We have had a wonderful 10 days at Robinson soma bay. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and picturesque. We relaxed by the pool and had drinks in the bar enjoying live music and entertainment in the evening. All staff have been very friendly and accommodating.Special shout out to Alaa & Shaad in the restaurant who was so warm and attentive and to the bar staff.The weather was perfect.Food variety excellent and well presented. Definitely value for money and we would certainly come back.we have loved our lovely relaxing holiday.

It was really nice holiday with my family, we enjoyed all activities, the food is delicious, service is perfect, amazing friendly staff, the entertainment are doing a great job for all the shows, many out side actions, as well Wellfit activity and classes and nice tools in the Gym and nice paddle court, sun downer area is full of life we enjoy watching the sun go behind the mountain. Finally amazing time in ROBINSON Club Soma Bay.

War alles in allem eine schöne Woche, zwar extrem heiß dieses mal, aber dafür kann der Club nichts. Das essen war sehr gut wie immer, der einzige Wermutstropfen waren die vielen lauten Kinder und die dazugehörigen Eltern die meinen etwas besonderes zu sein nur weil sie Kinder in die Welt setzen, leider fehlt den erwachsenen der Anstand, da kann man es von den Kindern nicht erwarten. Für uns kommt die Ferienzeit nicht mehr infrage.

Reduktion des Essengebots, deren Wahrnehmung versucht wurde, durch Umgruppierungen insbesondere im Beachrestaurant nicht unmittelbar augenfällig zu machen. Die Preise von Weißweinen auf der Karte haben mit Qualität gar nichts mehr zu tun. 109 € für einen Unterklasse Südafrikanischen sind auch mit ägyptischer Alkoholsteuer völlig aus dem Rahmen gefallen. Für Wassersportler wird es zunehmend teurer, obwohl eigentlich Wassersport überwiegend im Preis mit inbegriffen sein sollte. Für das top Event Surfcamp wird angeraten, eigenes Material mitzubringen. Dieses einzulagern kostet jetzt mehrere hundert Euro pro Surf Bag. Bisher völlig einzigartig in der ROBINSON CLUB Welt. Die Anwesenheit des Clubchefs beim top Event Surfcamp mit Bernd Flessner wäre schon wünschenswert gewesen. Die Nutzung von Wingfoilboards, die im Kauf nicht teurer sind als Surfboards, verlangt die Wassersportstation stramme 80 € pro Stunde und die Konkurrenz 7 Minuten entfernt. 78 € für 4 Stunden. Dass Geld bei Robinson verlangt wird, ist völlig unverständlich, da man das eigentlich schon im Preis der Buchung bezahlt hat. Das Robinson aber auch noch circa das Vierfache an Geld haben will wie die Konkurrenz am Kitehouse ist unverständlich.

Wir waren bereits mehrfach im Club und genießen es immer sehr. Letztes Jahr waren wir ein wenig enttäuscht, da das gastronomische Angebot im Vergleich zu früher schlechter geworden war und die Robins merklich mehr mit sich selbst als mit den Gästen beschäftigt waren. Umso mehr haben wir uns darüber gefreut, dass sich beim Essen sehr viel positives getan hat, und dass die Robins viel aufgeschlossener und freundlicher waren als letztes Jahr. Die Infrastruktur ist mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen und es müsste dringend renoviert werden. Es sieht alles sehr abgenutzt bzw. veraltet aus, was ein wenig die Stimmung dämmt. Im Beach-Restaurant müsste man vielleicht über Deckenventilatoren nachdenken, da die Temperatur zum Teil unerträglich ist. Das gleiche gilt für das Theater. Wir konnten uns aufgrund der Temperatur keine einzige Show anschauen, obwohl wir das gerne getan hätten. Schade finden wir nach wie vor, dass der Bereich der Hauptbar vollkommen verwaist ist. Passiert da noch irgendwas?

Es war eine sehr schöne Erfahrung. Es ist sehr warm dort, aber der Club sorgt für kühle Getränke und die Zimmer sind immer runtergekühlt. Das Personal im Club war das beste und netteste bisher. Vor allem die Barista und die Kellner waren immer sehr freundlich und gut drauf. Der F&B Manager Shaad ist derjenige, der durch seine Freundlichkeit und seine Offenheit sehr herausgestochen hat. Sehr zu empfehlen der Club

Robinson Club Soma Bay ist ein wundervoller Ort. Das Wetter ist fantastisch und das Team sehr freundlich. Gleich am ersten Tag wurde ich außerordentlich liebevoll begrüßt. Ich habe mich gleich wohlgefühlt. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich Betty, Susanne, Vanessa, Tobias, Luca, Robin, Nasser, Youssef, Ali, Maghdi, Momo, Fawzi, Samuel, Mansour, Emad, Kimo und viele mehr. Ihr seit ein tolles Team und ich habe mich als Gast, Taucher und Tennisspieler immer sehr wohl gefühlt.

Von den ersten Moment an haben die beiden mit ihrer Energie, Leidenschaft und Engagement für eine unvergessliche Zeit gesorgt. Durch solche Animatöre machen einen Robinson Club aus.
