The hotel is great, the location is very good, taking a taxi to the city center for about 10 knives, the quiet environment is good, the front desk is very friendly and patient to answer all kinds of questions.

Not a bad place if you dont have what i can only logicly asaume to be menyal issues very clean

I arrived in the morning and thought I would leave my luggage, but it was good to be able to check in. It's a little far from the center, but there's no problem at this price.

Customer service here is the best we’ve had in Australia! All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. When we had an issue with our room, we were switched rooms with no bother at all - which was such a relief. Really reccomend if you’r staying in cairns ! Thank you!

The reception lady was very unfriendly. She did not explain to me how I could be able to get hot water as no kettle was not provided. They should give guidance to let me figure out what to do with this as it should be available. The hotel should make this little improvement so that customers can enjoy more without much uncertainty!

Bed is comfy, sheets are clean but blankets looks not washed, so we did not use it. Toilet is clean and love the shower. Facility is really old, needs updating.

This hotel is very good. We are a family of three adults and one child. The room is very large, with a double bed (1.5 meters wide) and two single beds, separate bathroom, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes, cutlery and forks. Spoons and toasters are very convenient. The hotel has no breakfast and no extra bed. It is suitable for a family. It can be said to be very good at this price. The hotel also has free parking spaces, free Wi-Fi, and a small swimming pool. The hotel is 1.2 kilometers away from the bustling beach area. You can eat and drink when you stroll. The location of the hotel is within the range of free pick-up and drop-off for day trips, which is very convenient.

The only regrettable hotel in Australia and New Zealand. Let me talk about the advantages firstly: it is close to the beach, only a few minutes walk, you can walk, no beach, and the sea water is cloudy. Walk to the city center for about half an hour and there are buses. Besides the disadvantages: the hotel is old, the Wi-Fi signal is often not available, the room is crammed, the kitchen operation table is next to the bed, and you have to be very careful when washing. Because I want to transfer from Cairns to Bamaga, I booked this hotel. I am optimistic that it is relatively close to the airport, about 5 kilometers.
