5-Star Hotels in Amman

It was a wonderful hotel. The area is safe, and there are supermarkets and easy places to eat nearby, making it very convenient. The best thing about it was that there was free laundry (you could even use liquid detergent for free). The views from the pool and rooftop were amazing, and the night view was also beautiful. The gym was easy to use. The staff were all very kind, and I had a very pleasant stay.

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Amman was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is luxurious, comfortable, and very relaxing from the moment you arrive. The service was outstanding, and the staff were professional, friendly, and always attentive. The food was excellent with great variety and high quality. Overall, it was a perfect experience full of comfort and luxury, and I would definitely visit again.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the hotel. Firstly, no one warned me that renovations were underway. Secondly, you have to make a huge fuss to get through to reception. Only after you ask for a refund and plan to move to another hotel will they offer you a quieter room and stop the renovations!!! 😡 I called reception and asked to change rooms because it was very noisy. I'd been on flights for several days and was planning to finally get some sleep. They promised to check with the receptionist and call me back, but no one ever did. The noise from the renovations was so loud, it was like someone was literally drilling and breaking concrete over your head. I went down to reception and asked for a refund so I could go to the Hilton and relax there. The hotel was required to inform guests about the renovations, but they didn't. They were undergoing a full-scale renovation on a certain floor, and no matter where you were moved, the sounds would reach every room!! Only after I demanded to cancel my reservation and move out of this hotel did they stop the entire renovation process. My refund and cancellation request were REFUSED! They told me to contact the aggregator I booked with. I wrote to trip.com and submitted a cancellation request with a refund, which the hotel itself again happily rejected! I received no compensation or refund from the hotel, and what's more, they didn't bother to apologize in any way. A hotel of this caliber with such disgusting service is simply disgraceful. After the noises of renovation stopped, I went to bed, and then my neighbors' wild adventures began again. It felt like a ******* was located in the room above... As for the furniture, it was quite outdated. It was clean, but it felt as if everything, from the closet to the glass in the bathroom, had been from a bygone era. The only thing I'm grateful for is the girl who greeted me upon check-in. I'm incredibly grateful for her compassion and understanding. If it weren't for her, my entire experience at this hotel would have been extremely negative. It's only because of her that I'm giving the service a 4 instead of a 1!

The hotel is amazing , very clean everywhere , I disliked that they don’t have reserved areas for smokers everybody smokes anywhere they feel is a good spot for it , not thinking in people that we don’t smoke including little kids , it will be nice if they enforce smokers to smoke on designated areas and not inside restaurants and bars , I ate at 5 de mayo restaurant ( as a good Mexican lol ) not well convenced that I was going to find good Mexican food , I was wrong I gave my congratulations to the stuff and chef the food was amazing and so the drinks , I drank a Paloma a typical Mexican drink base with tequila , squirt ,grapefruit juice , lime juice over salty ring glass , Tequila used on my drinks was Don Julio , All stuff from valet parking to receptionists and in general were super friendly I definably recommend this hotel if you are visiting Amman Jordan or

My stay at Crowne Plaza Amman in the Standard Room was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly courteous and responsive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The hotel’s facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained and offered a great way to unwind after a busy day. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay, and I would definitely stay here again during future visits to Amman.

The hotel was great, the rooms were very large and clean, the bed was most comfortable. The pool service could not be better, and the hotel food was great, the terrace bar was phenomenal, 100% recommended. I would go back with my eyes closed. On weekends they have pool parties during the day, both for children and adults, with a DJ included. And with a lot of security, so you feel at home.

Good hotel but he need more renewal

Our stay at this hotel was beyond fantastic! The staff were warm and welcoming throughout, with special thanks to Oulaia for her exceptional service. She not only arranged an early check-in for us but also generously upgraded our room type and ensured our three rooms were on the same floor, making it incredibly convenient for our group. The hotel boasts a prime location—within walking distance to numerous restaurants and supermarkets, perfect for dining and daily needs. The rooms are modern and well-equipped, featuring smart lighting and automated curtains for a touch of luxury. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, offering great value for money. This hotel is an ideal choice for both short business trips and leisure stays. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!
