"A very satisfying stay. I believe this is a new generation product under the Orange Hotel brand, and it has been comprehensively upgraded in all aspects. 1. **The Room Itself**: The best feature of the room type I booked was the clear separation between the bathroom and the bedroom. This significantly improves comfort and convenience when more than one person is using it. 2. **Floor Amenities**: Each guest room floor is equipped with a laundry room and a gym. These amenities make the Orange Hotel experience almost identical to that of an Atour Hotel. The only difference is that Orange is younger and more stylish (suitable for family trips, dates, etc.), while Atour is more suited for older guests (business travelers). 3. **Hotel Staff**: The hotel staff are excellent. Every lady was outstanding, enthusiastic, and provided very detailed information about the hotel. 4. **Local Food**: You can walk from the hotel to find delicious Super Beef Noodles, which is very friendly for tourists. The row of snack shops directly across the street from the hotel also received good overall reviews, especially the braised dishes at the corner, which were super amazing."

"The hotel is located in the center of Xiangyang City, next to several large shopping malls, with ample parking and charging stations on the basement level. The hotel also has a free, well-equipped gym. The front desk service was excellent; they were very welcoming. There was even a free wake-up call in the morning. The restaurant's breakfast was plentiful, including Xiangyang's specialty beef noodles with generous toppings. I would definitely stay here again."

"The dryer in the laundry room was surprisingly bad. It showed a drying time of over two hours, but after that, it showed another hour or so. I set an alarm to go get the clothes in the early morning, only to find they were still more than 50 minutes away. The clothes were still wet, and the temperature inside was only around 40 degrees Celsius. No wonder it took so long to dry! The laundry room is also in a rather remote location and is small. Coupled with the recent continuous rainy weather in Xiangyang, the dryer's performance was truly disappointing. Upon check-in, the hotel didn't proactively provide slippers or a toothbrush for the child after registering their information. The bath mat next to the bathtub was wet and had some mold. The toilet flush was also very slow; after one flush, there was a long wait before you could flush again. The room provided by the hotel had a great view, but unfortunately, it was foggy. The hotel breakfast was mediocre and not up to par for the price. The location is excellent, though; there are shops and bus stops nearby, making it convenient to get to the ancient street, Gulongzhong, and Xiangyang East Railway Station. Hopefully, the laundry room equipment will be upgraded when I have the opportunity to stay there again."
