"Advantages: The hotel is located in the downtown area, very close to the Berlin Theater Festival headquarters, and has a good value for money. Transportation and food are very convenient.
shortcoming:
1. Hotel services are average. When I checked in at the appointed time, I was told I had to wait (I waited for about an hour). When I checked out at 2, they came and knocked on the door at 12 and asked me to leave. I asked the front desk and they said I could stay until 2 o'clock, but it would be convenient for them to clean the room at 12 o'clock...a bit outrageous. There was no overall sense of enthusiasm. We chose not to have our room cleaned during our stay, and the hotel room notification said they would send a small gift, but it didn't.
2. The hotel lobby is on the first floor, just beside the road. The guest rooms are on the second and third floors, and you will basically be disturbed by the car noise downstairs at night. The soundproofing is also average, you can hear conversations in the next room.
3. The room is quite large and the facilities are outdated. The hair dryer is still the old-fashioned type with only one button that needs to be pressed all the time to use.
To sum up, the location and cost performance are good, but don't expect anything else."
