5-Star Hotels in Zhoushan

After visiting Mount Putuo, I stayed at this hotel in Zhujiajian, and it was quite unique! It's right opposite the Guanyin Bodhisattva World, so the next day I could just scan my ID to enter, which was a good experience! The room was nice, and they offer a shuttle service. The minibar items were complimentary, and the auntie even brought milk and fruit.

The hotel's location is excellent; I could see the Nanhai Guanyin statue from my room. It's right on the beach, and walking to Nanhai Guanyin, Zhulin Temple, and Puji Temple is very convenient. The hotel service is great, with pier transfers and thoughtful, personalized service – definitely a highlight. Breakfast is mostly Chinese style, and the unique 'order-as-you-go' system every other day is a nice touch. The seafood set dinner was high quality, delicious, and good value for money. I also want to give a shout-out to the photographer at Chanpai; their photography skills were great, photo selection was quick, and I was very happy with the pictures. My only minor regrets are that the clear sound of the waves at night affected my sleep, and the room didn't have a wardrobe for hanging clothes.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It's super close to Puji Temple and offers butler service and pier transfers, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The annex building is beautifully traditional, and our room was quiet, clean, and had a lovely Zen ambiance. I especially enjoyed the seating area on the veranda – perfect for admiring the old trees and escaping the heat during the day, and for a peaceful nap listening to the rain at night. A wonderful surprise was finding out the hotel has its own Zen hall where you can attend classes, and a cultural exhibition hall with truly beautiful displays.

On the day of my trip, there was heavy fog and rain, causing multiple changes to the ferry schedule. I really appreciate the executive, Li Fenjun, for her thoughtful reminders and assistance with coordination throughout: she gave me early warnings about cancellations, promptly informed me when services resumed, proactively arranged a shuttle when there was traffic control on-site, and even helped me clarify false information, ensuring I got on the vehicle smoothly. The hotel's location is excellent, close to a bus stop, making travel very convenient. A little tip: when returning from Mount Luojia, you can take the hotel's vehicle directly back without having to detour to Puji Temple. The entire trip went very smoothly, and I'm very grateful!

The location is tremendously convenient for travelers as it is just next to the bus transit station as well as Fa Yu Shi. It is highly recommended to stay here should you be spending a leisure time traveling in the north of Putuoshan Mountain as it will be taking up a day or 2 to go around the places nearby the Hotel. The breakfast @ the Hotel Restaurant was best and we really enjoy the food being served. The hotel service provided is no doubt to be superb.

What a lovely experience, the very young staffs at the hotel are both professional and very friendly, willing to extend their help in any possible way. The restaurant in the hotel is one of the best on the island, great service as well. The room we stayed at the 4th floor has a great view of the beach and other island landmarks, located at the quietest but the most beautiful and historical part of island, highly recommended for a relaxed multi-day retreat on the island.

When traveling, the quality of accommodation is my top priority, and choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision! The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and sightseeing. There are many malls and restaurants nearby, so it's easy to go for a stroll or find good food in the evening without having to travel far. The hotel's overall environment is clean and tidy. The lobby is grand and stylish, with a minimalist yet high-quality design. I constantly saw staff maintaining the public areas, and the floors were spotless. The corridors were quiet and peaceful, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The room space exceeded my expectations; it was spacious and not cramped. The large windows provided excellent natural light and ventilation, making the room bright and airy. The bed was perfectly soft, incredibly relaxing after a long day of traveling, and I slept soundly at night. The room was well-equipped with amenities like a kettle, hairdryer, TV, and WiFi, all in good working order. I couldn't find any fault with the cleanliness; it was meticulously done, not just on the surface but also in every corner and crevice. The toiletries were of good quality, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. Special thanks to Lester, whose service was exceptional. Check-in and check-out were swift and efficient, with no delays. He was gentle and polite, always smiling, and patiently answered any questions I had, helping promptly. His sincerity was evident in the details, not just superficial politeness. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. The hot food was kept warm, and the taste was to my liking. I left feeling full and energized every day before heading out to explore. For the price, the facilities, cleanliness, and attentive service are truly excellent value for money. My entire stay was flawless and far exceeded my expectations. It's a quiet and livable place, making for a worry-free stay. This hotel has already been added to my top accommodation choices, and I will definitely book here again next time. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel's decor exudes a classic elegance. The white furnishings are incredibly refined, and the calligraphy and artwork are tastefully chosen. The inscription at the entrance, ”常游究竟空” (meaning roughly ”Always wandering in ultimate emptiness”), adds a touch of Zen. The hotel's location in the heart of the scenic area is a huge advantage. Because of this, everything about the room was perfect, except for it being a bit small.

This hotel boasts a prime location right on the coastline of Zhujiajian, Zhoushan. Our sea-view room offered expansive views, with the vast, blue ocean right outside our window. The scenery was particularly stunning in the mornings and evenings. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-lit, equipped with all necessary amenities, ensuring a great stay. The beach is just a short walk away, perfect for strolls and enjoying the sea breeze while taking in the magnificent coastal views. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and the environment was quiet and relaxing, making it an ideal choice for a leisure getaway. It's definitely a recommended option for anyone looking for a sea-view stay in Zhujiajian.

The experience of traveling to Zhoushan in spring is really great. I stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel. The service was very warm and the environment was very clean and tidy. I could see the sea from the room. The scenery was beautiful when I walked around nearby. I got up in the morning and went to the first floor to have breakfast, which was also very delicious. I especially recommend the seafood noodles, which is a local specialty and highly recommended.
