1118130****The private hot spring in the room is an absolute gem! Soaking in the tub while gazing at the greenery outside, all my fatigue just melted away. The 7 different types of pillows are such a thoughtful touch – no matter your sleeping position, you'll find one that's perfect, ensuring a great night's sleep until morning. The butler service was warm and courteous, covering everything from check-in guidance to itinerary planning, always ready to assist with any request. The room was spotless and tidy, with exquisite attention to detail everywhere. You can also enjoy the lakeside scenery while taking a stroll. The shuttle service within the resort was always available on call, making getting around super convenient. Plus, I got to participate in a free calligraphy activity, and the instructor's explanation was detailed and engaging, offering an immersive experience of traditional culture. Every staff member was incredibly polite, from the doorman to the cleaning staff, all greeting guests with a smile. This stay was an absolutely fantastic experience!

GGuest UserThe perfect accommodation for relaxing in the mountains and visiting Mt Emei as a foreigner. Our villa had a beautiful view, lots of space and was very clean and modern. Our highlight was the hot tub on our balcony fed by fresh spring water.
The hotel is very helpful and offers all the services you need. Their driver picked us up and dropped us off at the Emeishan high speed rail station for free (the hotel is a 20 minute drive away in the mountains). For an additional small fee, they also transported us to and from the Mt Emei shuttle bus service (20 minute drive away).
The meals were very good. We were provided good breakfast (noodles and platter of fruits, vegetables eggs etc) and bought dinner both nights.
If you are a foreigner staying here, recommend that you bring extra cash as we had some difficulty paying with our foreign card on Alipay. Also be prepared with your translation app if you don't speak Chinese.

GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly welcoming! The entire hotel is spotless, and the rooms are simple yet clean. It's super close to Baoguo Temple, making it very convenient for hikers – only about 300 meters away! The hot springs also have several pools, which is a nice bonus. Parking is very easy too! But the main highlight is really the owner's warm hospitality! After my hike, I stayed another night. It was quite a challenging climb in the winter, though.

The hotel is close to Emeishan High-Speed Railway Station. The service was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. After hiking, soaking in the warm hot springs at the hotel was incredibly relaxing and pleasant.

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

MmorgenmaoThe room was well-equipped, and the bath towels were specially sterilized and individually sealed, ensuring impeccable hygiene. The latex pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable! Despite our late arrival at 10:30 PM, the staff still greeted us warmly. Upon learning that our child enjoys yogurt, they thoughtfully prepared yogurt, fresh welcome fruits, and snacks for us. The breakfast was also quite good, featuring freshly cooked bacon. The beef and pork rib noodles were delicious, and the complimentary fruit tea was very tasty. My only minor suggestion would be if they could offer freshly ground coffee!

GGuest UserLovely room, lovely environment, lovely service from the staff. Location is great - we just walked over to Ba Guo Temple to start our epic hike of Emeishan. The staff were extra helpful, making sure our laundry got hung, sending us to the train station, and just overall making us feel welcome. The room itself had a juice rustic feel but with modern comforts.

Upon entering, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, providing excellent service. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel's location is also super convenient, being very close to attractions. They also offer a buffet breakfast.

GGuest UserGreat service from all the staff here, who took good care of our needs during our stay. The free transfer from train station to the hotel is convenient. Special mention to Mr Li, the manager of the hotel, who was easy to deal with, and he tried his best to resolve issues during our stay.
The hotel is renovated within last few years, looks good, is clean, but the functionality of the rooms is not as well designed as it could have been. Having said that, it was overall a pleasant stay.
Location of the hotel is within a short walking distance to the Tourist Centre to enter Emeishan, and is situated right next to the river. Restaurant options nearby are limited however, and many not opened, perhaps due to current low season for tourists. Hotel breakfast is descent with reasonable range of food to choose from.
