"Location is just perfect. Easy access to lots of places of interest like dotonbori, Kuromon Market, takashiMaya, .... You may walk for around 30 to 40 minutes OR just ride on the MRT named Shin-Imamaya. From Shin-Imamaya, must exit East to reach the hotel. West exit do not provide elevator. Need to walk up and down with MANY MANY ten steps of staircase Abeno Q's Mall, Mio and Kintetsu department is located 1 km away. Tsusentaku towel is 200 m away. Donki Quijote is 400 m away Spa world is 100 m away. Best location in Osaka. The only complaint is the breakfast. I would not say they provided lots of food but sufficient in Japanese style food which I like. Western food is really really limited. Must take the breakfast before 9 am. Even though last order is 9.30 am but after 9 am food will not be topped up if they are running out. So you have very limited choices after 9 am. The breakfast cost 2000 yen. Not suggest to take their breakfast if not in the accomodations package. Overall satisfied."

"I’ve booked this place twice. Overall, the experience was nice, but during my second stay, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working on the 6th floor (previously, I stayed on the 4th floor). I went to the front desk to complain, and they fixed it the next day. However, the signal was still quite weak, so the speed wasn’t as good as on the other floors. On the bright side, the room on the 6th floor (single loft) was more spacious, so it felt like a trade-off."

"TOHO HOTEL location is fantastic accessible to 3 subway stations, direct train to Kansai Airport. Walking distance to Osaka Shinsekai/Tsutenkaku. If you dont mind walking more to Shinsaibashi its far but along the way you can visit some small Shrines and temples. There's a 24hrs laundry service just across TOHO. So dont hv to bring too many clothings keep space for shopping and food 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

"Room that we booked are quite spacious for 3 Adults with 2 medium luggage laying open on the floor. We are given a room on the 24th floor (highest floor) with a nice city view and part of the train track. Location is good for those traveling to Osaka via Shinkansen as hotel is near to Shin-Osaka station. Easy to find foods and traveling to most of the tourists attractions."

"The hotel is literally beside a train station which is really convenient to go to airport. And there’s a family mart just 2 mins away as well. But the thing is the room really small and very small walkway for you to walk. And the sound proofing is so weak that you’ll able to hear the loud snoring from the room next to you if so happened there’s one. And I would really not recommend to those who not used to shared bathroom as it’s quite inconvenient and for female bathroom is at ground floor and need to pass by the hotel entrance and public area which is dining area that there’s bunch of people being there for using laptop and eating almost the whole day. First time trying this kind of hotel and guess it’s not my type but it’s good for experience."

"I overslept and was late for check-out, but the staff were very kind and helpful, and I wasn't charged any late fees. The hotel's proximity to the station was also a big plus. I'd definitely like to stay here again the next time I visit Osaka!"
