Guest UserGreat hotel. Large, yet cozy and full of Bali spirit. Lots of greenery. 100% value for money. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff are always ready to help. Special thanks to Pia at the reception. There are activities: morning yoga, aqua aerobics, and water volleyball. Different daily free shows, as well as national costumes available for photoshoots. Thanks to Kerni and Ginara for the dressing! There's a temple on the property where we went for a performance – a traditional Balinese dance show – combined with dinner (a barbecue and local cuisine buffet). Good breakfast selection with diverse cuisine. The grounds are large, with several pools and various lounge areas. Plenty of sunbeds. The beach is the best in this area – you can swim even during low water

Guest UserThe cliffside rooms offer great views. They're very spacious, clean, and feature a wet/dry bathroom separation, with each room having its own balcony. The hotel's toiletries are excellent, and they provide unlimited filtered drinking water daily. The hotel also organizes daily activities that guests can choose to join.
Facilities: There are many swimming pools with clean water. There's also a beach pool, a favorite for kids, and a small private beach – not ideal for swimming, but perfect for a quick dip.
Breakfast: It's decent, enough to fill you up.
Surroundings: There's a construction site nearby, but it's not noisy, just a slight obstruction to the view.
Transportation: It's quite far from the city center, so you'll need a taxi to get around. There are no convenience stores nearby.

This resort-style hotel truly has it all when it comes to dining, entertainment, and amenities. From recreational facilities and an indoor pool to a private beach and buffet restaurants, everything you could want is right here. The 'all-inclusive' in the hotel's name means that for an additional fee, you get unlimited access to the hotel's various buffet restaurants throughout the day. If you opt for the all-inclusive package, you essentially won't need to leave the hotel at all during your stay.
The hotel attracts a lot of foreign guests, mostly vacationers who seem to stay for extended periods. During our two-day stay, we were the only two Chinese guests in the entire hotel – the breakfast staff recognized us instantly! 😂
The rooms are large and comfortable, each with its own balcony. The hotel service is genuinely excellent, and the breakfast buffet offers a fantastic variety. While the hotel does show its age a bit, with some facilities looking a little dated, it doesn't detract from the overall experience.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The swimming pool was very enjoyable—great for cooling off after a hot day. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay, and the breakfast was decent, with a few good options to start the morning.
Overall, everything was fine and we had a pleasant experience. The only drawback was the location—it's a bit far from the beach, so you'll need transport if you plan to spend a lot of time by the sea. Not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind when booking.

HululuThe cliffside infinity pool offers stunning views of the rainforest terraces and valleys, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets – perfect for incredible photos.
Enjoy ultimate privacy in a secluded rainforest villa, quiet and peaceful, far from the hustle and bustle of Ubud.
The butler service is attentive, there's a 24-hour front desk, free city shuttle, professional spa, and the floating breakfast is amazing.
The rooms are spacious, with Zen-inspired Balinese decor, clean, tidy, and have excellent terrace views.
Forest yoga and rice field trekking provide a healing and relaxing experience, making it ideal for a romantic honeymoon.
Be aware of mosquitoes and geckos: it's inevitable in a rainforest villa, and you might occasionally find small lizards indoors, so definitely come prepared with mosquito repellent.

Guest UserOverall, everything was good. My kids loved the Kid's Club, and all the staff there were very friendly and helpful.
Bali Collection provides a shuttle service through Holiday Inn, which was very convenient. The hotel is not located on the busiest street, but there are several restaurants within a few minutes' walk. There are also three mini marts just outside the hotel, which is very handy.
The only downside was the kids' pool. It seems more suitable for children below 3 years old, as the area is quite small and the water slide is not very powerful. My friend's child and mine are both 8 years old, and they were unable to stand comfortably in the adult pool, which is 120 cm deep. That was a bit disappointing.
However, I can honestly say that the service throughout our Bali trip was excellent. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Bali's hospitality was truly top-notch.

I had a pleasant stay at Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center and would happily recommend it to others visiting Denpasar. The hotel is centrally located, making it a great base for both business and leisure activities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the essential amenities provided. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a generous variety of both local and international dishes. The hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool and meeting rooms, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. For the price, Aston Denpasar offers great value and a welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Bali.

The location was convenient, with many cafés, restaurants, and popular spots in Seminyak just a short distance away. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. It was excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bali.

Great stay. Complete breakfast with delicious fruits. Staff ready to help at anytime and very lovely. The room was very nice, including a nice bed, chair and desk for work. The shower was very good too, comparing to others I’ve stayed in Indonesia. I’d definitely stay again and for longer.
