Amazing
AAlvin Chew Jia LiangMy recent staycation at Classyc Hotel in Hanoi was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm hospitality and impeccable professionalism, setting the tone for a truly relaxing experience. The hotel’s elegant design, blending modern luxury with subtle Vietnamese charm, created a serene ambiance that made me feel both pampered and at home.
The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding, high-quality amenities, and stunning views of Hanoi’s vibrant cityscape. The attention to detail, from the fragrant toiletries to the complimentary local snacks, added a personal touch that elevated the experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the high-speed Wi-Fi kept me connected for both work and leisure.
The dining options were a highlight. The on-site restaurant served a delightful mix of authentic Vietnamese cuisine and international dishes, with fresh ingredients and bold flavors that left a lasting impression. The breakfast buffet was expansive, offering everything from phở to freshly baked pastries, catering to every palate. The rooftop bar was a perfect spot to unwind, with creative cocktails and panoramic views of the city at night.
The facilities, including the serene spa and well-equipped fitness center, were top-notch. I indulged in a traditional Vietnamese massage that melted away all stress, and the staff’s attentiveness made the experience even more special. The hotel’s prime location in Hanoi also made it easy to explore nearby attractions, though the tranquil atmosphere of Classyc Hotel made it tempting to stay in all day.
Overall, my staycation at Classyc Hotel was a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and cultural immersion. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a rejuvenating escape in the heart of Hanoi. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Great
SShatoudeshurenThe hotel boasts an excellent location and elegant surroundings, both inside and out. Its facilities are comprehensive and well-appointed, and the rooms are immaculately clean. The dining options are diverse, complemented by attentive service.
The check-in process and welcome were exceptionally warm, thoughtful, and attentive. I also had the pleasure of meeting the lobby manager, who had spent a decade working in China and possessed a profound understanding of Chinese history and culture.
GGuest UserRecently I spent 3 nights in Sapa and before returning to Singapore, spent a night in Hanoi at the La Siesta Boutique Hotel. The experience was a great one.
When we checked in, Ms Huyen Anh attended to us. She was conversant in both English and Chinese and took our questions patiently and answered them well. I feel she is a gem to the hotel.
On the next day, my missus misplaced her Hp in the Grab taxi on the way to the hotel but we were able to recover the Hp both through the help of the staff in the Red Bean Restaurant (which was housed on the 11th floor of the hotel) as well as the hotel staff including Ms Huyen Anh.
The food at the Red Bean Restaurant was another thing altogether. Not only was the food great, the service was top notch too. We ended up having our dinner, breakfast and lunch there.
I wish to thank both the staff of the La Siesta Hanoi and the Red Bean Restaurant for their great service and hospitality. Both the hotel and the restaurant have big Hearts.

AALZQThe hotel totally surprised us with a free upgrade to a spacious 3-bedroom apartment! It had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. The receptionist and bell boy were super friendly and helpful. Checking out was a breeze too.
Just a heads up, the hotel doesn’t provide toothbrush, shaving kit, or cotton pads. You might need to ask the receptionist if you need them.

LLeticia HsuFrom the time we stepped through the doors the service was excellent. We arrived and was surprised with a complimentary afternoon tea as your are checked in . Then the reception explains the map of the area and gives us a list of must try restaurants - and the recommendations are great !
Rooms are big - we got the family room - the bed and sheets and covers are sooooo nice . Love the deep bathtub . We don’t really have a view but it’s totally fine. Love the bath salts and shampoo scent
The location is off the busy street which is great , there’s a pharmacy next door . Everything is a max 10 mins taxi ride . Easy to get a grab
The service and hospitality of the staff is amazing and we’ve been to some other well known 5 stars but do not get the same level of service !
Now let’s move to breakfast OMG . Big shout out to Keith and Hannie who made a whole lot of difference . The buffet is only one row but the variety of local and western is great, I love the fresh fruit juices, love love love the cream caramel which is even better than the famous ones on the street . Love the pho .
I sprained my ankle while on the street and Keith offered to go to the famous cream caramel to buy me one to try (how sweet of him for offering) , Hannie offered to take my breakfast up to my room for me the next day and the manager at the hotel and reception was so concerned and offered doctors and ice. The level of attentiveness and hospitality really is genuine .
The decor is lovely and if there is one thing to fault is that the pool is not ready ! But we will be back . Thanks for making our trip wonderful

BBen25wLovely hotel, staff all very nice and helpful. The hotel is situated outside the ‘main’ city area, so visiting the old town etc requires getting a taxi, but it’s not expensive. There is an expensive supermarket next door and how you go to the main road and back, the only downside being if you order a taxi or delivery they may end up going there instead so check your Grab location is set to the lobby.
The room was great, very spacious and clean every day. It had all the amenities we needed to heat up food or wash some clothes after a long day walking around in the heat.
The fitness centre was good and the pool nice for a relax.
Nearby has some nice restaurants and bars, very expat focused so not the local feel, but very good food and coffee is easily found!
GGuest UserWe stayed in the hotel for the Têt festival. The hotel organised a countdown party in the rooftop bar where we saw the fireworks on the lake. It was fun.
The first day of the Snake year, there was banh chung, a traditional Vietnamese cake for ***** New year, at the breakfast buffet.
Staff is very nice and helpful.
The room was a bit small, but clean and at the back of the hotel. Except on ***** New year, we could hear some music, but after 11 pm, it was quiet.

Very Good
DDuweikaFacilities: The facilities were much better than I expected. Before going, I was worried that an apartment-style hotel like this might have poor facilities, especially in Hanoi. But to my surprise, it was very comfortable!
Cleanliness: The hygiene was also excellent, and housekeeping did a thorough job every day!
Environment: The area where I stayed was relatively quiet, and transportation was convenient! It was very easy to get around for my business trips every day!
Service: The service was great! If you order Grab food delivery to your room, you can leave it at the front desk, and someone will bring it up to you! Plus, everyone spoke English!
KKOK PAUThe facility is typical unless you enjoy the casino there, the Amenities are basic. The location is good except for the heavy traffic, can explore the surrounding areas especially the small alleys to experience the local lifestyle.
GGuest UserThe location of Victor Metropolis Hotel was indeed convenient. The reception staff was also very friendly and helpful. They were very well-mannered and would offer assistance whenever required. The hotel is around 9 storeys high, with a roof top bar at the 10th floor.
The room is relatively small, especially the toilet, with a bathtub shower area (that can make it very slippery to go in and out for kids/older folks). Sufficient amenities (such as soap/tooth brush) etc were provided, but be prepared that the quality might not be the best.
Also, do note that there isn’t a lot of socket plugs available for charging. You have to unplug either a bedside lamp or another appliances to charge your own device. Overall experience was alright for the price offered!
