"I had a very pleasant stay at Palm Inn Hotel Doha. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and I appreciated the smooth check-in process and the comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay.
The only drawback for me was the location, which was slightly inconvenient for accessing some major spots in the city. However, aside from that, everything else was nearly perfect and I genuinely enjoyed my time at the hotel."

"I booked a sea-view room, and while you can see the ocean, it's not a full sea view as there are other hotels in front. Breakfast offers both indoor and semi-outdoor seating, and besides the buffet, you can also order some freshly prepared items. The service was good!"

"The property was in a good location- walkable distance to MIA park and museum. The service was exceptional from the night staff, our son had spoiled the sheet twice at night and both times they were very quick to change sheets. The breakfast was good, a range of options and something for everyone to enjoy.
I think some aspects of the rooms can be upgraded as we can see the wear and tear. Otherwise spacious rooms and big and nice bathrooms"

"I stopped here for two nights en route back to my home in Malaysia. I arrived late, tired and utterly drained plus walking on crutches after surgery.
Chris the doorman welcomed me and got my luggage to my room all with a smile and the young lady on reception (01.00am on morning of 13th July) made sure to ask all the questions to ensure my obvious disability issues were helped.
A late check out was easily given but I want to highlight that I had my absolute best nights sleep in over 6 months and most definitely since my operation 2 weeks ago.

"Staying at Best Western Plus Doha hotel was an amazing experience.
The staff was so kind, helpful and cooperative.
The room was much better than I expected and so big.
The amenities were perfect. I found all what I was expecting. Also when I asked for a hair dryer, they brought it shortly.
The place is about 1 km away from Souq Waqif metro station, so about 15 minutes of walking.
I am so happy, and if I go to Qatar again, I would probably choose the same hotel."

"A beautiful hotel but falls short of 5 star service. The service received was pretty inconsistent as some members of staff and certain situations were dealt with to a top standard but the hotel fell short in other areas. The poolside was not staffed so on our 2 days that we spent there (would have spent more but it was boring), there was nothing provided to eat or drink. Spending time by the pool is a big part of my holiday so this was really disappointing. When I enquired with a staff member, I was told it is un-manned due to a lack of guests using the pool. This wasnt an acceptable reason. The other situation I had was when I asked if I could change money using my contactless card (we forgot our bank cards!) - 2 members of staff said it is possible then when I went to change the money, the manager(Nicole) came and advised that it actually isnt possible. Very unprofessional. Check-in was really nice and Kartik was friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the door was very, very helpful in all matters and 2 members of staff at Alnafourah were also very helpful and friendly. We watched football at Alnafourah and we were treated well and nicely accommodated.
Another incident occured when we came back to our room following a visit to the pool and having had our room made up, there were no towels! I had to call twice to housekeeping to advise them as they took so long to respond then when a member from housekeeping arrived, he told me the towels will take an hour to arrive! Never experienced something like this at a 5 star hotel. I had to go down to reception to resolve the situation and I will say that Nicole did sort it out immediately, the housekeeping manager visited our room to apologise and provided a complimentary fruit bowl. Nicole also offered a wonderful gesture by giving us complimentary entrance to a beautiful 'brunch by the pool' evening dinner. This was a lovely gesture as the food on offer was delightful. The gesture was very much appreciated.
The location of the hotel isnt the best as there isnt too much to do in the area but taxis are so easy to get, this isnt too much of an issue. Overall, a really nice hotel but in my opinion, falls short of 5 star standard but does provide good value for the price. Nice but I wouldn't stay here again. Overall service needs improvement."

"This is already a repeat stay. The hotel isn't far from dining options by taxi, and it's also close to the airport. The only downside is that it's a bit old, and some of the facilities are a bit dated. However, the breakfast is delicious! I love the warm bread, especially with an omelet inside, and I really enjoy the fragrant nuts."

"Hotel was good, as it was my first anniversary the hotel didn’t offer anything or help with anything to make it special for me. The hotel staff ain’t very helpful at all. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, nice room nice location. But all management thinks about is money. Personally I would advice to looking for somewhere else to stay. We managed to find a hotel that made our anniversary special."

CCongmingdexiongxiong2010We arrived at the hotel at midnight, exhausted as a family of three. The front desk swiftly and smoothly processed our check-in. The room was spacious, with two 1.5m double beds. With a ”stay two, get one free” offer, this is probably the best value Mandarin Oriental hotel globally, although the room we stayed in had no view. Acceptable, though. We loved the hotel's location; the neighborhood has a strong old-money vibe, and it was very comfortable during the day with almost no one around. Although it was hot, there was almost always shade. Locals started coming in the evenings, making the area more lively at night with numerous restaurants. We ate there for three days and didn't have a single bad experience. The M7 Art Museum is directly opposite the hotel, though it usually doesn't have any exhibitions. It's a 12-minute walk to Václav, and the walk along the way is very pleasant. All the staff were extremely friendly.

First off, the hotel’s location is perfect—conveniently situated with easy access to shopping and dining options nearby. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming service was top-notch. The staff was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Check-in was smooth, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant and inviting.
The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was luxurious, with high-end toiletries and a fantastic rainfall shower.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s dining options. The breakfast buffet had an extensive variety, catering to all tastes, and the quality of food was outstanding. I also enjoyed the hotel’s serene spa and fitness center, which added a great touch to my stay.

PPaparazyThe Hospitality of the St Regis Hotel in Doha is second to none, from the reception to the room was so clean and the view from the room was marvelous, the food in the Chinese restaurant, the morning breakfast and the swift response of the staffs was very hospitable, also complementary transportation within the hotel with the carrier is mind blowing.
Not forgetting the complementary water and towel by the beach side and also at the pool side was wow and cooling to the mind considering the weather.
I would love to go back someday

GGuest UserWe stayed at Al Najada for 7 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful, assisted us in every way we needed. Early check-in was not possible (we arrived at around 11am), but it didn’t sour our spirits. We booked a deluxe room, it was very spacious and came with a balcony, all amenities were included. Room was cleaned almost daily, at some point staff took one of the bathrobes and didn’t bring a clean one. Breakfast could’ve been better, in my opinion, food options were a bit limited, but, overall, still quite okay. You will not walk away hungry. The location is top notch! It’s right next to Souq Waqif, which is a traditional local market, there are lots of cafes/restaurants/shops there. There are 2 metro stations within the walking distance. Msheireb district (short walk away) was my personal favorite. Definitely will book this hotel next time I’m in Doha.

SSINGHFAMILYWe the SINGH family from the UK (consisting of me and my wife, along with 2 adult sons) stayed at Double Tree by Hilton Al Sadd Hotel in Doha, for 4 nights, during a recent multi country trip family holiday, and truly enjoyed the experience.
The front security officers (eg. Moses, Jacob) were always happy, respectful and courteous in doing their jobs.
The front desk staff (including Houssem, Krishna, Job, to name a few), were welcoming, efficient and helpful, and always called out or waved, and stopped for friendly chat.
It was a great pleasure to actually meet with Renata who had been very proactive in answering all of my email questions prior to our booking with the hotel and assuring me that our pure vegetarian food requirements (ie. No meat, fish or eggs or dishes containing any of these items) for breakfast items would be fully met by the restaurant team.
The restaurant team were absolutely fantastic. Mitzie welcomed us every morning into the restaurant for breakfast and always checked to ensure everything was ok, etc. Rony especially took care of all our dietary needs and always went above and beyond his role, and surprised us with at least one new item each morning, such as special healthy fruit power-shot or fruit juice or special dishes made to order and served us tea the way we like it. Chef’s Karan and Yousef made time to come and speak with us and offer other dishes. Basanta, Rhea and Nisha also looked after us very well and always stopped to offer advice on places to visit etc and discuss our plans for the day.
Housekeeping staff (including Saibu, Jamuna, Horace, Sanjeev) were amazing and super friendly, and checked if we needed anything extra. Horace and Sanjeev surprised us several times with amazing art work of a lotus flower and pair of swans made from rolled towels - absolutely brilliant!
So many special memories of this hotel and staff members, that we will treasure for a long time, and also captured on camera. A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE (I AM SURE I HAVE MISSED MANY NAMES), FOR MAKING OUR STAY SO AMAZING AND MEMORABLE.
Another positive is that the hotel is very conveniently located for transport modes - taxi and metro station, and local shopping facilities and restaurants. We found a fabulous pure vegetarian Indian restaurant called Bhojan as well as a Tofu House only one street away - 5 minutes walk from the hotel..
So definitely 5 stars plus for this hotel, staff and its convenient location.

TThe.snacking.gypsyI had an absolutely seamless and memorable experience during my recent stay at Ibis Doha Al Muntazah. The hotel is located just about 15 minutes from Hamad International Airport by cab, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Its central location also provides easy access to many of Doha’s key landmarks, shopping areas, and restaurants.
From the moment I arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff stood out. I would especially like to mention from Housekeeping team Saurov, Lakhinder, and Damodar also others at the front desk, as well as the in-room dining team, who made my stay incredibly comfortable and welcoming.
The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed, clean linens, and soft towels. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as a hairdryer, vanity kit, dental kit, room slippers, and prompt laundry services. The overall experience felt like receiving five-star service at a three-star price.
As a solo traveler, I was particularly impressed with the hotel’s focus on security. The level of safety and attentiveness made me feel very secure throughout my stay. This is something I value deeply, and it made a significant difference in my overall comfort.
The hotel also offers a range of food and beverage outlets, with a great selection of meals and snacks. I enjoyed the happy hours and special discounts available to in-house guests, which made dining in both enjoyable and affordable.
Overall, my stay at Ibis Doha Al Muntazah was outstanding. The combination of excellent service, a convenient location, modern and clean facilities, and a warm atmosphere truly exceeded my expectations. Being told you can check-in early at 2 pm(upon arrival at the hotel at 8 am) and only to wait another 30 minutes for the room at 2.30 pm, is HIGHLY unacceptable! And other guests who were waiting at the couch got to their rooms before us. Not an experiece you would want after a red-eye flight. There are other hotels nearby who accommodate guests at least before 1 pm if they’re informed of their flight details. The security staff,on the other hand, were eveready to assist us! Rooms are just okay.. Dated and needs more work done. Would I stay here again? Sadly not.. Hope you guys improve on communication. It’s part of good service!

CChanté DevnarainEverything was great, good size room and the most comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location from the Souq Waqif and the metro station. There are many restaurants and a supermarket around.

BBugra BeleviI didn't eat here, so I can't comment on the food. It's a centrally located hotel that offers good value for its price. The staff were well-meaning and helpful. They gave us coupons for their affiliated beach, but we weren't allowed to bring snacks from our bag into the beach. It would have been better if we had known this beforehand.
