From the moment we checked in, everything was incredibly smooth: the staff greeted us warmly, processed our documents quickly, and thoroughly explained everything we needed to know. It's clear that the staff genuinely strive to make guests' stays pleasant, rather than just going through the motions. The room was very cozy, clean, and well-equipped. Everything we needed was there: a comfortable bed, clean linen, towels, air conditioning, good lighting, and ample space for our belongings. We were particularly pleased with the quality of the cleaning – the room was always a pleasure to be in, with no unpleasant odors or cleanliness issues whatsoever. I must also highlight the hotel's atmosphere. Despite being quite modern, it doesn't feel like a soulless, large complex. On the contrary, everything looks neat, calm, and thoughtfully designed. After a busy day, it was always a pleasure to return to the room and simply relax. The location was also a big plus. It was quite convenient to get to the main places we wanted to visit, and there were shops, cafes, and other essential amenities nearby. This meant we didn't have to waste much time on daily errands. The staff deserves special thanks. All employees were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Questions were answered quickly, without irritation or excessive formality. This kind of attitude truly significantly impacts the overall impression of a vacation. I also appreciated the value for money. For the price we paid, we received much more than we expected. The hotel is excellent for both short trips and longer stays. Overall, I was extremely satisfied. This is precisely one of those cases where reality perfectly matches expectations, and some aspects even pleasantly surprise you. If I find myself in this city again, I will undoubtedly consider this hotel first. "A beautiful, ultra-modern green oasis in Phuket. This is a luxurious complex consisting of three buildings. There are rooms to suit every taste, all tastefully decorated with an emphasis on ecology. There's an abundance of wonderful greenery, making it feel as if the buildings are constructed around or within a park. Parking spaces, coffee vending machines, and a 7/11 are available. On the rooftop of one building, there's an excellent pool with a great view, complete with showers, toilets, and changing rooms. Another building's rooftop hosts a large restaurant. An aerial walkway connects the buildings. Everything is adorned with lush greenery and illuminations, making it very cozy and beautiful. The complex also features a yoga studio, fitness center, billiards, table tennis, and co-working spaces. Pet-friendly, it even has a designated pet relief area. At reception, I was greeted by a delightful young man who managed to explain everything clearly, even though I don't speak the language. A true professional. Housekeeping is efficient, and you can dispose of trash yourself in designated areas on each floor. Everything is thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay. The complex is a little bit out of the center, but for some, that's more of an advantage. I'd love to return here next time."

"I stayed here for less than 10,000 yen per person. I booked a room on the first floor with direct pool access, and it was excellent. We could enjoy the pool until 9 PM, and the transparent boat was a lot of fun. There's also a pool on the rooftop. You can enjoy the pool in the morning as well. Information about the floating breakfast is provided during check-in. Perhaps because there are many Japanese guests, I noticed a lot of Japanese signage. The room was a bit humid, but not to an extent that it bothered me. It takes about an hour to get here from Patong Beach, but I think it's a hotel worth staying at at least once."

"One of the few that comes with a jacuzzi . Accessible to nearby food n amenities plus walking distance to beach. 24 HR friendly reception makes it convenient. ."

"It was a bit of a surprise for us that there were no beaches near the hotel, but that's more our fault for overlooking this detail when choosing the location. However, the hotel's location definitely has its advantages if you're not solely planning a beach vacation. From the hotel, it's very close to an outlet mall, a shopping center, a water park, an elephant park, and other activities. We were also very lucky because we frequently went on sea excursions to islands, and the piers from which we departed were located very close to our hotel. The cleanliness at the hotel is excellent; our room was cleaned every day, and towels and pillowcases were changed daily. The duvet cover and bedsheet were changed twice during our 9-night stay. We were also thrilled with the size of the bed 😂 compared to other hotels, it felt less like a king-size and more like a super-super king-size! The breakfasts at the hotel are typical for hotels in Thailand – no frills, but very delicious."

"I stayed for two nights. I accidentally left some valuables in the room, and the housekeeper came in to clean without me requesting it. Overall, it was good, but it was my fault for leaving things out, as I didn't expect anyone to come in and clean since I hadn't asked. Nothing was stolen, but I just felt it wasn't very private. Overall, I was impressed."

"The hotel is new and the room is fully equipped. It has a great location, within walking distance to everything, yet it's quiet. It's about 1 km to Walking Street and the shopping malls, and a 7-minute walk to the beach. There are 7-Eleven stores and currency exchange booths right next to the hotel, as well as plenty of shops and cafes nearby."

"We had a lovely stay here and didn't feel the need to leave the hotel at all, to have a nice and relaxing time of doing nothing except spending time in the pools. The pools do close pretty early though. Food options are pretty decent at the hotel, but I had some seabass one evening that made me violently ill - this sort of ruined it a bit for me. I'll probably be going back here in the future. I'll also, most likely, be skipping seafood at the hotel."

"A lovely and cozy little four-story hotel! We stayed in the “Peach” room with a bathtub — clean, comfortable, and offering a beautiful view of the pond and Monkey Mountain. The room has everything you need: a kettle, hairdryer, shower cap, cotton buds, shower gel and shampoo, two bottles of water, and instant coffee. Housekeeping is done daily. The hotel is a bit far from the beaches, but if you have a motorbike, it’s perfectly fine! The staff are very polite and friendly. We had an early check-out, and after letting them know the night before, everything was handled quickly and smoothly in the morning. Special greetings to the local cat — he’s so cute and chubby! 🐱 The property is small but very cozy, full of greenery and flowers. There’s a small pool and plenty of spots to sit and relax. Smoking is not allowed in the hotel or on its grounds, but there’s a designated smoking area just outside. Overall, a very pleasant and charming place. Highly recommend! 🌿 ——— Очень милый камерный четырехэтажный отель! Мы останавливались в номере «Персик» с ванной — чистом и уютном, с прекрасным видом на пруд и гору обезьян. В номере есть всё необходимое: чайник, фен, шапочка для душа, ватные палочки, гель для душа и шампунь, две бутылки воды и растворимый кофе. Уборка проводится каждый день. Отель расположен немного вдали от пляжей, но если вы путешествуете на байке — это не проблема. Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый. У нас был ранний выезд, и после того как мы предупредили вечером, утром нас быстро и без проблем выселили. К сожалению, местное кафе во время нашего пребывания не работало, поэтому не удалось ничего попробовать. Указано, что оно снова откроется в январе. Отдельный привет местному котику — он невероятно милый и пухленький! 🐱 Территория небольшая, но очень уютная — вокруг много зелени и цветов. Есть небольшой бассейн и множество мест, где можно посидеть и отдохнуть. На территории отеля курить нельзя, но для курящих предусмотрена отдельная зона за пределами отеля. В целом — очень приятное, душевное место. Рекомендую! 🌿"
