MM296863****Our trip to Hongzhushan these past two days was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The blend of mountains and water, especially with the rain, made the air so fresh and invigorating it couldn't help but lift our spirits! The room facilities were excellent, complete with an outdoor hot spring. The bedding was soft, and there were seven types of specialty pillows to choose from. At night, we could even hear the sounds of insects outside our window, lulling us to sleep. Breakfast offered a super rich variety, with beautiful views outside the window, and fresh, authentic local snacks. The service was great, and the staff were efficient. They even recommended niche sightseeing routes and offered free high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off – every detail showed how much thought and care was put in. We'll definitely stay here again if we get the chance.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience, which I couldn't ask for more.
Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by the welcoming staff. They not only swiftly helped with my luggage and checked me in, but also provided helpful information about the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions.
Entering my room, I was immediately struck by its warmth and modern decor, with every detail meticulously thought out. The bed was soft and comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud, allowing me to rest fully after a tiring day. The bathroom was spotless, and the toiletries were all high-quality and comfortable.
I was also deeply impressed by the hotel's dining experience. The restaurant offers an elegant setting, a wide variety of dishes, and excellent flavors.
The hotel's amenities are comprehensive.
As for the hotel's location, it's ideally situated for convenient transportation, with numerous shopping malls and attractions nearby, making travel very convenient.
Upon check-out, the staff were equally welcoming and attentive, even helping me call a taxi. I was completely satisfied with my stay. The hotel's service, ambiance, and amenities were impeccable. If I come here again in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again and strongly recommend it to my friends!

MM301097****The rooms are quite spacious, and the hygiene is good.
The lady at the front desk was super nice. She gave us welcome fruit, showed us around the rooms, and let us pick our two favorites. She was also very helpful in answering all our questions and even gave us an oxygen tank, which came in handy the next day when we went to Golden Summit.
The hotel's breakfast was also good. The lady was very kind and offered us takeout food since we were in a hurry to leave.
The hot spring was very relaxing too. We booked two nights and enjoyed the hot spring twice. It was especially great after coming down from Golden Summit, as it really helped soothe our tired legs.
The hotel is conveniently located near Baoguo Temple and the Emeishan Tourist Center. You can have lunch and dinner at Baoguo Temple; lunch is 15 yuan per person, and the food is quite decent.

MM61063****Booked this hotel for a business trip and it absolutely exceeded my expectations! The front desk attendant was incredibly patient and check-in was super fast. Since I had to catch an early train, the front desk even thoughtfully packed breakfast for me to go. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept really well at night. Next time I'm in this city, I'll definitely choose this place again!

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

GGuest UserGreat service from all the staff here, who took good care of our needs during our stay. The free transfer from train station to the hotel is convenient. Special mention to Mr Li, the manager of the hotel, who was easy to deal with, and he tried his best to resolve issues during our stay.
The hotel is renovated within last few years, looks good, is clean, but the functionality of the rooms is not as well designed as it could have been. Having said that, it was overall a pleasant stay.
Location of the hotel is within a short walking distance to the Tourist Centre to enter Emeishan, and is situated right next to the river. Restaurant options nearby are limited however, and many not opened, perhaps due to current low season for tourists. Hotel breakfast is descent with reasonable range of food to choose from.

GGuest UserLovely room, lovely environment, lovely service from the staff. Location is great - we just walked over to Ba Guo Temple to start our epic hike of Emeishan. The staff were extra helpful, making sure our laundry got hung, sending us to the train station, and just overall making us feel welcome. The room itself had a juice rustic feel but with modern comforts.

__WeChat286595****Visited during the off-season, so the herbal medicine hot springs weren't open. That's a major letdown.
Overall, the service was excellent. They even offer free pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station, and bring milk to your room in the evening – really thoughtful touches. We received unlimited hot spring access for the entire day. It wasn't crowded in the afternoon or evening, though two soaks in one day felt a bit much.
If you're looking for value for money, staying nearby and just doing an afternoon or evening session would be great and perfectly sufficient.
The hotel's internal facilities are very good, but the bathroom was quite damp and had an odor.
Breakfast was excellent, with a standard good variety of options. They even had Emei Mountain's special tofu pudding, though the flavor was a bit mild to suit a wider palate. I'd recommend adding your own salt and MSG; it would taste much better.
