Nice hotel. Bed was comfortable and room updated. Pool could use a little updating but nice

Dirty room, broken key entry to an outside entrance , moldy smelling halls

It was old speedway hotel with car front that it!! Refused to give me a receipt for stay said I could only get from you guys. They charged me a deposit but wouldn’t give me a receipt for anything. There was a cup of cigarette ashes spilled on floor, food still in refrigerator. The side doors did not lock for safety. The pool and hot tub had dirt slime all around the top of the pool. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN

Our first room was so dirty we had to request a room change. Our room was next to a garbage area that was piled high with a rat trap just outside the door. We had to move the rent trap to enter the building. The second room was slightly better until we found cockroaches on the hair dryer hangin from the wall the next morning. Room also had a faint smell of stale cigarettes. The room was nonsmoking, but it seems as though it used to be a smoking room.

The property smelled terrible everywhere. Our room smelled like they kept a 100 gerbils in it for years before they decided to rent it. There was black stuff falling from the ceiling.tge room faced the pool with absolutely no sound insulation. We're there for the Indy 500. Next year we definitely won't stay here. Recommend if you're considering this hotel pick something else. Bad bad.bad

Every sheet and blanket had stains (hopefully just stains), the tub had hairs and dirt on the sides, I called about early check in and was told the place was sold out and hung up on- it was not, counter in the bathroom had small toilet paper pieces on it showing it had not been wiped down. It was just very dirty.

I was taught if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything. It was not a great experience, just average or less. The ******* rate was good so I guess you get what you pay for.

Outdated I expect for a 2-star hotel, but it was gross. There was a mouse trap in the room. The walls, fixtures, everything was dirty. We reserved for my spouse and I and three children. There were only 2 towels & 4 pillows in the room. I asked for another pillow and it had makeup on it (not stains, it just wasn't clean - gross). The mattresses were so thin we all had back pain and couldn't sleep. The shower sprayed everywhere, the hairdryer didn't work. There were no towels at the pool. The breakfast was a joke - I can't even describe, just don't. The pool is large and clean, but that's it. Had it been possible for us to go somewhere else that night we would have cut our losses and left, but it was the room or sleep in the van. It was a tough decision.
