Everything was amazing from start to end. Our host picked us up from the train station and took us directly to the accomodation. He waited while we got changed to quickly shuttle us to the pickup area for the bus to the Golden Summit. At the end of the day, he was waiting for us to shuttle us back to the hotel. The hotel’s location is spectacular and our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast, likewise, was really tasty. The staff really made us feel comfortable and were available to answer questions and provide suggestions at any time. Felt like a very luxurious stay.

Our stay was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The rooms were excellent—very comfortable, clean, spacious, and well maintained—but what really made this hotel special was the incredible level of hospitality and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel prepared a special welcome dinner for us, and they also organized a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. They went far beyond what we normally expect from a hotel. Transportation was arranged for us to different tourist attractions, as well as to train and bus stations, making it extremely easy to explore the area. The staff also helped us plan our excursions to the different mountains nearby, giving us recommendations and making sure we were properly prepared. For our excursions, they even prepared lunch boxes with food and provided shoe covers, rain protection, umbrellas, and everything else we might need depending on the weather. These small details made a huge difference and allowed us to simply enjoy the experience without worrying about logistics. What impressed us the most was how attentive, kind, and proactive the entire staff was. They didn't just provide accommodation—they genuinely cared about making our whole trip as comfortable, easy, and enjoyable as possible. Whenever we needed something, they were ready to help, often anticipating what we might need before we even asked. The combination of excellent rooms, outstanding service, transportation, excursion assistance, thoughtful meals, and personal attention made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel, especially to anyone planning to explore the mountains and attractions in the area. Facilities: The bathroom has underfloor heating, and there's a dehumidifier next to the bathtub in the living room, which perfectly solves any dampness issues. Service: The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and kind to the children. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, very satisfied with the bedding. Environment: The garden and pool view from the courtyard is excellent. Book Cafe: The biggest highlight is the book cafe which has picture books suitable for children; my five-and-a-half-year-old had a great time reading them. Welcome snacks: A generous combination of fruits and biscuits.

The Hongzhu Forest Hotel offers a fantastic resort experience with an excellent location, right next to Baoguo Temple and the tourist bus station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The resort grounds are serene and tranquil. Upon check-in, we were assigned a dedicated butler who provided thoughtful greetings and patiently answered all our questions. The breakfast featured a wide variety of delicious local specialties. The mineral hot springs here are superb, with plenty of pools. After a soak, both body and mind felt completely relaxed and soothed. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym for recreation. The guest rooms are well-equipped, featuring a clean and functional bathtub. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. This is a perfect place to stay when vacationing in Emei Mountain.

After coming down from Mount Emei, we decided to try this Forest Grand Hotel at the foot of the mountain! Overall, the experience was quite good. Choosing a grand hotel with a rich history like this one definitely offers peace of mind! It's not far from the Baoguo Temple Tourist Center, which is convenient if you're heading to the Golden Summit. The grounds are also very large, with a Hongzhu Lake where you can take a stroll and enjoy the lake view! The hot springs are in a separate building, and there's a shuttle service for transportation, which was great for unwinding. Breakfast is served in the Restaurant on Building 5, and I recommend trying the tofu pudding! The service was also excellent, with a guest relations manager visiting to assist us. You can also spot peacocks displaying their feathers and sika deer near the entrance of Building 5! The rooms maintain the grand hotel style and are well-maintained, which is a big plus!

I've visited Mount Emei many times, usually staying at Chan Yi Shan Ju or Le Meridien. This time, my road trip was more spontaneous, coming from other scenic spots. I originally planned to stay at the newly opened Banyan Tree, but it was fully booked. I stumbled upon this hotel, just 200 meters from the Banyan Tree, and decided to book it just to try it out. Overall, the location is good, and self-parking is convenient. The hotel facilities are quite new. I tried the bamboo forest garden hot spring, which was decent and met expectations. The most pleasant surprise was the affordable price, offering great value for money. It's perfect for a relaxed and leisurely trip to Mount Emei, for dining and unwinding. Definitely a good choice. A summer trip to Emei Mountain was made even better by this hot spring resort's ”Summer Adventure” experience – a perfect choice for families with kids! The moment you step into the hotel, you're captivated by its forest-like environment – ​​the windows offer panoramic views of rolling green hills, and every breath is filled with the fresh scent of nature. Just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, you can easily return to the hotel for a relaxing soak in the cool spring pools after exploring the area with your kids, offering privacy and convenience. The biggest surprise was coinciding with the ”Summer Adventure” event! Saturday's hot spring fun was a paradise for the kids: water battles with splashing water, kayaking races for the whole family, and a ”South-to-North Water Diversion” game testing teamwork – the children were soaking wet from head to toe, yet still clamoring for ”one more round!” The butler service was impeccable: they proactively contacted us during booking, sending scenic area guides via WeChat; upon check-in, they provided children's slippers and mosquito repellent patches; and upon check-out, simply leave your room key in the room – completely freeing up your hands. The room has its own private hot spring bath. My skin felt so smooth after soaking in it. The butler told me that the hot spring water is radon from 3,000 meters underground, rich in 24 kinds of minerals. Even my fatigue was washed away.

The hotel room is very spacious, and it's convenient to go to the food street for meals. It's also not far from the Emei Mountain distribution center. Highly recommended!

My friends and I had an amazing experience at Chan Yi Tang Quan · Shifang Siyuan (Emeishan Baoguo Temple Branch) this time! The Yunqi Pavilion's cozy king room was clean and comfortable, with a serene and elegant environment. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and the facilities were complete and well-maintained. Soaking in the hot springs was incredibly relaxing. This place is definitely worth it for a trip with friends!

Five stars, highly recommend Wyndham Emeishan Resort! The overall experience was impeccable. The hotel is built along the Emei River, offering stunning views of the green mountains right from your window. Lush greenery surrounds the riverbanks, and the air is wonderfully fresh. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Emeishan Tourist Center, making trips up the mountain incredibly convenient. It's a tranquil retreat that still feels vibrant. The hygiene standards are definitely five-star; the guest rooms are spotless, with no hidden corners. The bedding is soft and clean, and the bathroom is dry and odor-free, with meticulous daily housekeeping. The service is thoughtful and attentive. Staff proactively helped with luggage upon arrival, and our dedicated butler, Xiao Li, was always available. She patiently explained hiking routes, and any requests were met with lightning-fast responses. The facilities are comprehensive, with private hot spring baths, outdoor hot springs, a children's playground, a gym, and a tea room – everything you could need. The smart-home enabled rooms are comfortable and pleasant, and you can even enjoy a relaxing fishing session by the river. It's perfect for both family vacations and romantic getaways. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Emeishan!
