As a ”low-key” traveler who is used to enjoying the journey quietly and never takes photos or writes reviews, I rarely take the initiative to share my accommodation experience. But this time I stayed in this hotel, which really made me want to strongly recommend it!
Hygiene: The hotel's hygiene standards can be described as ”cleanliness-friendly”. When I walked into the room, the first thing I saw was the spotless white sheets and quilt covers. The towels were made of Tencel + cotton, with a delicate texture; the bathroom surprised me even more. The toilet, sink, and shower area were all polished, and even the mirror looked like it was newly installed, which could clearly reflect every detail. What reassured me most was that the hotel's cleaning products were L'Occitane, and the big-brand series made people feel safe and comfortable to use.
Service experience: Service is a highlight of the hotel. I was particularly lucky that I happened to meet the proprietress who checked in in person and upgraded the private bath king-size bed room for free. The proprietress was amiable and enthusiastic, and patiently answered various questions. She took the initiative to care whether the guests would feel uncomfortable on the plateau, and prepared various emergency medicines for everyone. It can be felt that the boss lady treated every guest very sincerely.
Environment and atmosphere: The design of the hotel is very distinctive, with gardens, lawns, and streams. Although the garden is still under construction, it makes people feel very comfortable as a whole. When you wake up in the morning, open the window, and the fresh air blows in, you will feel very happy instantly. The decoration style inside the hotel is also very distinctive, and the materials are very particular, making people feel both fashionable and warm.
Details: The hotel adopts whole-house intelligence, and the most important thing is the small molecule water in the whole house. The attention to details really touched us. Special emphasis is on being particularly friendly to dogs, and preparing doghouses for dogs.
The warmth of the boss lady: I must once again express my special feeling that the boss lady is really the soul of the hotel. She will deliver breakfast to the room intimately, so that we can feel the warmth of home in a foreign land. She also often chats with guests to understand everyone's needs and feelings, and really treats every guest as a friend.
In short, this stay experience is unforgettable for me. Whether it is hygiene, service, environment or details, it is impeccable, and it beats some so-called five-star hotels in Xinduqiao. The enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the proprietress added a lot of warmth to this trip. If I have the opportunity to visit Xinduqiao, I will definitely continue to stay in this hotel and strongly recommend it to every friend!

EE0503****I added the butler's WeChat two days before check-in, and they patiently answered all my questions about our stay. This hotel truly lives up to its five-star guesthouse reputation; from the room facilities to the dining service, everything is top-notch in the area. My kids especially loved the evening bonfire party and making handmade pastries, and they had a great time playing in the ******* clothes provided by the hotel. I highly recommend this place!

GGuest UserI really have to talk about this hotel. We were driving on Highway 318 and came down from Xinduqiao, suffering from severe altitude sickness. This hotel has floor heating, an oxygen machine, and a very spacious courtyard. The rooms are all in great locations, and the view from the window is excellent. It was incredibly cold in March. That night, we were really struggling with altitude sickness, but by the next morning, we were fully recovered. In the past, when I drove on 318, I never had such good conditions. GGuest UserThe room is very large and the facilities are very good. I was praised by the girlfriend machine Amway. I praised the young lady who washed my clothes. A lot of clothes were washed for me. It was very warm. The service was very good. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious. I ate two bowls. It was very pleasant to watch the stars in the hot spring at night.

GGuest UserWe were driving from Tagong Grassland to Xinduqiao when we spotted this really unique hotel! ☺️ We immediately pulled over to check it out. The price was right, so we booked it online on the spot. The front desk lady was incredibly patient and super nice. She showed us a couple of rooms 😆 and the views from both were stunning. My sister ended up choosing the room with the curved balcony. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard, with excellent support. My Apple Watch even showed my sleep quality score as 90! That night, it snowed – experiencing all four seasons in one day on the plateau is no exaggeration! The room had underfloor heating, so it was warm and not dry at all. For breakfast, my favorites were the steamed dumplings and the tremella soup. Just look at the pictures for the comparison! 😘 Snow-capped mountains, high-altitude lakes, prayer flags, and meadows were all within sight. We even encountered some falling snow along the way – that's the ultimate romance unique to western Sichuan. Encountering the most breathtaking scenery in the shortest amount of time. The facilities are complete, and the service is excellent. Highly recommend staying here!

JJanchengnanI chose a smaller room, and it was incredibly comfortable. The service was very responsive. The room amenities were excellent, and the location was super convenient for getting around. It's close to the main road but cleverly avoids all the traffic noise. We were among the few guests, and on the second day, they even upgraded our room! Just a heads-up: it uses underfloor heating, so remember not to turn it off, especially in winter, even when you go out.

Environment: beautiful, the stairs have ambient lights, and the fireplace in the lobby on the first floor has a sense of atmosphere.
Service: Miss sister is very good, from the warehouse to find us bath towels. There is a little brother who will come to the hot spring patrol from time to time and ask if he feels uncomfortable.
Facilities: The shower in the bathroom is not very easy to use, and the wind of the hair dryer is a bit small. The floor heating is very slow, it is really cold when I first checked in, but I will be awakened in the middle of the night. If there is a humidifier, it may be much better.

The room is very soundproof, the night is quiet and there is no interference, and the golden forest sea can be seen by the window.
The store manager's thief is handsome, like a male model, take the initiative to help with luggage, the front desk check-in is no more than 3 minutes, and also intimately informs the free breakfast time and surrounding play routes. The attitude is particularly kind.
The room is more spacious than the picture, the decoration is simple and modern, and the tabletop and floor are spotless. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the sleeping feeling is excellent; the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water is sufficient and the water temperature is stable, and the toiletries provided are very comfortable. You can also soak in hot springs outdoors.

GGuest UserIt was a truly satisfying trip! The environment was fantastic, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a clear view of the mountains. The room was fully equipped, including a stereo, projector, electric blanket, and more. You could even watch the stars from the rooftop, which was truly a unique experience for a city dweller. It was so beautiful! The owner was incredibly welcoming, even peeling apples for us and cooking us yak beef soup in the evening. It truly made us feel like home! I'll definitely be back next time!
