حجزت جناح بجاكوزي عن طريق تطبيق Trip.com وعند وصولي للفندق اعطوني جناح بدون جاكوزي للعلم دفعت قيمة جناح بجاكوزي يعني دفعت على اغلى جناح عندهم واعطوني جناح ارخص من الجناح الذي حجزته وعندما اخبرت الاستقبال بالموضوع اخبروني بأن الجناح الذي يوجد به جاكوزي محجوز من قبل 4 ايام ولمدة اسبوع فقلت لهم بأنه متوفر على تطبيق Trip.com عند حجزي له فأخبروني بأن الخطأ الذي حصل ليس من طرفهم بل من طرف تطبيق Trip.com فقلت لهم أرجعوا لي فرقية السعر فقالوا لي لا يمكننا ذلك لأن الخطأ ليس منهم.

C’est grave, docteur. C’est à cinq étoiles le plus pourri de la planète Le service n’existe pas. Les chambres sont minuscule, coupure d’électricité durant la nuit. Et encore 1 million de choses qui ne vont pas en fait la seule chose qui était bien dans cet hôtel c’est quand je suis parti

During various stays at this hotel spanning several weeks, I found it to be a pleasant and comfortable place, albeit with somewhat overwhelming décor. The service is generally good, and the staff treat guests exceptionally well. However, communication could be challenging as only a few team members are proficient in English. Despite this limitation, they make sincere efforts to assist you. This hotel is more suitable for those needing proximity to work rather than tourists. The kitchen offers decent food, although there's a tendency to overcook dishes. The gym, pool, and sauna facilities are fantastic, equipped with state-of-the-art amenities. Unfortunately, during my visits, there was a persisting issue with the water boiler, leading to intermittent hot water supply problems that remained unresolved.

Il demande une caution à la tête du client ou bien d’autres critères …… j’arrive dans cet hôtel via une clinique, le 19/09/2023 le soir vers 21h, le réceptionniste me demande 100€ de caution bien qu’un peu étonné je lui fait comprendre que j’ai du cash dans mon bagage et je lui demande de monter dans la chambre et lui remettre les 100€ ,il m’oppose un niet catégorique, pas de caution pas d’accès à la chambre n’ayant pas le choix vu l’heure je me suis exécuté a ouvrir ma valise pour remettre cette caution il écrit mon nom sur une liste .mais ma décision était prise de partir de cet hôtel au plus vite chose faite le 21/09 au moment de récupérer ma caution et signé sur la liste sur laquelle j’étais la dernière personne enregistrée pourtant il y’a eu de nouveaux arrivants…

Дело было 06.10.2022 Просто ужасно!!! Накипело. Очень редко пишу негативные отзывы. Все началось с того ,что по телефону назвали цену в 1200 лир за ночь, после того как приехал цена оказалась 100$. Ну ок, 100 значит 100. Говорю могу лирами расплатиться- нет, только долларами. Оплатил двое суток. Через 10 мин , увидев номер спустился и решил уехать в другой. Но менеджер недовольно согласился вернуть только за 2 ую ночь. Ок Остался на 1 день. Номер большой и бестолковый. По середине номера огромная колона, ковролина нет из за этого неуютно. Стаканов , кружек нет, стоят бумажные стаканчики в отеле с 5 звездами. Вид на улицу в соседнее старое здание. В коридорах свет с датчиком движения, что не очень то и удобно, а больше бесит, когда долго срабатывает. Лифты тупые - кнопки по 3 раза надо называть. В Баре только 2 бутылки воды. Рядом с отелем нет ресторанов, а заказать в отель нельзя, говорят что при отеле есть ресторан, в котором цены x3.
