Stayed in full delight from the hotel! Staff very friendly and attentive, met and accompanied simply perfectly, helped in all matters . Very enjoyed the delicious kitchen, live music and stunningly beautiful waterfall on the territory. It was pleasant to surprise that when they left, they gave food and water to the road. Thank you very much to Mr. Bejoy! We will definitely return again!!

Politely, I will just say this hotel is not a 5 Star hotel...maybe not even 4 Star. There are multiple reasons but I will say that one of the biggest reasons is mainly because of the front desk. They lack the understanding of genuine hospitality and a true 5 Star experience which goes above and beyond. To Mr. R.S. Gupta…it is time to make some serious changes at this location. 🙏🏽

Super experience, very good atmosphere and environment. Restaurant has intercontinental menu, mostly south indian dishes. House keeping was done by Dhanalakshmi & Ramesh.. Gym, Kids Play Area and Landscaping were good. Don't miss the clouds in this property.

It’s a great property being so huge surrounded in a dense forest area, the rooms, service everything is amazing and the best part is even the food served. Being such a big resort, the service is top notch as whatever you ask for is serviced at lightning speed. The approach road was narrow but is properly maintained. Would definitely recommend it to fellow travellers

This is one of the best hotels that you can get in entire Kerala, let alone Munnar. Everything related to the hotel is EXCELLENT. Service, amenities, staff, food, location, cleanliness, room size, anything and everything is 10/10. We stayed in the standard room, which has a balcony overlooking the valley. The view is superb. Kudos to the hotel’s management, to make this an extremely memorable trip for us. Would definitely stay here, only, in case we go again to Munnar.

It’s 10 mins walk to city centre and you can plenty of shops to eat. If you are pure vegetarian, go to many of the amazing and affordable Pure Veg restaurants nearby. Also, you can find plenty of monkeys within the resort which is nice because you can’t find any on the way. In general, it’s a decent hotel but I booked late, so, I had to pay a premium.

It was a nice experience and view of munnar city, tea plantation, attakalu waterfall is awesome and mesmerizing. Facility and service all are also good. Receptionist is active and respond quickly. It doesn't have running restaurant so we need to order 1 hours before but all cooked foods are in good cost, delicious and fresh and stay has a restaurant where we can sit and eat. It has some open space for parking. The only thing need to worry is that entrace is too steep and 100 to 200 metre off-road needed to reach the hotel. It also has a play area for kids and sit out. In walking distance you can see waterfall, st. Cannes church and tata tea plantation. Really nice experience.

Good perfect

Location is somewhat easily accessible, even though the final few km its narrow road. The ambience is great. We booked the estate pool villa, which was well maintained. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were buffet mode, the food was delicious. There is a recreation area and a watch tower, which gives a nice view of the beautiful surroundings. Overall a relaxed stay in the midst of calm nature

This place is neat and tidy, we booked the jungle view suit and the room is big and spacious, morning breakfast is average with normal South Indian dishes with bread and butter. All cutleries and arrangements are fine. Average place to stay. Car parking is available. Swimming pool is available too and is good. Near to tiger reserve, bus station, Katak, kalari and elephant park. If you plan to book please ensure going there with proper towel, tissues, mineral water, tooth paste & brush. Also if you book Jungle view room, elders wanted to be cautious as you will have to climb one more floor on stairs as the lift facility is until 4th floor. This is more than a decade old building and equipment’s here are neat but not brand new. I experienced power cut in room but that’s manageable
