"This hotel in central urban neighborhood called Breitenrain, which is just north of the Old Town (Altstadt). We love this location because bus stop is just right in front of this hotel, 10mins ride to the down town. Free coffee machine and water in the lobby."

"From arrival it felt I was judged as I just came for hike and now in my going out clothes. 3am footsteps above ere so pound kept me awake, moving at that time caused me anxiety so I tried putting my headphones in. 7am it started again. I came to check out and mentioned it and basically was told off my the male reception most for not coming to them and then asked for city tax. Customer care was zero! I was tired and upset and all I got was rudeness. At 3am I don’t want to be moving room. I hasn’t asked for a refund. Maybe a coffee or a wave of the city tax would have been nice rather that this lack of regard. Never ever will I stay here again and I would highly appreciate a chat with the manager as I am not happy about this treatment."

The floor, bed, and bathroom were all spotless. The sheets and duvet covers were fresh and crisp, and the bathroom was free of water stains and odors. Attention to detail was evident everywhere. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's just a short walk to both the subway and train stations, which was a real game-changer for anyone traveling by public transport. Whether catching an early morning train or returning late at night, it was stress-free and significantly saved travel time and energy. Despite the smaller room size, its outstanding cleanliness and superb location still make it a highly recommended stay."

"Great Location with a nice comfortable bed and bedding. They provided free pastries and fruits which is a thoughtful touch. However the staff weren’t very clear with what the paid breakfast was included. You need to pay 22 CHF for a boiled egg (not freshly boiled), a small yogurt and a bad cheese stick. Definitely not worth to have the breakfast there."

"Had a short stopover in Bern. Hotel room is clean. The amenities in the room provided were sufficient. Just a couple minutes walk away from old town while enjoying the view crossing the bridge. Or you can take a tram which is just a stop away."

"The hotel is very close to Bern Station, within walking distance. Located on the west side of Bern's historic center, walking east directly into the heart of the old town makes it very convenient for walking tours. Free freshly ground coffee is available in the common areas. The room was quite small, lacking a desk or small refrigerator (a shared refrigerator is available in the common areas), but overall it was quite comfortable. Light sleepers should bring earplugs, as the historic Bern clock tower is so close that you can still hear the bells ringing in the early morning hours."

"Pretty good. The room was a good size, and the location was excellent – super close to the train station and very easy to find. The front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast was a bit basic, but I'm not really a big breakfast eater anyway, so it wasn't an issue for me, haha. Overall, I was quite satisfied."

"The hotel is very environmentally friendly as a whole, providing many carbon reduction solutions. The front desk is very welcoming and very good. There are also many choices for breakfast (it is one of the few hotels in Switzerland where I have eaten a variety of cakes. It is delicious and the location is very close to the station square."
