Before coming, I browsed several platforms and compared the styles of many guesthouses. Shili Lake Mountain met all my expectations for a mountain guesthouse. The owner is humorous, witty, and multi-talented, while the staff are local aunties who are warm, hospitable, and down-to-earth. The guesthouse features a courtyard-style layout with only five wooden cabins and nearly ten rooms. Our cabin, Panshui, faces the mountains and lake, offering a unique and breathtaking view. The central courtyard lawn is furnished with tents, tables and chairs, rocking chairs, and a canopy. Each tent has a small bed, all free for guests. Guests can bring their own food and cook in the kitchen. Being inexperienced, we arrived empty-handed, but the owner and the aunties warmly invited us to join them for meals. We ended up with three meals for free! There are other restaurants about 300 meters from the guesthouse, but I preferred the self-sufficiency of the guesthouse. There are also restaurants about 200 meters away. The vast tea plantation felt like our own backyard; we strolled around and took beautiful photos every now and then. The air was filled with birdsong and fragrant flowers. We enjoyed the purest sunrises, sunsets, and stargazing, especially the screen full of stars in the pitch-black night. We marveled at the breathtaking power of nature. The owner said the night sky is even more magnificent at 3 AM, and you might even see the Milky Way! We were so excited! But sometimes, regrets breed anticipation, so we'll save that for next time. I look forward to the next time I bring my kids and my loved ones, along with some close friends, in small groups. We'll sit around on the lawn, listening to the owner's original music, warming ourselves by the fire, drinking tea, and chatting, from sunrise to the appearance of the Milky Way—it's all so wonderful… Goodbye, Suichang! The road on the mountain is relatively narrow, and it is a bit awkward when going down the mountain. I specially asked the little brother who is skilled in driving to send us down. There is also a cafe on the mountain, and there is a landscape platform. It is an associated system that connects the entire tea garden in series, which is very three-dimensional.

The location is good, just in the downtown area; with a 6-year-old boy, the front desk sent a breakfast, very warm heart; it was a regrettable episode: the white T that was changed at night did not know that it was left in a corner of the room. After arriving home, I called the hotel and said that the room was not found when cleaning ～

The outdoor area features a large lawn and an ”ant” slide, which is incredibly family-friendly, allowing parents to relax and letting kids connect with nature while having a blast all day! Secondly, the hotel is currently developing an ”underground water park,” which will later include underground hot springs, underground rafting, an underground art gallery, an underground time machine, and an underground staircase. We can't wait to see it, and we'll definitely bring our kids to play when it opens! Next, the room layout: the entire room has a simple and stylish design. Our room had its own private hot spring, and the hotel thoughtfully provided bath salts. After a tiring afternoon of playing with the kids, soaking in the private hot spring in the room was so relaxing! I especially loved the small tea table in the room; enjoying tea after a bath was simply wonderful! Finally, I must praise the hotel's breakfast—the beef noodles were delicious, and my child ate a whole bowl by himself! The weekend ended, and the kids were reluctant to check out. They said the ant slide was fun and they loved exploring underground. It was truly a delightful and surprising stay! We definitely want to invite our friends next time.
