"As a family traveling with children, our hotel requirements are always quite strict, but the Changbaishan Yunjing Hotel delivered a satisfactory experience. First, the hotel opened in 2023, so the facilities are brand new, and there's no strange odor in the rooms, which is a major plus for families with kids. Second, the location is very convenient, close to the North Slope scenic area, as well as nearby attractions like the Wetland Flower Sea and Reindeer Park, making our itinerary feel completely unhurried. The hotel's breakfast buffet was a highlight; it offered not only standard dishes but also integrated local specialties, which my child enjoyed trying. Additionally, the complimentary shuttle service was incredibly practical, saving us the hassle of hailing a taxi with luggage and a child."

"The hotel's location is excellent, nestled among lush greenery. It truly lives up to its five-star rating with impeccable service. The room amenities are top-notch, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. My group of four friends booked four rooms. The room rate didn't include hot springs, but the hot springs were wonderful. We went in the morning when it was quiet and clean, and the service there was also exceptional. We were told the VIP access to Changbai Mountain was canceled, but the hotel still provided timely shuttle service to the park entrance. Our butler contacted us in advance to arrange check-in and answer any questions. Upon arrival, our luggage was immediately taken to our rooms. They even gave us freshly baked cookies, which were delicious. The hotel is close to the Changbai Mountain scenic area, and we were very satisfied with our stay."

"This is a small, privately-owned hotel. I checked the online reviews before booking, and my stay was… okay. The room wasn't very big, and for the same price, I could have chosen the Lavande Hotel across the street. The facilities were relatively new, but there was a smoky smell when I entered. There are two restaurants downstairs that are open quite late at night. Getting around by taxi from here usually costs about 8 yuan, which is the starting fare. There's basically no one overseeing guests entering or leaving the hotel. Outside, it's a free-for-all for parking. The hotel robot delivered takeout quite quickly, and the front desk staff were responsive. I still recommend choosing a chain hotel; they might be more convenient in all aspects. The food inside Enduli was pretty good, and Tao Xiaochuan had a great taste. Changbai Mountain is mostly just various legends, I guess. Renting clothes at the foot of the mountain is convenient and practical; you don't need to bring your own. Nearby hotels like Puyue are all clustered together; the town isn't big, so you can stay anywhere."

"① The hotel boasts an excellent location, approximately 8 kilometers from Changbaishan High-speed Railway Station (with complimentary pick-up service included in the booking, about a 20-minute drive). It's also around 500 meters from the Changbaishan North Slope Scenic Area Tourist Distribution Center (a roughly 10-minute walk), and public transport is readily available. The Chinese Merganser Park is about a 1-kilometer walk away. Finding local specialty food nearby is also very convenient. ② The rooms are clean, hygienic, and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom and smart home systems throughout. The front desk staff provided warm and thoughtful service. ③ I stayed in late May, which isn't peak season, so the value for money was excellent, prompting me to extend my stay for another night."

"We have an enjoyable stay 4 night stay at the hotel. Our butler 小贺 was responsive to our needs and did his best to ensure that we are well taken care of. A special shout out to our 百度 driver 刘先生。He is friendly and informative. Went beyond his duties to assist us on our enquiries and even suggested options when our 1st choice is not available. He is definitely an asset to the hospitality industry. As for the hotel amenities, perhaps the management could consider installing a few more washing machines to cater guests when the hotel is serving at its full capacity. Like to thank the 阿姨 who cook our noodles at the canteen every morning during breakfast. She maintains professionalism even at the peak of the breakfast hours."

"The hotel is located right in the heart of the town, very close to the Genting Market and Endori attractions. A big thanks to the front desk lady for upgrading my room! The breakfast was sufficient, so no further comments there. The rooftop has a unique open-air hot tub (large wooden barrel) where you can enjoy the stars and feel the dew at night. Turning right from the hotel, you can take a very pleasant walk along the Erdaobai River."

"I had a great experience staying at the Atour Hotel Changbaishan North Slope Erdaobaihe during my trip to the Changbaishan North Slope. The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the North Slope Distribution Center, which made getting an early start to see Tianchi (Heaven Lake) incredibly convenient and saved me a long commute. It's also very close to surrounding restaurants and the Yunding Market, making dining, shopping, and leisurely strolls easy. Getting around to any destination was hassle-free. The room was clean and tidy, with ample space and soft, comfortable bedding – perfect for a good rest after a tiring climb. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the facilities were well-maintained, so I felt completely at ease regarding overall hygiene. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. They even had a thoughtful late-night congee service, so I could enjoy a hot supper even if I returned late. These little details were truly heartwarming. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and patiently answered all my questions about the scenic area, offering practical travel advice. The hotel also features a book bar and a self-service laundry room, and parking was convenient for those driving. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, making it suitable for both independent travelers and those on self-drive tours. Considering its location, cleanliness, and service, this hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting the Changbaishan North Slope."

She was incredibly warm and friendly, always willing to help. We encountered various issues during our trip, and she promptly assisted in coordinating and resolving them efficiently and patiently, which was incredibly reassuring. The laundry room was a lifesaver on our journey! We could wash clothes that were dusty from sightseeing or soaked from rafting, and they even had a dryer. The staff were very thoughtful, helping to wash, organize, and fold our clothes before returning them to our room. This was incredibly practical for families traveling. The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the hotel's hot spring experience was excellent. They even provided complimentary hot spring tickets, making for a wonderfully relaxing soak after a day of activities. The overall service was meticulous and attentive. This is definitely our top choice for travel to Changbai Mountain!"

We were also right next to Edelweiss Park and the Wetland Flower Sea, and only 7.7 km from Changbaishan Station, with free shuttle service making things incredibly convenient!"
