I, Swiss, I had to stay normally 6 days in place of 5 , from Sunday 23 July 2023 to Saturday 29 July 2023. I have to ask for cleaning the room because it doesn't take place every day. When I return, I see the reason of my buttons, animals walking on my ear and in bed. Shoqué, traumatized by the idea of having sleep with it is bestioles on my body, I have only a desire to take the flight . I'm noticed the problem at the reception he offers me another room, the animals are in the hotel and have to walk. The hotel they want to offer doesn't want me because I risk infecting them. I'm leaving the hotel around 5 a.m. I'm trying to take another hotel for one night . I've been unable to sleep in my new room. I'm currently traumatized, and try not to think I've brought her punishments home with me. We were 3 days in this hotel.. The location was super (very central) as well as the staff.. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was very delicious .. we will certainly visit it again at our next visit to Istanbul ..

Stayed for 9 nights in November. Very friendly staff who go out of their way to book taxis and give directions to wherever you want to go! Room cleaned/bedding changed every other day. The road is quite noisy if you stay at the front of the hotel, this was made worse as we had to keep the window open - no air conditioning as it’s classed as winter in Turkey now so it was switched off! Breakfast was good for the couple of pounds it cost, plenty of good restaurants around, the closest one being on the next corner! Shops/chemist/supermarkets a couple of minutes walk away, around £15 in a taxi from the International Airport. Would I stay again? Yes, but only if the air conditioning’s switched on 😀

The welcome in my hotel was very laughing and beautiful. On Google Maps only, the location of the hotel is not up-to-date, it makes it difficult to find a place that can be found very easily ... The room is very modern and comfortable. I had to study because I had to get the training I needed for my job and it was very easy to find the table in the room to the table lamp. The things were very comfortable and modern because it was a new hotel. The small needs (both cotton, earwash) in every hotel are not in the room, it was stated when it was requested but I didn't need it because I brought it myself but I expected it to be a little more generous about it: ) I didn't find the breakfast very different, especially if you stay long, you can get tired after a while, but staff are laughing and respectful ... I think it's the best hotel to stay in the neighborhood where I find it because they offer me a comfortable business trip Thank you.

I stayed with my family, everything was a new hotel, no lift, but 1.katta did not pose a problem for us, ***meat place is very beautiful. High stars deserve.

Although I agree with the fact that not all staff speak English. I don't see it as an issue. With all the translator Apps available and the universal language of a smile and patience it is easily overcome. ( I mean if we read an article whereby a Turkish person complained that the UK hotel he stayed in no one spoke Turkish; I'm sure the outcry would not be to defend him) I digress. The hotel staff I found to be helpful and patient with me. I am a recent widow still struggling with the loss of my husband. Two staff members in my opinion went above and beyond. The Main Chef Eüyip and one of the Managers Mertin. Due to needing special diet. Every morning at Breakfast Eüyip prepared mine fresh. I never felt it was a problem. Also he's English is superb May I also say the food was delicious. The variety surpassed any other hotel. Martin also was always there with a smile and helping hand. Rooms roomy and clean. House keeping came everyday. Fresh water coffee/Tea for the room replenished every day. Also the option of a smoking/non smoking room is available. Travelling without my husband after over 30 years together this two men made me feel safe and secure PS ( get the two together they are a right comedy act everyday I saw them they made me smile)

Perfect stay in central of istanbul. Walking distance to Taksim and Galata Tower. Sishane metro and Tophane tram station are also nearby. Room was clean. The only thing we need maybe an electric kettle inside the room to make tea and coffee. And also more variety in the breakfast

To begin with, now this hotel is called DNZ TAXIM FERİDİYE HoTEL. I booked a stay for three nights through booking in a deluxe room. Upon arrival, we were given a different room that did not match the description and photo when booking. We returned to the administrator with an attempt to explain that the number was clearly different. He looked for our reservation for a long time, found it, and eventually gave us another room. It was larger and similar in size to the one in the photo, but it did not match in appearance. We were told that there were no other rooms available. In the end, I had to stay in this room. Then we began to examine it in more detail and were in a slight shock. The point was the condition of the room itself: the door trims were broken off, the walls were all chipped to the ground, the sink was loose, the shower hose was frayed, the faucet that was kept on parole. The faucet and fan just stuck out of the wall, everything above the doorway in the bathroom was smeared with cement without any kind of decoration (everything is in the photo). Towels are dirty, with lipstick residue and holes. Bed linen was also in question. The price included breakfast, which again turned out to be not the same as in the photo on bo***********A photo of breakfast is also attached to the review. The main thing there is half a loaf. Arabs work at the front desk, who know a couple of words in English, that is, it is extremely difficult to communicate with them. And finally, the cherry on the cake. We decided that we could not stand here for three nights and leave after two nights. As a result, the administrators canceled our reservation when we checked out, and sent information to booking that we supposedly did not check in. In general, they simply deceive people! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Ξενοδοχείο στη πλατεία Ταξίμ , σε τοποθεσία που εξυπηρετεί τις μετακινήσεις στο κέντρο της πόλης και βρίσκεις πολλά μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια. Δωμάτια χωρίς καθόλου θέα και με πολύ θόρυβο από το δρόμο. Το πρωϊνό φτωχό, μόνο η θέα από την αίθουσα του πρωϊνού αξίζει.

Amazing location, close to Kadıköy pier. From Kadiköy you can easily reach European side or islands by ferry. Hotel is new, very clean and modern. Friendly and helpful staff. Really huge room. Highly recommend this place to stay.
