The disadvantage is that the room is small, it is written as 20 square meters, but in fact it can only squeeze in 2 beds, a long TV, and 2 small bedside tables.
It takes a small path with steps to get there, and it is not convenient to carry a large heavy box in the peak season (there are too many guests and the boss’s family has limited manpower and may not be able to take care of the pick-up and drop-off)

GGuest UserThe room was very clean and very close to Dawang Beach and the vegetable market. There were seafood stalls nearby which was very convenient. The uncles and aunts were very enthusiastic. They were afraid that they would not find a place to go to the bus station to pick me up. When they left, they helped to carry the suitcase to the bus station. There are many warm reminders in the room, and he also enthusiastically shared his grandson’s toys and sand digging tools. Very suitable for family living, I will come again next time👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

GGuest UserThe owner and her family were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with any request. The guesthouse itself was spotless, and they thoughtfully provided disposable toiletries. We enjoyed beautiful sea views directly from our room. Their electric scooter rental was also more affordable compared to other local options. I will definitely be returning! Wishing the owners great success with their business.

MMaria13579One of our best stays in China! This place was absolutely amazing. The ladies running it are hilarious and always made us laugh.
First of all - the rooms are really good for the price. We got upgraded to a much better room after our first night, free of charge. It’s also conveniently located next to grocery shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach, while still being a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle.
The food here is really good too - the (included) breakfast as well as what you can buy for lunch/dinner is really fresh. Because of the language barrier they tried to accommodate by providing more “western style” breakfasts for us, but when we realized and asked about it they made us a second breakfast that was like the one everyone else got.
They also helped us out with a driver to take us to the abandoned village, and booked our tickets back to Shanghai.
Also, the aircon here is FAST and reliable which we’ve realized isn’t a given after a few weeks in China. So that’s another (small yet important) plus for sure!
Usually I like to explore different places and stay at different accommodations if/when I revisit places, but I’d probably make an exception and stay here again if I ever come back to visit the island!
