There were four people in the breakfast area: an auntie cooking noodles, and two girls chatting at the front desk. The tables were littered with other people's leftovers, and no one came to clear them. After a while, the two girls, still chatting and laughing, came to clear the tables – a euphemism for slacking off. There were no food carts; they'd just carry a plate, clear one table, and then come back to clear another. I complained to the front desk about the noise from the KTV downstairs and the street, but there wasn't a single apology. They offered to provide some earplugs. I complained to the breakfast restaurant that no one was clearing the tables, and the staff suggested we sit at the round tables at the back without another apology. It was like being ripped off. I've stayed at the Ramada Jinqiao branch in Wangcheng, Changsha, also a Ramada, but the difference is like night and day. Don't stay there! Learn from All Seasons and Atour. This kind of environment is more suitable for 150 yuan a night."

Front desk staff, Xiao Zhou and Xiao Sun, were incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in was efficient and quick, and they even thoughtfully offered warm water. They responded promptly to all my requests. The guest room was spacious and bright, with excellent hygiene. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress had just the right firmness. The soundproofing was outstanding, making for a very quiet night and great sleep quality. Smart lighting and electric curtains were convenient to use. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and the hot water was plentiful with no unpleasant odors. The self-service breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including local specialties and comfort food, all of which were delicious. The hotel also provides free parking, a laundry room, and a gym, making it well-equipped. The convenient location makes it easy to get around and go shopping.
