Hotels near Pak Keng Koong Temple, Ipoh

I didn’t actually stay here but booked a single room for my friend who came to visit. It was indeed a fuss-free but terrific room. Amenities like hairdryer, shower gel, water jug, mug and coffee were provided. Extras like hot and cold water, iron, fridge were all available near the reception. My friend reported that water pressure was excellent and the wifi was strong too. Most importantly, it was super clean. There’s ample parking provided and the hotel security was good too. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. My friend says she will not hesitate to stay here again!

Very Clean and just right beside the theme park. The beds is comfy. Staff is friendly and easy to check in and check out. we will come back again..

I would personally say that the service this time was good though at first when we got there we had to wait as there were people ahead of us at the check in. First and foremost, the room was good as it had a good view. Besides that, the room provided a good entertaimet tool being the televison and television channel, netflix and youtube. Other than that, the hospitality from the bellboy was also exellent with their good service.

(CNY stay with my 7mo baby) I'm sorry, but I originally intended to complain about the long queue for breakfast. However, I changed my mind after observing how friendly the waitresses were, even though they were very busy. Unfortunately, one disappointing encounter with the room service staff made me leave a negative review. When I called the room service and asked for help in freezing my ice pack so that I could store my breastmilk in the car when I travel back home, the staff member told me that there was a chiller in the room. I explained that the chiller couldn't freeze the ice pack, so I needed the hotel's assistance. To my surprise, the staff member asked me to pack the ice pack nicely and bring it down to reception. It was already 10:30 pm, and I was in my pajamas with my 7-month-old baby. I had to wake her up and carry the ice pack all the way down to reception. In addition to this negative experience, I also had to queue for breakfast with my baby on both days. I thought that they should open a hall if there weren't enough tables for the guests, but the waitresses were still friendly and welcoming, even though they didn't have a baby chair for the first 10 minutes. Despite this, I never thought of leaving a bad review. I was disappointed and saddened when I had to walk all the way down to reception at night with a baby, and I don't think that guests should have to do that.

The room is spacious n nice. The lobby is smelly, I guess partly because of the kitchen and bathroom (super smelly) nearby. There’s a strong odour the moment you enter into the lobby. I hope there will be more regular cleaning n perhaps putting some freshener might help. The staff are not friendly at all, you can enter and go out of the hotel without anybody noticing. Perhaps staff can be trained to smile more n acknowledge the guests.

Clean and comfortable room. Not very spacious, but it was reasonable for the price. The aircon wasn't working well at first, but a quick call to reception and a staff member came to sort it out fast. The toilet and shower areas were smartly separated.

My first trip to Ipoh.Took airasia to Ipoh.I stayed in excelisor hotel.The hotel is situated at goid location.Many food variety to choose from.Moving from here was ease.The hotel was clean and neat.The staff was wonderful.Had nice breakfast at the hotel.

A boutique hotel with good room rates. Room’s clean, has vinyl flooring and built-in carpentry is in rather good condition. Bed’s firm and basic toiletries are provided (toothbrush n paste, bath n shower). Clean bedlinens though the towel I had was old with few grey-black stains. Bathroom’s large but the water pressure is slightly Low (our room’s on the 1st level, with Recep at ground). There’s a dim sum restaurant just beside the hotel but we didn’t eat there. A larger food centre is just round the corner, 5-10mins wall away. Good and value for money place to stay even with no options for breakfast.

Parking are convenient with just a few step to Hotel main entrance. Great welcoming from front desk. Thanks to Christin Loh for time showing us the wonderful art on the lobby area. Few picture taken by us and family especially at one of the art with Harimau design wall. Enter the room with neat bed made up and clean environment. Warm and cozy design with black wall but brighten by light in the room. Entire one night stay was not enough will definitely came again for the next visit to Ipoh. Thanks Christin and Team.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Customer service was fantastic and the staffs were very attentive. Location was great and walking distance to many attractions such as concubine lane, Kong Heng square and eateries. Parking was a little bit of hassle due to limited space but we managed.
