Coming from a wine area in Germany, we‘d only suggest to slightly improve the white wine 😀. The staff was always in a cheerful, yet discrete and attentive mood. In this context, the headwaiter at our Waterfront Restaurant, Mr.Badawy, left an unforgettable impression. He offered Egypts‘ culture in detailed and many facets to us, may it be insights in the served dishes or historical statements to understand aspects of daily life Egypt. The way he supervised and trained the younger staff is worth imitating. The Hotel Manager, Mr. Ramy Moustafa, was always carefully helping, not only in the background, but sometimes even as a partner in ping pong, which he commented in excellent german language.
