GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay here! Travelling alone, I felt really welcomed by the owner, Mr. Wang, and his family — they treated me like a friend. We even went on a trip together to see how the famous Emei Mountain tea is grown, which was a fantastic experience. Mr. Wang gave me a calligraphy lesson and showed me around the area, including several Buddhist temples. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and surrounded by great local restaurants. It’s also within walking distance of the Emei Mountain Tourist Centre, which makes it a perfect base for exploring. I’m really grateful for the kindness and hospitality I received — highly recommended!

WWushinianStayed for three nights and was very satisfied. The hotel is quite close to the train station and Suji Ancient Town, making it very convenient to get around by taxi. It's a bit further to the Grand Buddha, about a 20-minute drive. Jiaxing Road, a bustling food street, is right outside. I highly recommend trying the Shredded Chicken and Crispy Pork Combo from Xiaodou Haitang, the Brown Sugar Rice Cake from Xu Liang Gao, the Spicy Bobo Chicken from Dongdong Bobo Chicken, and the Sweet and Sour Spicy Potatoes from Wang Liuniang Bobo Chicken. All are within walking distance, and you absolutely must give them a try! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They proactively upgraded our room to a deluxe king-size bed room, and also asked if we minded a room at the end of the corridor, as well as advising on how to adjust the air conditioning to reduce noise. Upon checkout, they even offered us two bottles of water for our journey. On our last night, we wanted some ice for drinks. We enquired and were told we could get ice from the 2nd floor. When we went there, a staff member filled a large bucket for us to take back to our room. The hotel's facilities are also excellent. On the 10th floor, there's a gym with treadmills, elliptical machines, and dumbbells. Right opposite the gym is the laundry room, equipped with three washing machines and three dryers, which was generally sufficient. If guests couldn't pick up their laundry promptly after washing, the staff would sometimes proactively help put it into laundry bags and set it aside. Breakfast each morning was quite varied, and the coffee machine offered a good selection of drinks. It was a bit difficult to get the best cuts of the Sweet Skin Duck, probably because earlier guests had already taken them. Similarly, if you went later for the Bobo Chicken, there wouldn't be much variety left, and the taste wasn't as good as what you'd find outside. I had hoped they would offer Leshan's specialty Tofu Pudding, but it wasn't available, which was a pity. Overall, I was extremely satisfied. If only Leshan's summer wasn't so hot, this trip would have been even better.

MM21624****The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation, situated right within the Leshan Giant Buddha scenic area, just about 50 meters from the sightseeing shuttle pick-up point. The service is exceptional; they offer a complimentary hotel shuttle to pick you up from where the taxis drop off and even help with your luggage. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming, making you feel right at home. There's also a bird named 'Xiao Xiao' at the front desk, like the hotel's mascot, who is very friendly with guests and loves to play. The front desk upgraded my room, and I absolutely loved the Chinese Zen-inspired decor. The hotel environment is tranquil, perfect for those who appreciate peace and quiet. I highly recommend staying here when visiting the Giant Buddha.

GGuest UserAfter a long, intensive hike at Emei Shan, I chose this hotel to recharge—and it was one of the best decisions of my trip. The building itself is stunning, with beautiful heritage-style architecture, but what really stood out was the service. From the hotel driver to the reception team and room service, every member of staff was genuinely attentive and welcoming. One highlight was the hot spring pool. I was lucky enough to have it all to myself, and it was absolutely perfect—so relaxing after a tough hike and it left me feeling completely rejuvenated. On top of that, the snack combo was a real bargain and added extra value to my stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, great service, and authentic charm, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s the perfect choice to unwind and enjoy an amazing stay after exploring Emei Shan.

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

AAnonymous UserThe transportation is convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Leshan Giant Buddha Visitor Center. It is next to the river and you can also take a walk by the river at night. There is a bus stop about 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel entrance, which takes you to Suji Ancient Town, Zhanggongqiao Snack Street, Xiaowuli and other attractions. The breakfast is delicious, with local Bobo chicken, wontons, beef noodles, etc. to choose from, and the coffee is also good. All in all, I would probably stay here again when I come to Leshan.

First off, it's incredibly good value for money and super close to the Huangwan Ticket Office – just a short walk. Secondly, the service is excellent; they have a laundry room and a hot spring, and it's very quiet. Also, a huge thank you to the front desk staff and the engineering department who helped me check the surveillance footage to find my lost hat! 👍 Even though I didn't get a chance to use the hot spring, hearing everyone laughing and having fun in the pools made me think it must be very relaxing. 😃

HHannauroraStaying at PureCloud was a really good experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel also provided a pickup and drop-off service. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were kind and helpful, even recommending and arranging visits to several places for us. The hotel's restaurant also served delicious meals, which were quite spicy, but they could adjust the spice level to our preference, so don't worry—just ask the chef. Overall, everyone here was really helpful, and I highly recommend this place to others.

The concierge reminded me in advance about the best time to go up the mountain and important注意事项 (things to note). My room was upgraded to a scenic view, and I had a stunning snow view right outside the window, with both floor heating and an oxygen concentrator running. In the evening, there was also a tea ceremony and scripture copying – it was truly perfect to calmly copy the Heart Sutra on a snowy night! The prices at the hotel restaurant were very reasonable; it's genuinely the most fairly priced scenic area I've ever experienced so far!!!
