Zzdh12The room was spacious and bright, clean and hygienic, with comfortable bedding, and even a generous selection of fruits and snacks provided. The staff were enthusiastic and helpful, thoroughly explaining parking, laundry facilities, and breakfast details. The hotel's environment is elegant, and there's a direct elevator to the underground parking, making getting around convenient. It happened to be raining on Emei Mountain that day, and my clothes got soaked, but being able to wash and dry them at the hotel was a huge relief. Breakfast was served individually, with a rich variety of options, plus authentic 'sausage noodles' (saozi mian), ensuring you'd leave full. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

GGuest UserFirst off, a huge shout-out to the doorman! He helped me with my luggage both when I arrived and when I left, which was a real lifesaver because it was quite heavy. Out of all the hotels I stayed at this week, he was the only one who offered that kind of assistance. While facilities might be similar across hotels, it's the service that truly makes a difference. The hotel's location is fantastic too – super easy to catch a taxi anywhere, and there are tons of food options just a short walk from the entrance.

GGuest UserThe lady (staff member) was very enthusiastic and thoughtful. We have a two-year-old child, and she knew we might need more water, so she told us we could ask for more if the room ran out. She also gave us some tips on how to entertain a child during our trip. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located relatively near to Emeishan High Speed Rail Station and the hotel conveniently provides pick up and drop off service upon guests' request, though Mandarin communication skills may be required. It is however possible to contact the hotel through the Trip.com message portal to arrange the pick up service. The room was very pleasant and well furnished with amenities. My only gripe is the toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) are limited in small bottles and had to be carefully rationed. They also provide free breakfast which I found to be quite satisfactory, though don't expect a Western continental breakfast. Got to try chaoshou wontons and corn leaf wrapped Baba for the first time, so that was good. You can ask to copy Buddhist scripture in the dining hall or they can send the kit to your room at your leisure. The public hot spring was under maintenance, but it was satisfactory enough to use the private hot spring in my room. Overall a very lovely stay. Staff are also very helpful in recommending the sites, attractions, food and how to get around, though Mandarin again required.

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

The hotel environment is quiet, the soundproofing is excellent, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
Also, a special shout-out to the hotel's shuttle driver! I accidentally left my insulated water bottle in the car, and after discovering it, the driver, without a moment's hesitation, took time out of his busy schedule to personally deliver it to me at the high-speed rail station. Such service attitude and kindness are truly rare! Big praise for the driver's positive energy – I'd feel 100% at ease riding with him!

WWai Peng ChanLove this hotel. The hotel is very clean, spacious, and very nice, very instagrammable :). It is near to the tourist attractions. There are also chinese costumes for you to dress up and move around the hotel for photo taking. The lady at the reception named Xiao Wang is very kind and helpful.

HHannauroraStaying at PureCloud was a really good experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel also provided a pickup and drop-off service.
When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were kind and helpful, even recommending and arranging visits to several places for us.
The hotel's restaurant also served delicious meals, which were quite spicy, but they could adjust the spice level to our preference, so don't worry—just ask the chef.
Overall, everyone here was really helpful, and I highly recommend this place to others.

QQingqiI took my 70-year-old mother on a 'lazy' trip to Mount Emei, and I highly recommend the Jinding Xinxin Cloud Sea Room! The location is super convenient, very close to the cable car station, so you don't have to struggle with climbing. The butler was incredibly attentive, reminding us of high-altitude precautions in advance. After check-in, they proactively helped us turn on the oxygen machine and showed meticulous care throughout our stay. The room view is absolutely stunning; you can watch the sea of clouds right from your bed. My mother felt safe and comfortable. The restaurant's food was delicious too! This trip to Emei was made extra special by your thoughtful service. Sincerely grateful, and I highly recommend it for those traveling with seniors!
