Der Internetauftritt verspricht viel, was man jedoch vor Ort für teures Geld (€ 61.-) erhält ist der blanke Hohn. Das Zimmer ist ringhörig, die Zimmertür innenseitig verschmutzt, der Boden weist alte Schimmelspuren auf, das Bett knackt bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung und das WC benützt man nur im Notfall. Die Lichtschalter bei der Türe findet man erst, wenn das Telefonkabel seitlich verschoben wird. Das Fenster lässt sich nicht richtig schliessen, warmes Wasser bekommt nur, wer den Hahnen lange genug voll laufen lässt und der TV lässt sich nicht mit dem Telecommander bedienen, die Lautstärke kann nicht geregelt werden und die Programme müssen am Gerät selber geändert werden. Das Essen war gut und reichhaltig - leider aber zuwenig Kompensation für das absolut unbefriedigende Zimmer.

abbimo prenotto questa struttura medinte booking. avevamo specificato che avevamo due cani. non cì e stato comunicato che ci sarebbe costato 15 euro a cane al giorno, sapendo ciò avremo prenotato in un altra struttur che in partenza era più cara ma in fondo ci sarebbe costata meno. esternamente e bella la struttura. ma le camere sono orrende, oltre al fatto che in camera vi era un lavabo e uno specchio testimoninza di un vecchio bagno smontato, il bagno nuovo era obsoleto, coprei tazza mancante, vasca che si allagava, tubo di scarico che proveniva dl bagno superiore a vista. letti rumorosi. il personale servizievole ma non giustificano il prezzo. lo sconsiglio.

Metto solo una foto che, a mio parere, basta e anvanza. Non vale 1€ dei soldi spesi, non fatevi ingannare dalla reception stile baita. Appena si sale alle camere si capisce. Stile tedesco anni 30’. L’ingresso è nel bagno, per i piu fortunati c’è un muro di cartongesso che lo divide dal camerone principale. Unico punto a favore il wifi molto buono. Forse nelle camere Superior la situazione è diversa.

WIr haben auf der Durchreise nach Italien eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht. Nie mehr wieder! Das Hotel ist einfach nur gruselig. Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt, die Betten eine Katastrophe und das Kopfkissen hat seit Jahren keine Waschmaschine mehr gesehen. Das ganze Ambiente im Hotel hat den Charme eines Hotels in der DDR vor 30 Jahren. Das unverschämt teure Frühstück (15,-) ist zusammengewürfelt und das Restaurant hat den Charme einer Bahnhofshalle. Es ist unglaublich dass es in der heutigen Zeit noch solche Hotels gibt und diese sogar noch recht gut gebucht sind. Der Preis von 120,- Euro für das DZ ist schlicht eine Frechheit.

Hervorragende Lage oberhalb von Igls, traumhafte Aussicht auf die Nordkette, große, sehr ruhige Zimmer, sehr sauber, Parkplatz vor dem Hintereingang, und vor allem sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mtarbeiter. Wir werden bald wiederkommen Renate und Raimund Gmeiner

Struttura datata, ma con alta potenzialità non sfruttata adeguatamente. posizione buona in quanto non vicina alla città, ma ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Colazione un po' scarsa soprattutto di dolci. Il proprietario (o gestore) gentile e impeccabile, colma le lacune della struttura. Un po' troppo costoso per il servizio offerto
