"Let's start with the positives: the service was quite good, with all staff members being polite and friendly. Although the location seemed a bit out of the way, it's very close to the subway, making it convenient to visit Dongqian Lake or take a taxi to several attractions. The bed was also quite comfortable. However, what was unbearable was the soundproofing. During the May Day holiday, Ningbo's municipal construction was non-stop. Cement trucks started operating at 6 AM, and we could hear the construction noise crystal clear. The 'smart' Xiao Du speaker was overly sensitive, lighting up the screen and turning on the bathroom light at the slightest movement. We didn't dare ask it to turn off the lights or screen for fear of disturbing our family's sleep. The most unbearable thing was that the shower room was directly connected to the outside. Our junior high school-aged child found it incredibly inconvenient to change clothes due to the lack of a partition. What a 'genius' designer! The toilet and shower room were also transparent. The bathroom door was broken and took forever to open. Switching between hot and cold water was impossible; it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. The facilities simply don't match the service quality. The staff, however, were all great 👍"

It's right next to Intime, so dining is super convenient, and they even use robots for delivery, which is pretty cool. The theme park is just a few minutes' walk away, and there's a subway station nearby too, so overall it's very convenient. "The service was excellent, making us feel right at home. They offered tea during check-in and popcorn for the kids. When we returned late, they even brought us a sweet soup for the evening. The laundry service was also a great touch, allowing us to relax and enjoy our trip without worries.
The room was spacious, and it even had a large window-side tatami platform – big enough that you could sleep an extra person on it if you added a blanket. It's not far from the main attractions, and you can easily walk to them. Overall, I'd still recommend it."

"The room was great and spacious. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and patient. She helped us with check-in and registering our car plate, and even upgraded us to a better room because we had a baby. Her service was very attentive. All the facilities in the hotel are new, making for a very pleasant stay. Plus, there are many beautiful attractions within a one or two-kilometer walk. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, and they even provided baby utensils and bibs. Overall, our stay was wonderful."

"I chose this Atour Hotel because I had an early flight the next day, and it's conveniently located just ten minutes away. The airport shuttle service was a huge plus, so I didn't have to worry about finding a taxi.
The front desk staff were very welcoming; they offered me hot water as soon as I arrived and even upgraded my room. The room was clean, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and it even had a nice river view."

GGuest UserLocated in a village near Cicheng, it is about half an hour's drive from downtown Ningbo and about two hours from Shanghai. It is a quiet and convenient location.
The housekeeper will contact in advance to confirm the dinner and bathing time. The special bathing pool is by appointment, which is basically a private bath experience. It is very comfortable.
The restaurant tastes good, the stir-fried asparagus is very tender, and a bowl of glutinous rice balls was given when checking in during the Lantern Festival, which is very considerate.
It is very comfortable to stroll around the bamboo forest pond in the village in the morning. The rape flowers are about to bloom recently, and it is a good place for leisure and vacation.

The service is excellent, with a WeChat concierge almost 24/7, always ready to help with anything you need.
Especially Miya, who always contacts me in advance before my check-in to reserve my preferred room.
The hotel breakfast is very good.
The hotel facilities are top-notch among domestic five-star hotels. The gym is huge, and there's also a sauna, yoga room, squash court, and a tennis court with a dedicated coach, which is very convenient.
The only downside is the slow Wi-Fi.
Personally, I think this hotel ranks first among all the five-star hotels in Ningbo for its overall offerings.

We booked a family room, which was spacious with a thoughtful layout, and very clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The facilities were new and complete, with a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a mini-fridge – everything you need. Breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, incorporating local specialties, and tasted delicious. A big shout-out to all the staff, from the front desk to customer service and the restaurant staff – everyone was warm, attentive, and very responsive. We had a fantastic experience.

The room was more spacious than I imagined, with a great view from the floor-to-ceiling window, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The attention to detail was impressive: the mini-bar drinks were complimentary, and the toiletries were from a well-known brand with a subtle fragrance. The location is excellent, convenient for both attractions and shopping districts. The breakfast offered a rich variety, and the local specialties were very authentic. At check-out, they even thoughtfully presented a small souvenir. Overall, it's great value for money, with warm service. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

DDing Ying ChorWe had a very pleasant 4-day, 3-night stay at the Novotel Ningbo East. The overall experience was positive. The lobby is beautiful, and the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel also provided us with one day of complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture. The hotel's location is a major advantage, making it easy to get around the city.

YyingyingI have always wanted to experience the Tree Frog Tribe, but unfortunately it is really difficult to book in summer. I am so lucky to be able to book the last two tree houses during the Spring Festival. The 3 days and 2 nights passed very quickly, and I was really reluctant to leave here. . The kind teachers and enthusiastic staff moved us every moment. The store manager of Tribe is professional and attentive. He has another identity as a barista. The coffee produced by the store manager is really delicious. Mr. Liu, who is in charge of the operation, always made us mistakenly think that he is a professional preschool teacher. He knows how to guide children very well and is very kind. She is very patient and takes good care of every child in the activities she leads. In the past few days, the children have experienced plant dyeing, went up the mountain to chop wood and set up a stove to light a fire, made their own glutinous rice dumplings, made a cabin, and spent time at night bonfire party, etc. I am very grateful that the B&B can arrange such rich activities for the children in winter.
Although I have just left, I am already looking forward to coming back here in the summer to experience a richer summer boutique camp. I will definitely come back here this summer.
