"The location is great! Right downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, KFC, burger joints, and ice cream parlors. The building itself also houses a Chinese restaurant and a spa. The highlight of the room we booked was the newly renovated bathroom with two sinks – it was incredibly spacious. The only minor issue was that the seal on the bathroom door was slightly detached, causing some water to leak out after showering. The view from the window was very open, with bright blue and red rooftops standing out, and Jian She Road right below. The same owner has two hotels, with the other one right next door. The hotel staff were excellent and very helpful. We had a 5:00 PM high-speed train ticket and requested a 4:00 PM check-out, which they immediately and kindly agreed to."

"I came to Miluo on a business trip today. Before getting off the high-speed train, I checked the local hotels and saw that Huarui had a high rating, so I took a taxi there. The hotel staff had a good sense of service and took the initiative to hand over scented towels and hot tea. To be honest, it is really amazing to have such service in the county.
There was also someone to help press the elevator and enter the room, which was clean and tidy. The price and the entire stay experience are still very good value for money. Like 👍 I will come again next time 😄"

"Located near Miluo River for Dragon Boat race. Hotel facilities seem quite old. AC unfortunately didn’t work. Even though windows were closed, mosquitoes were present and kept us awake at night. Mosquitoes are common especially in the summer, but these were particularly a nuisance. The pipe in the bathroom sink leaked and when showering, water would spray outside the shower; perhaps this humid environment led to more mosquitoes."

"The front desk staff, Xiao Zhou and Xiao Wu, were warm and professional, quickly checking me in and thoughtfully providing travel tips and transportation routes. Their responsive attitude was very welcoming, and they even proactively helped with my luggage. The ”toolbox” service was incredibly useful; umbrellas, chargers, and other items were readily available for borrowing, demonstrating their attention to detail. The room was simply yet elegantly furnished, bright and spotless, with both the desk and floor impeccably clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the mattress was perfectly firm, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries were complete and of excellent quality. Some rooms even offered beautiful river views, providing a truly immersive experience. The hotel also features a gym and laundry facilities; the gym equipment is from high-end brands and is open 24 hours a day to meet your fitness needs. "I stayed here on a business trip. The environment was nice, the rooms were very clean, and the front desk staff were helpful and welcoming. The meeting room service was also quite good. I even had a buffet dinner here; the salmon was unlimited, and there was a lot of sushi, some unusual Japanese snacks, and the desserts were really good. "Although this hotel is a large chain brand, the actual experience has really refreshed my imagination. The overall conditions are similar to the guest house. Although the price is not expensive, the sanitation and facilities are not ideal.
The room hygiene was not enough. We found a few cigarette butts when we checked in, and contacted the cleaning aunt to deal with it. The aunt's attitude was quite cooperative and tried her best to clean it, but because she was old, some corners were still not cleaned up.
