GGuest UserI chose this hotel, Mùshān Yìngxuě Hot Spring Hotel, near Baoguo Temple when I came to Mount Emei, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The service was warm, thoughtful, and very attentive. The hot springs were clean and comfortable, and the room was spotless, tidy, and quiet. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options and tasted great. It's also very close to the food street, and getting a taxi is convenient. The oranges they gave me upon check-in were very sweet too! Excellent value for money!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located relatively near to Emeishan High Speed Rail Station and the hotel conveniently provides pick up and drop off service upon guests' request, though Mandarin communication skills may be required. It is however possible to contact the hotel through the Trip.com message portal to arrange the pick up service. The room was very pleasant and well furnished with amenities. My only gripe is the toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) are limited in small bottles and had to be carefully rationed. They also provide free breakfast which I found to be quite satisfactory, though don't expect a Western continental breakfast. Got to try chaoshou wontons and corn leaf wrapped Baba for the first time, so that was good. You can ask to copy Buddhist scripture in the dining hall or they can send the kit to your room at your leisure. The public hot spring was under maintenance, but it was satisfactory enough to use the private hot spring in my room. Overall a very lovely stay. Staff are also very helpful in recommending the sites, attractions, food and how to get around, though Mandarin again required.

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

Just finished my trip to the Cloud-Kissed Golden Summit, and this hotel provided a comfort far beyond my expectations. The environment is elegant, surrounded by mountains and a lake. Waking up to the misty lake in the morning created a perfectly serene atmosphere.
Dining: The breakfast offered a wide variety and was delicious. Saturday's buffet dinner, with its seafood and specialty dishes, felt very thoughtfully put together.
Facilities: The private hot spring was a highlight. The water quality was excellent, and the privacy was superb – truly a godsend for relaxing tired muscles after a hike.
Service: The staff were warm and attentive, handling every detail with great care.
From its location and environment to the service, everything was impeccable. I had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it!

BBG1HYYOriginally booked for Building 8, I was upgraded to Building 5, possibly due to low occupancy or another event. The butler helped me find a legitimate tour guide. I had good luck with the weather; it was sunny at the summit, and the scenery on the way back down in the afternoon was absolutely stunning. Along the path, there were women in yoga shorts jogging past, and the hotel entrance had such a great vibe. Being able to stay here and get these unexpected eye-candy benefits made the trip totally worth it! The butler was mild-mannered, always helpful, professional, and warm. The room's cleanliness was top-notch; every corner was spotless, and the facilities were very well-maintained. Nestled in the forest, surrounded by lush greenery, the environment was serene and quiet, far from the city's hustle and bustle. You can also enjoy the lakeside views during a walk. The hotel offers many thoughtful value-added services, enhancing the experience. I genuinely recommend it to everyone! 👍🏻 The off-road race closed the road at 7 AM, so we had to depart at 6:30 AM for our next stop, Luding. I'll see if I have time to come back to Building 8 in winter to enjoy the snow.

HHannauroraStaying at PureCloud was a really good experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel also provided a pickup and drop-off service.
When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were kind and helpful, even recommending and arranging visits to several places for us.
The hotel's restaurant also served delicious meals, which were quite spicy, but they could adjust the spice level to our preference, so don't worry—just ask the chef.
Overall, everyone here was really helpful, and I highly recommend this place to others.

GGuest UserThe perfect accommodation for relaxing in the mountains and visiting Mt Emei as a foreigner. Our villa had a beautiful view, lots of space and was very clean and modern. Our highlight was the hot tub on our balcony fed by fresh spring water.
The hotel is very helpful and offers all the services you need. Their driver picked us up and dropped us off at the Emeishan high speed rail station for free (the hotel is a 20 minute drive away in the mountains). For an additional small fee, they also transported us to and from the Mt Emei shuttle bus service (20 minute drive away).
The meals were very good. We were provided good breakfast (noodles and platter of fruits, vegetables eggs etc) and bought dinner both nights.
If you are a foreigner staying here, recommend that you bring extra cash as we had some difficulty paying with our foreign card on Alipay. Also be prepared with your translation app if you don't speak Chinese.
Very happy with our choice!

The staff were extra helpful, making sure our laundry got hung, sending us to the train station, and just overall making us feel welcome. The room itself had a juice rustic feel but with modern comforts.

At check-in, Li from the front desk was incredibly helpful; she patiently explained the local tour routes and answered all my many questions. The room was clean and tidy, and the air here is wonderfully fresh and pleasant!

JJaclinsFantastic stay! The room was spacious and airy, with smart controls throughout which were very convenient. The bedding was incredibly comfortable and the amenities were comprehensive, including a Dyson hairdryer and a full range of toiletries. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and the private hot spring courtyard offered great privacy. It was meticulously cleaned with no corners missed, and the room layout was well-designed, feeling both cozy and luxurious. After hiking, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and I had an amazing night's sleep. Both the facilities and comfort far exceeded my expectations. Very satisfied! 👍👍👍👍👍
