helpful, waiters working in Canteen were nice to clients. Highly recommended menu of breakfast could be revised every week, because long time staying clients would feel boring about the choices. House keeping staff were helpful too!
Strongly unsatisfied with the laundry machine on 18/F, due to totally three dryers were not well performed, clothes were still wet even though just put small portion of clothes.
After complained to front desk staff, nothing could be improved, they just gave a token to client to dry the clothes again! To waste another 40 minutes for drying again!
AAnonymous UserLocation is far from MTR , the nearest is TSUEN WAN WEST need to take taxi from OP mall. About 40-50HKD (depends on traffic)
The hotel service is great. But all the amenities disappointed. For a 4Star Hotels , I expected more of it. But there is no complimentary water *I’m Shocked! even though normally hotel gaves us A lot of complimentary water.
The receptionist say to us start 2 may. They no more giving us water. But overall thank you . 🙏🏻😇
JJohn SteveThe hotel was great. It’s near MTR station and can easily access. Lots of restaurants around and the staff are nice too. Breakfast was great, had a chance to taste exquisite Hong Kong cuisine. Overall stay was great! Will recommend to friends.
MMarianne Alexis AlmedaThis is our top 1 favourite hotel, The room was amazing very clean and spacious, i was expecting to have a complimentary toothbrush but they don’t have it. Thank you for the small cake our celebrant was so surprised and happy, sad part was we didn’t get to enjoy the pool area since the bad weather came. will definitely comeback here again!
LLuukThe hotel was quite expensive (HK$ 2143 for two nights), but we had a room of 13m2 which gave us a bit more space. It's in a lively district, with nightlife, public transport and the Peak nearby.
The rooms are expensive (which seems to be the standard in HK) but at least the bed is clean and soft, and the shower is strong, warm and adjustable.
We had a nice Christmas weekend in HK.
GGuest UserLocation is very good. Check in and check out are very fast. Staff are very polite and helpful. Only thing is that no free drinking water and converter are available. But definitely recommended as the price is good and location is very near to the visa center.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit out of the way from main tourist area- Nathan Road. It is about 15 minutes from the nearest tube station. The east and south of hotel is surrounded by some small metal retails commerce and car repair shops. I didn't like the metal and repair smells. The west of the hotel is one block away from a shopping plaza and also a lovely park. My taxi driver didn't know the hotel location until I gave him the address. The hotel entry is not easily spotted. The hotel reception is on the third floor. It looks bigger in the picture than in reality. I booked the 2 nights stay as I thought it is in a new reclaimed land area. I thought the hotel is located in a residential area. Considering the hotel is only 2 years new, I would expect the lifts are in best condition.
I would appreciate the staff at the front of the desk with some smile. The lady in charge of the breakfast was lovely.
The rooms are small, but designed to maximize the space. They are clean and the shower is great.
RRonaldThe perfect place to relax before entering HK downtown, or after leaving it. It shows signs of the time passed but it is totally OK. Chinese or Western breakfast available. Smack on the beach with an outdoor ground terrace. Super quiet in the evening. It can be reached by bus from Tung Chung bus station or by ferry from HK. Nice walks are to be had too, to hill tops or beaches. HK airport is on the other side of the island, and you can take the Ngong Ping cable car to the big Buddha from Tung Chung. If I get back to HK I will relax in this hotel first.
BBk64The room is big enough for two but the hotel needs a bit of a facelift and they room key access need an upgrade.
North Point MRT is just around the corner and the morning wet market is right in front of the hotel. Amazingly they cleaned up well after the morning frenzy.
You will be surprised Victoria Harbor is so close if you walk towards the sea side.
KKrisOur recent stay at The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui was a mixed experience, with both positive and negative aspects that shaped our overall impression.
Pros:
Convenient Location: The hostel is strategically located in a lively neighborhood, providing easy access to public transportation and local attractions.
Polite and Friendly Staff: The staff at The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui were consistently polite and friendly, contributing to a positive atmosphere during our stay.
Cons:
Noise and Capsule Size: Despite reminders to keep quiet, other guests in this capsule hotel often failed to follow the guidelines, leading to disturbances. The capsules are too small, and the thin mattresses made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience. The lack of proper ventilation necessitated opening the capsule door for air conditioning, affecting overall comfort.
Unpleasant Odors: The pervasive smell of mothballs throughout the facility was overwhelming and contributed to headaches during our stay.
Capsule Movement Disturbances: Guests occupying the bottom capsule may experience sleep disruptions due to excessive movement from capsules above, highlighting a design flaw in the sleeping arrangements.
Small and Unsanitary Toilets: The restroom facilities were cramped, not sufficiently clean, and could benefit from improvement. While disposable towels and toothbrushes were provided, the overall cleanliness fell short of expectations.
Disposable Slippers: The disposable slippers provided were criticized for being too small and thin, prompting a preference for wearing socks in the supposedly quiet areas.
Cleanliness Concerns: While generally clean, the hostel could benefit from enhanced cleanliness standards to meet the expectations of discerning guests.
Value for Money:
Considering the price paid for our stay, The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui offered a value that was close to average. However, with several areas requiring improvement, the overall value could be significantly enhanced through better amenities and services.
Conclusion:
The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui provided a close-to-decent stay with room for improvement in various aspects. The convenient location and courteous staff were overshadowed by issues such as noise disturbances, uncomfortable sleeping conditions, unpleasant odors, and cleanliness concerns. With a commitment to addressing these shortcomings, this capsule hotel has the potential to offer a more satisfactory and better value-for-money experience in the future.
