Guest UserConvenient location close to the city center and main train station. Well serviced with trams too. Spacious suite with comfy bed. Having the small kitchen area was great too. Breakfast was standard but had a good selection of different options. Will stay again.

Guest UserGreat design, classic style, and an excellent location in the heart of The Hague. The hotel is conveniently close to several tram stops, making it easy to get around the city.
That said, the housekeeping could be improved. I'm not particularly picky, nor was I inspecting corners looking for flaws, but as soon as I entered the room I noticed a large white stain on the chairâwhat looked like a souvenir from a previous guest. It was quite obvious and, in my opinion, something that should be easy to remove with basic cleaning supplies. The hair dryer also looked rather worn and overdue for replacement.
These are small details, but they are the kind of things that guests notice immediately and could easily be addressed with a bit more attention from the cleaning staff.
Other than that, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room at a very pleasant temperature.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider returning in the future, especially if the housekeeping standards are improved.

The location is unbeatable. It is just 5 mins walk, straight line, from the central station. Along the walk u will see lots of restaurants, an Etos (a heath and beauty brand in NL), a supermarket (Albert Heijn)which u should be able to get practically anything you need.
The hotel room is clean, the bed is comfortable. I choose the room type with a view, which is on higher floor, very quiet, got good sunlight.
There is a coffee corner on the ground floor which you can get unlimited coffee and tea all day long. And there is laundry room, although I havenât tried it, which is another added point for long period travellers.
The only downside is, itâs a minimalistic hotel. No kettle, no fridge, no cupboard or shelves for storage.
The only toiletries provided are shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, although they are of freaking good quality, especially the conditioner, I am really surprised lol.
Will stay there again if I go next time.

Elenka AngeThanks, everything was great. It's a bit far from public transport, but there's a beach with seals nearby. The room was spacious, and the bed, mattress, and pillows were comfortable. The shower worked. Housekeeping was available on request. Most importantly, it was quiet.

Anonymous UserThe view from the room was amazing! However, it was a shame there was no hot water kettle in the room. I really wanted to make some instant miso soup and tea that I brought from Japan. Also, I would have liked a mini-fridge, even a small one. The staff were friendly, but they spoke very fast, which made it a bit difficult for me, as a non-native English speaker, to understand. Still, I got the gist of what they were saying. Thank you for everything!

Donât book the rooms in hot summer days. The air conditioner only provides breeze. Not enough to feel cool in the room. The sink is blocked and water goes down slowly.
Especially, we found the receptionists worked super slow and inefficiently. There was so hot in the reception area without air conditioners. The guests complained waited there over 1 hours to line in the queue and checked in. The receptionist just worked in their own time no matter how long the queue was. The receptionist just repeated same thing to different guests slowly. It took us over 45 mins to check in and no body could do a bit early check-in.
The room is clean and good for students but no for professionals. We would never come back again. W

Guest UserTheHilton the Hague in the scenic Zeestraat is worth your money. My room was big size and so was the bathroom with a lovely bathtub. The view is a bit meh, but there is enough to do or to see in the neighborhood. The only thing I did not like was the (too) loud popmusic over Sunday breakfast.

Anonymous UserThe room was so clean and spacious! I enjoyed the big TV screen as well. Somehow I couldnât chromecast Netflix. The staff were very kind too. Check-in and out was very smooth too.
The breakfast was sufficient, though, I thought it was mediocre for 20âŹ.

Guest UserPlease note that I ended up staying in a panoramic studio apartment, not a mixed 4-person dorm. I was a bit apprehensive as I've never stayed in a mixed dorm before. After a quick look at the room, I didn't feel very comfortable, so I asked the front desk to upgrade me to a private room, which they kindly did. The location is indeed inconvenient; getting to the city center is fine, and the station is close to the hotel, but the bus stop for leaving the city is quite far, about a 10-minute walk.
