"Excellent hotel. Close to the airport. You can even walk there. Clean. The mattress is comfortable. There's a kettle, tea, and water. All disposable toiletries are provided. There's a fridge with snacks for a fee. There's a cafe. They cooked a delicious meal there! Overall, I definitely recommend it!"

"I received a warm welcome. Everything was modest but clean, though the rooms were a bit dated. It's located in the city center, right next to a wonderful, active monastery where you can take a walk and listen to the beautiful singing of the monks during morning prayers in a church with excellent acoustics. The breakfasts were good. My only complaint was the synthetic bedding; I had to sleep on towels because I can't stand synthetics. But I suppose that's the trade-off for such an affordable hotel. I liked the staff team."

Zhelmyug, please provide a separate shower so you don't have to walk through the water after washing and don't have to worry about falling after a shower."

"Hotel is a bit old, but at a good location. We came during winter, the heating was not very sufficient. Breakfast was nice, and the staff were friendly. We were given free car park but it's located in another building and handling luggage was a bit hassle, and you will still need to climb stairs even though there is a lift."

"I had a good overall experience at Sphera by Stellar. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and everything was generally good. One thing I felt could be improved is the breakfast. It was a bit simple and didn’t have as much variety as I expected. I think having more options and variety would make the breakfast experience better for guests. I also asked for a shaving kit during my stay, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available. I found this a little surprising for a four-star hotel, as I would expect basic amenities like this to be available upon request. Another thing I would suggest improving is the guest service regarding bottled water. Sometimes when I asked for extra water, I was told to buy it from the supermarket next door. I understand that this may be a small matter, but I believe hotels should be a little more flexible with their guests. Providing an extra bottle of water is a small gesture and wouldn’t really cost the hotel much. Overall, I had a good stay and I’m happy with the hotel. The rooms were good, the hotel was comfortable, and everything else was generally fine. Thank you to the team."

"The hotel is wonderful, very clean and cozy. We were met with super hospitality and friendliness (just like everywhere else in Armenia). In the room, there was a compliment waiting for us in the form of incredibly delicious handmade baklava. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. It's a shame we only stayed for one night. Next time, we'll choose this hotel again."
