"Good overall, the hotel offers shuttle bus (pick up and drop off) service but you have to call to reserve it. Cleanness is good but could be better. Breakfast is small and decent and only opens in 7am, you are going to miss it if you have an early flight. The room is very big. So it's a good choice if you are looking for a hotel for a long layover at Dallas Airport."

I will forever remember this place as this is my 1st visit to Texas. The staff are super nice here. Very clean. Thanks Madison for your service and allowed me to check in earlier after about 15 hours flight . Beyond grateful for the WC gifts given & i brought it back to Singapore ❤️. I love Texas ❤️."

"It's conveniently located near the airport and offers free pickup and drop-off services. There are restaurants and a gas station nearby. The housekeeping was spotless. However, even though I requested a non-smoking room, the room already smelled of cigarettes, which was unpleasant. Aside from that, the staff were friendly and there were no inconveniences. If you're only staying for a short period, this is a cost-effective option."

"Upon arrival, I checked the room and found the bathtub was very dirty. Therefore, I requested a room change at the front desk, and they readily agreed and changed me to a different room. When I arrived at the airport, I called the hotel, and they came to pick me up. Also, when I went to the airport, even though it was early in the morning at 5 AM, they provided transportation to the airport. The shower water pressure and hairdryer power were both strong, making for a very comfortable stay. The amenities only included shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and body cream; there were no toothbrushes or combs. There was a microwave, so I was able to warm up the cookies I received at check-in and enjoy them! There was a Denny's nearby, where I was able to have dinner."
