Our stay was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The rooms were excellent—very comfortable, clean, spacious, and well maintained—but what really made this hotel special was the incredible level of hospitality and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel prepared a special welcome dinner for us, and they also organized a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. They went far beyond what we normally expect from a hotel. Transportation was arranged for us to different tourist attractions, as well as to train and bus stations, making it extremely easy to explore the area. The staff also helped us plan our excursions to the different mountains nearby, giving us recommendations and making sure we were properly prepared. For our excursions, they even prepared lunch boxes with food and provided shoe covers, rain protection, umbrellas, and everything else we might need depending on the weather. These small details made a huge difference and allowed us to simply enjoy the experience without worrying about logistics. What impressed us the most was how attentive, kind, and proactive the entire staff was. They didn't just provide accommodation—they genuinely cared about making our whole trip as comfortable, easy, and enjoyable as possible. Whenever we needed something, they were ready to help, often anticipating what we might need before we even asked. The combination of excellent rooms, outstanding service, transportation, excursion assistance, thoughtful meals, and personal attention made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel, especially to anyone planning to explore the mountains and attractions in the area. Beautiful property with the view of Emei mountains. Stayed 3 days and 2 nights, and they upgraded us to a suite ♥️. The restaurant on premise is so delicious, one of the best meals we had in China (we ordered the sweet duck, smoked pork with chives and cauliflower). We ate every meal here! There is also a lot of spectacular nature views on premise and around the area, with shuttles to take you if you don't want to walk. A really enjoyable city getaway. A special thank you to ”L” ( his wechat name) didn't get his name. He helped us with the upgrade, late check out and everything in a timely manner.

The hotel's ambiance is impressive, especially the grand lobby. The bed in my lake-view room on the second floor was incredibly comfortable. Waking up to the shimmering lake was truly therapeutic. The location is very convenient, about 800 meters from the Baoguo Temple bus station, which was perfect for my trip up the mountain the next day. For breakfast, I highly recommend the Mianyang rice noodles; they were delicious. Outside the lobby, there's an outdoor terrace with a telescope. I was thrilled to spot the Puxian Bodhisattva statue on the opposite mountain on my first day! Overall, I had a great experience. This hotel is a fantastic choice for those who appreciate good surroundings and plan to visit the mountain the next day. The service was excellent. The front desk staff arranged a wonderful room for me, and the concierge's luggage storage service was also very good.

The Hongzhu Forest Hotel offers a fantastic resort experience with an excellent location, right next to Baoguo Temple and the tourist bus station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The resort grounds are serene and tranquil. Upon check-in, we were assigned a dedicated butler who provided thoughtful greetings and patiently answered all our questions. The breakfast featured a wide variety of delicious local specialties. The mineral hot springs here are superb, with plenty of pools. After a soak, both body and mind felt completely relaxed and soothed. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym for recreation. The guest rooms are well-equipped, featuring a clean and functional bathtub. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. This is a perfect place to stay when vacationing in Emei Mountain.

Choosing the right hotel for a vacation really makes a difference. Our stay at the Hongzhushan Hotel was fantastic – the room was clean and comfortable, and we had a great view of green trees and lawns, with the beautiful lake and mountains just beyond. Our butler provided attentive service throughout, sending daily reminders about the weather and dining information, and handling all our inquiries efficiently. The breakfast at the restaurant was high-quality, making for a very pleasant dining experience. In the evenings, soaking in the hotel's hot springs was incredibly relaxing, a perfect way to unwind after a day of travel. From the guest rooms to the dining and the hot spring facilities, everything was well-equipped and the service was warm and thoughtful. The overall experience was excellent, and we will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Our experience at this family-friendly hotel far exceeded our expectations! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, my child was captivated by the play area and welcome gifts. The thoughtful details in the room, like the kids' tent, special toiletries, and anti-collision corners, were truly exceptional. The variety of parent-child activities was fantastic, and the buffet catered perfectly to both adults and children. The staff's genuine and warm smiles, always considering families' needs, truly allowed me to enjoy a relaxing and pleasant vacation. My child cried when it was time to leave, and we've already promised to come back again! Highly recommend it to all families traveling with kids.

A summer trip to Emei Mountain was made even better by this hot spring resort's ”Summer Adventure” experience – a perfect choice for families with kids! The moment you step into the hotel, you're captivated by its forest-like environment – ​​the windows offer panoramic views of rolling green hills, and every breath is filled with the fresh scent of nature. Just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, you can easily return to the hotel for a relaxing soak in the cool spring pools after exploring the area with your kids, offering privacy and convenience. The biggest surprise was coinciding with the ”Summer Adventure” event! Saturday's hot spring fun was a paradise for the kids: water battles with splashing water, kayaking races for the whole family, and a ”South-to-North Water Diversion” game testing teamwork – the children were soaking wet from head to toe, yet still clamoring for ”one more round!” The butler service was impeccable: they proactively contacted us during booking, sending scenic area guides via WeChat; upon check-in, they provided children's slippers and mosquito repellent patches; and upon check-out, simply leave your room key in the room – completely freeing up your hands. The room has its own private hot spring bath. My skin felt so smooth after soaking in it. The butler told me that the hot spring water is radon from 3,000 meters underground, rich in 24 kinds of minerals. Even my fatigue was washed away.

Booked the Ocean-themed Family Twin Room for a short trip to Mount Emei with the kids. The entire wall covered in dolphin wallpaper was super dreamy, and the room even came with its own private hot spring tub, which was incredibly relaxing for an evening soak. The room also had a small tent and a shark plush toy, and the bathroom was equipped with a special toilet seat for kids – really thoughtful details. Public facilities were also very complete! There's an indoor heated pool, various sizes of hot spring pools, and a kids' ball pit paradise. The children could play indoors all day long. The hotel's breakfast selection was also very rich, with both Chinese and Western options, plus freshly prepared Emei-style Zajiang rice noodles and regular noodles, catering to different tastes – absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻

Five stars, highly recommend Wyndham Emeishan Resort! The overall experience was impeccable. The hotel is built along the Emei River, offering stunning views of the green mountains right from your window. Lush greenery surrounds the riverbanks, and the air is wonderfully fresh. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Emeishan Tourist Center, making trips up the mountain incredibly convenient. It's a tranquil retreat that still feels vibrant. The hygiene standards are definitely five-star; the guest rooms are spotless, with no hidden corners. The bedding is soft and clean, and the bathroom is dry and odor-free, with meticulous daily housekeeping. The service is thoughtful and attentive. Staff proactively helped with luggage upon arrival, and our dedicated butler, Xiao Li, was always available. She patiently explained hiking routes, and any requests were met with lightning-fast responses. The facilities are comprehensive, with private hot spring baths, outdoor hot springs, a children's playground, a gym, and a tea room – everything you could need. The smart-home enabled rooms are comfortable and pleasant, and you can even enjoy a relaxing fishing session by the river. It's perfect for both family vacations and romantic getaways. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Emeishan!

Hygiene and Facilities: The room's bedding was pristine white and clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, making it tidy and cozy. Service: A special shout-out to our housekeeper Anna! She provided smiling service from check-in to check-out, answered all our questions, and even proactively helped us plan our hiking routes. So thoughtful! Overall: Excellent value for money, a rare and reassuring choice at the foot of Mount Emei.
