けんちゃん(青団団長)I'm a Japanese guest who stayed on July 13th, 2026.
The owner, or perhaps the man at the front desk, was very helpful and assisted me in English. The first floor is a cafe, so there isn't really a common area for guests to relax in, as it's used by regular customers.
The shower is inside the room (separated by a door). The sink is also in the room, so there's a possibility of noise if your roommates come back late. I wore earplugs and fell asleep quickly, so it didn't bother me much.
Shampoo and conditioner were provided, but the dispenser on the left was broken and unusable. I'm not sure if the middle one worked; I was too lazy to check and just washed my hair with water.
However, it was very clean. There were no strange smells or insects. The air conditioning was on full blast, which was a bit of a downside as it got quite cold. I couldn't find the remote control. There was no duvet, just a single sheet. You'd need to wear extra clothes to stay warm.
Despite that, the location is excellent. It's not tucked away in an alley but on a bright street, with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Toothbrushes and bottled water were also provided! Overall, I'd say it's a good hostel for its 2000 yen price point.
The Wi-Fi was incredibly fast.
Whether your stay here is comfortable or not really depends on your roommates.

Anonymous UserI chose this sleep pod at Hanoi Airport for a long international layover, and it exceeded my expectations. The independent, enclosed pod design, though compact, was fully equipped. The bedding was clean and odorless, and the lighting was soft, perfect for a short rest. The soundproofing was excellent; even with the airport bustling, I had a quiet environment to sleep in. The staff were friendly, and the check-in process was quick and easy. They support hourly stays, which is flexible for transit needs. The amenities were complete, including slippers and a storage area, and even large luggage could be stored properly. The only downsides were the lack of clear signage, making it a bit tricky to find at first, and the need to use public restrooms. Overall, it perfectly solved the problem of needing to rest during a late-night airport stay and helped alleviate travel fatigue. Highly recommended for transit passengers.

Guest UserThe dorm room felt like a Japanese capsule hotel. The mattress was very comfortable and clean, and fresh towels were provided daily. The staff were kind and attentive, even allowing us to store our luggage for free after check-out. The only drawback was the lack of an elevator.

This hostel is quite large and seems very professionally run, but it's not the kind of place I prefer because it feels very impersonal. Another hostel I stayed at in Hanoi was much better. There, the reception desk was low, making it easy to communicate directly with staff, and they would even smile and greet you as soon as they saw you. Here, however, the counter is very high – you can barely see the staff, let alone get a greeting. More importantly, everyone consistently gives off a cold, unapproachable vibe. This applies not only to the front desk but other staff members as well.

The hostel is quite a long way from the old city (further than I appreciated from the map). One of the public buses to the airport stops close by though.
Staff weren't all that friendly, in fact almost surly on check-out and late to start serving breakfast.
Wasn't explained anything on check-in about location of my room or the facilities, although they weren't hard to find. Long list of rules, including a large cash deposit and fines for breaking this and that.
Overall it was decent value for my one night stay. The facilities were clean and it's a nice building. The 6-bed dorm room was spacious, though the mattresses are quite hard and thin and there was no storage at all for luggage. All the bunks have privacy curtains, but the lower ones don't pull all the way across because of the ladders to the top bunks.

This is a great hostel and it was a relaxing spot to wrap up a memorable trip in Northern Vietnam. It was an easy 10 minute walk from the Hanoi Train Station after returning from Ninh Binh. The mattress was soft and space was very clean. The 4th floor common space was a great spot to read/work/relax. The staff were very kind and helpful. I look forward to coming back here.

Can trip.com help this hotel improve when it comes to cleanliness so that no one will be a victim of insects and at least what we paid for is worth it. I cant imagine myself on my stay in this hotel that I jumped out from my bed because the rat pass near my forehead while I was just resting and because of this I was awake until morning. They transfer me to another room but cant still sleep due the noise near my room. They transfer me again for the 3rd room, but I just really survived on my 3rd day because I get tired of telling them. On the third room, there is a fly, ants and other small insects. I dont know how they clean. So traumatic experience with the mouse,in my whole life, first time I experience rat crawling near my forehead and even the rat enjoy big bite on my bread that I place in my bag. Please trip.com,help this hotel improve if possible because I like to book hotels and flights thru trip.com.I was not able to take photos of the rat because of my nervousness that time.

I stayed here for 10 days and paid around $81 total, which is definitely a good deal if you're on a tight budget. However, the room was very small (around 4 meters wide) with only a small bed and a very thin topper instead of a proper mattress. After staying for 10 days, my back started to hurt from sleeping on it.
My room was also on the 5th floor, and the narrow stairs made going up and down a bit inconvenient, especially after a long day. There is a place to shower and use the bathroom, so basic needs are covered, but overall the conditions felt quite basic and somewhat uncomfortable.
In my opinion, this place is okay if you only need a cheap stay for 1–2 nights and don’t mind sacrificing comfort — I’d rate it around 6/10. But for a longer stay, I would recommend spending a little more money on a better place if you want a more enjoyable and comfortable travel experience.

Guest UserI stayed here for three nights in a mixed dorm. The location is pretty good — close to public transport, some cafés, and a few bars. That said, the area gets noisy at night, so light sleepers should bring earplugs.
The hostel itself is okay. Check-in was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly enough, though they seemed a bit disorganized during busy hours. The common room is small but has a few couches and a TV. It’s a decent place to meet other travelers, but there’s no real social atmosphere unless someone starts something.
The beds are basic — thin mattress, clean sheets, but the pillows are flat. Each bed has a reading light and one power outlet, which worked fine. Lockers are available, but bring your own padlock. Cleanliness is average: the dorm was swept daily, but the bathroom floors stayed wet, and the shower drain was slow.
Breakfast is simple (bread, jam, instant coffee). Free Wi-Fi works in common areas but not great in the dorms.
