When we arrived in the evening, the front desk reminded us that we could go for a late-night snack (although the taste might not suit everyone), but the thought behind it was really kind. In the evening, they brought us foot bath tubs with herbal packets. The breakfast spread was very generous. My parents and I traveled together, and they were very happy."

"I traveled before the long holiday, and the location of Shangri-La Ningbo is really excellent. Tianyi Square is just across the bridge, there's a newly opened K11 next to the hotel, and a local market is just two blocks away... This trip was truly amazing with great food, drinks, and fun! Shangri-La Ningbo maintained its usual high standards, highly recommended! Plus, parking was free during my stay, which made it incredibly good value for money! This hotel will definitely be my first choice again when I visit Ningbo next time."

"All five-star reviews are solely for the amazing service provided by the Holiday Inn Express front desk staff. The gentleman was incredibly patient and helpful. He upgraded us to a family room at the neighboring Crowne Plaza, personally escorted us to check in, and even had fruits and drinks delivered to our room. We are truly grateful!
Now, about the Crowne Plaza itself: we were in the South Tower, which has very outdated facilities. Upon check-in, we found the room to be quite dirty and messy. There wasn't a single good pillow, and the blankets even had bloodstains. We called the front desk and had them changed that night. I'm not sure if the bedding in the newly renovated North Tower is newer or cleaner. The hotel's only real advantage is its good location."

"The front desk lady was super pretty and sweet. I booked a special offer room, and she upgraded me to a Japanese-style tatami room for free. The room was incredibly clean, and it even had a hot water dispenser. You could see Tianfeng Tower right outside the window, and it looked quite beautiful when lit up at night. The environment was very quiet, no noise at all. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ningbo!"

"I booked last minute and still got a room that was quiet and away from the elevator. Though I could smell smoke in the hallways, it didn’t disturb my room. The bathroom and bed were clean, the bed was comfortable with an assortment of pillows. The room has a nice tea set and plenty of room water (two in the refrigerator), instant Nescafé coffee. The shower temperature was good and they had hair conditioner as well. The robes and slippers were nice, but no shower shoes. You can order any toiletries and have them delivered, and a robot brings your waimai. The TV had free on demand movies in multiple languages. The air conditioner is strong, and though you can adjust the fan speed, I don’t think you can adjust the temperature, which means you may not be able to use it consistently if you are sensitive to AC. I woke up hot due to this, which is fine, but it’d have been preferable otherwise. It’s directly across from the railway station as shown in my only evening photo. Nice view of the river."

Before my arrival, she proactively upgraded my room and patiently assisted me in registering for the IHG Rewards Club, explaining the member benefits. She also helped me pre-register my car's license plate information, saving me the hassle of doing it upon arrival. Additionally, she prioritized our check-in, significantly improving the efficiency of the process.
During my stay, there was a minor issue with the room. After I reported it to Nancy, she responded very quickly and immediately arranged for us to move to a brand-new room. Her efficiency in handling problems was excellent, and it didn't disrupt our rest.
The hotel is located in the city center, offering an excellent location with comprehensive dining and shopping options nearby, making transportation very convenient. From the initial communication and check-in to handling unexpected issues, every step made me feel at ease. The service is commendable, earning a five-star rating. "My stay this time completely exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, with no strange odors, and fully equipped. The hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly, and it even had a separate wet and dry bathroom area. The bed and duvet felt just right in terms of temperature. The soundproofing was good, so it was very quiet at night. The staff were friendly. The hotel's location is excellent, with complete amenities nearby. It's only a short distance from A Mao Restaurant and also close to the subway exit. The breakfast selection was rich and tasted good. It's highly recommended. Guest UserFirst, the pros: 1️⃣ The pool was better than I expected; the water quality was decent, and I didn't need sunscreen in the shade in the afternoon! 2️⃣ The service was excellent, not overly enthusiastic, just right. 3️⃣ The bathtub deserves full marks! The room provided disposable bathtub covers, so hygiene wasn't a concern! Now, the cons: 1️⃣ The sofa and tabletops had many old stains. 2️⃣ The gym was old and dilapidated; the yoga mats were crumbling badly, and the stationary bikes were difficult to ride. 3️⃣ There wasn't much to do nearby; it was only suitable for relaxing.

The room was great, the bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the shower offered good privacy. The tea was surprisingly delicious. Right downstairs is the City God Temple pedestrian street, so it was a little noisy, but not a big issue. The breakfast looked diverse, but honestly, none of it tasted very good. They should consider reducing the variety and focusing on quality instead.

Overall, the stay was fantastic, highly recommended!
The hygiene was impeccable; the entire place was spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay.
The service was an absolute bonus. The front desk staff were incredibly patient during check-in, not only helping me connect to the Wi-Fi but also thoughtfully offering sour plum juice to beat the heat. They actively assisted with carrying luggage to the room and patiently explained how to use each amenity. During check-out, they even prepared bottled water and snacks, showing great attention to detail. The uncle who brought the complimentary nightly sweet soup was very kind and enthusiastic, always asking if I wanted more and diligently answering any questions I had 👍.
The room facilities were excellent, with electric curtains that could be controlled with a single button, making them convenient and adding a touch of luxury.
This stay was truly perfect and well worth visiting.

Anonymous UserFacilities: The facilities are comprehensive, the room is spacious and comfortable. I especially loved the separate small room ✌️. The gym equipment is also good, quite large and sufficient.
Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well. Stepping into the room felt like coming home. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo.
Environment: There's construction across the street, but it didn't affect anything at all; there was no noise. The hotel even provides earplugs, which is a nice touch. It's also conveniently located right next to Banji.
Service: Miya, my apartment manager, was incredibly dedicated and responsible – thumbs up! 👍 The breakfast at this hotel is also delicious, especially the scallion oil noodles 🍜. Overall, I'd give it 5 stars.

The breakfast offers a good variety and tastes great. Plus, every room type here has a unique layout, so it's not repetitive at all. It's comfortable and hassle-free to stay, I'll definitely be back!

Guest UserThe hotel's location is undoubtedly excellent, situated at Sanjiangkou with views of Ningbo's skyline.
The hotel service was also decent. I arrived at the front desk at 1:45 PM for check-in and was told the room wasn't ready, requiring another 46-minute wait. After I insisted, the front desk upgraded me to a room on the 36th floor.
Those are the positives; what follows are the hardware facilities that I simply cannot comprehend for a Marriott hotel:
After showering, the bathroom completely flooded, and I had to lay towels on the floor to prevent slipping. Half of the bathroom door couldn't be opened, and the lock wouldn't latch. The hotel elevators generally took 3-5 minutes to arrive.
As the saying goes, 'sharpening your axe won't delay your chopping,' and it's time for the hotel to consider a moderate renovation to improve its hardware facilities. This experience has somewhat affected my impression of the Marriott Group.

yingyingI have always wanted to experience the Tree Frog Tribe, but unfortunately it is really difficult to book in summer. I am so lucky to be able to book the last two tree houses during the Spring Festival. The 3 days and 2 nights passed very quickly, and I was really reluctant to leave here. . The kind teachers and enthusiastic staff moved us every moment. The store manager of Tribe is professional and attentive. He has another identity as a barista. The coffee produced by the store manager is really delicious. Mr. Liu, who is in charge of the operation, always made us mistakenly think that he is a professional preschool teacher. He knows how to guide children very well and is very kind. She is very patient and takes good care of every child in the activities she leads. In the past few days, the children have experienced plant dyeing, went up the mountain to chop wood and set up a stove to light a fire, made their own glutinous rice dumplings, made a cabin, and spent time at night bonfire party, etc. I am very grateful that the B&B can arrange such rich activities for the children in winter.
Although I have just left, I am already looking forward to coming back here in the summer to experience a richer summer boutique camp. I will definitely come back here this summer.

The family room is a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, and both bedrooms have TVs, which is very convenient. However, our room faced the road, not the Sanjiang River. I'm not sure if there are also parent-child rooms on the opposite side.
The soundproofing is excellent, and we slept well. The room decor has an old-money style. The front desk service was very responsive and friendly.
The parking lot is a bit old. The location is convenient; you can walk to Tianyi Square. The popular shops like Jimau Duitang and A Mao Restaurant are also within walking distance, and the food is quite good. It's easy to rent an electric scooter downstairs, and you can ride to the Old Bund, which is also not far if you prefer to walk.
