"First time visiting Northeast China, and as a 'southern potato' (a playful term for someone from the south), I brought my little niece along. There's a dedicated shuttle service to and from the hotel, and as soon as we arrived, someone helped us with our luggage. Our hotel butlers, Jackson and Eric, provided excellent service and were incredibly responsive. I estimated our descent time and, fearing we might be late, quickly contacted the butler. He not only helped with our luggage but also arranged a car for us, and even provided warm cookies to tide us over. When we checked in, a lovely lady with a fringe at the front desk was very nice. Luckily, there was an available room, and she upgraded us to one with a bathtub, which made my niece incredibly happy! The hotel layout is very clear, and the rooms are also very clean. The restaurant is conveniently located on the first floor, so after eating, you can just step out to board your car. The hot springs are visible right as you exit the elevator, with both indoor and outdoor options, keeping the kids thoroughly entertained. The concierge who booked our mountain ascent was also fantastic. Having VIP access significantly enhanced our experience, making the climb much faster. We managed to be among the first group, which was great for photos with fewer people around. While waiting for the shuttle to the station, adults can relax in the lobby while children enjoy the play area. Overall, a superb experience!"

"The environment is fantastic, very clean, and well-equipped. The hot spring experience was also incredibly relaxing. Breakfast offered a great variety, but what truly stood out was the service. Right after check-in, a butler was assigned to us, ready to answer any questions and provide helpful reminders. There was even a dedicated shuttle service for the hot springs. Any issues we encountered were promptly resolved by the staff – their service-mindedness was truly impressive! The hotel's exclusive access to Changbai Mountain was very convenient. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I'll definitely be back!"

"The service was incredibly warm, making for a fantastic experience. Front desk staff Yuan Yuan was enthusiastic and efficient. They offered free luggage storage and the shuttle driver was professional and punctual, providing excellent, worry-free service throughout. The location is superb, making travel stress-free. It's within walking distance to the North Slope Tourist Distribution Center and just a 5-minute taxi ride to the mountain gate, which is super convenient for catching the early view of Tianchi Lake. We were also right next to Edelweiss Park and the Wetland Flower Sea, and only 7.7 km from Changbaishan Station, with free shuttle service making things incredibly convenient!"

"The hotel environment is really good; the room was clean, quiet, and the facilities were new, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were very enthusiastic and proactively gave me directions to the scenic spots, even recommending cost-effective transportation options, which was very thoughtful. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd consider staying here again next time! 👍👍 They also offered airport/station pick-up, which was very convenient, and the driver was incredibly friendly."

"The hotel is newly opened, but the facilities are really not great. The air conditioning wasn't cooling at all, it was boiling hot. I reported it to the front desk, and they handled it very quickly. **Location:** There aren't many restaurants nearby, so you'll need to take a taxi to eat. Taxis are quite cheap, usually under 10 yuan. **Service:** Pretty good. The airport shuttle service was good, and the front desk was quick to resolve issues. Overall, it's not worth the price. The breakfast selection was limited, and there wasn't much to eat."

"Room was clean and new, Breakfast is good Location is a bit far from town center, but you can travel to anywhere in the town by DiDi. Recommend for traveller who planned to visit Changbaishan North side. Additionally, There is a black cat who stay in front of hotel. Please kindly give her some cat food and clean water. She is very cute. (Cat food can be bought near the hotel). Thank you for your kindness."

"This time I came to Changbai Mountain to play, it was really wise to choose Qingstop Hotel! The single-family villa is very comfortable and the privacy is very good. The room was cleaned very cleanly and the details were taken care of very carefully. The most pleasant surprise is the minibar in the room, drinks and beer are all free, too real. Breakfast must be tried, the taste and taste are online, and the food is particularly satisfying. The staff are very kind and have questions to ask them to help. The scenery around the hotel is beautiful, the air is fresh, and it is especially relaxing to walk in your leisure time. The itinerary for the Erdaobaihe small town, arranged by the travel butler, was also very interesting. With pick-up and drop-off services for every part of the trip, neither the elderly nor the children felt too tired, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the fun of the journey. The hotel's hot spring was also fantastic! 👍🏻 The service was excellent and greatly helped alleviate travel fatigue. The little fish in the fish therapy pool were also great companions for de-stressing during the trip. Both breakfast and dinner were quite delicious, with a wide selection for breakfast. I genuinely recommend staying here to create even more wonderful memories for your Changbai Mountain trip! The hotel is very close to the high-speed train station and the north slope of Changbai Mountain. This was the most comfortable stay I've had on my Changbai Mountain trip. I'll definitely choose this Mercure again next time I visit Erdaobaihe. I genuinely recommend it to all friends visiting Changbai Mountain!"
