Hotels near Orman Gulu Park, Istanbul

The hotel name is actually Istanblu Hotels, we stayed two nights here as it's conveniently located on the M4 Metro line on the Asian side on Istanbul at Bonstanic Station, exit 2. Staff were friendly and helpful they printed off our boarding passes for free and recommend we take the bus 10 to the sea area where there are good restaurants and bars. It's a good quality hotel for the cost and better value than in Taksim.

Amazing location, close to Kadıköy pier. From Kadiköy you can easily reach European side or islands by ferry. Hotel is new, very clean and modern. Friendly and helpful staff. Really huge room. Highly recommend this place to stay.

I have never got such good customer treatments,everyone was very kind and very helpful,the receptionists even offered me a bigger room for free a day!and gave me a gift,the breakfast was delicious , the location is excellent iwill add a picture of the view ,I'm definitely coming again,

I drove in Turkey for half a month and stayed in more than 10 hotels. I must come to praise this hotel. 1. First of all, the location is excellent. Take the airport bus No. 16 to Taksim Square and walk to the hotel. Next to it is the five-star Ramada, which is very convenient for eating and shopping; 2. The hotel is relatively clean. The most troublesome thing in Turkey is the hygiene standard. The five-star hotel is also unsatisfactory. I hope the boss will continue to work hard on the hygiene standard; 3. We booked the 18-square-meter room, which is spacious enough, the bathroom is also sufficient, and the details are fully considered; 4. In addition to the facilities, the attitude and ability of the boss to solve problems reflect whether a hotel is good or not. There was a little episode on the first day of check-in, and the boss solved it perfectly. I give the boss a thumbs up; 5. When I come to Turkey again, this is the only hotel I want to stay in. Ξενοδοχείο στη πλατεία Ταξίμ , σε τοποθεσία που εξυπηρετεί τις μετακινήσεις στο κέντρο της πόλης και βρίσκεις πολλά μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια. Δωμάτια χωρίς καθόλου θέα και με πολύ θόρυβο από το δρόμο. Το πρωϊνό φτωχό, μόνο η θέα από την αίθουσα του πρωϊνού αξίζει.

To begin with, now this hotel is called DNZ TAXIM FERİDİYE HoTEL. I booked a stay for three nights through booking in a deluxe room. Upon arrival, we were given a different room that did not match the description and photo when booking. We returned to the administrator with an attempt to explain that the number was clearly different. He looked for our reservation for a long time, found it, and eventually gave us another room. It was larger and similar in size to the one in the photo, but it did not match in appearance. We were told that there were no other rooms available. In the end, I had to stay in this room. Then we began to examine it in more detail and were in a slight shock. The point was the condition of the room itself: the door trims were broken off, the walls were all chipped to the ground, the sink was loose, the shower hose was frayed, the faucet that was kept on parole. The faucet and fan just stuck out of the wall, everything above the doorway in the bathroom was smeared with cement without any kind of decoration (everything is in the photo). Towels are dirty, with lipstick residue and holes. Bed linen was also in question. The price included breakfast, which again turned out to be not the same as in the photo on bo***********A photo of breakfast is also attached to the review. The main thing there is half a loaf. Arabs work at the front desk, who know a couple of words in English, that is, it is extremely difficult to communicate with them. And finally, the cherry on the cake. We decided that we could not stand here for three nights and leave after two nights. As a result, the administrators canceled our reservation when we checked out, and sent information to booking that we supposedly did not check in. In general, they simply deceive people! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Well, I booked online for our family of 5 members. They advised they have an apartment suitable for us. When I reached there, we found that the apartment is not in the main building, we have to climb long stairs Infront of the building, then go up a little hill, then go up again the stairs for 3 floors with all the luggage just to find out that the apartment has only one AC in the main room but the other one with the sofa and extra bed has no AC in August!!!! That was very very disappointing since it was never mentioned anywhere, neither that the apartment is in a separate building nor it is in a higher floor or not fully air-condionned but what happened next was what made us feel at home. Bora, the one at the reception, who confirmed my booking then did his best to try shuffling some rooms so we can fit in the main building but since me and the rest of the family were willing to stay together, I suggested to try one night and see if we could handle the heat or we will need to move to more than one room in the main building. At night we had a wonderful window view of the old town and Galata tower that I wouldn't give for any air-conditoned room :))) Despite the apartment was very small and we could barely move but it was really clean and it had everything we could need to feel home. The sound of seagulls woke us up in the morning and we slept watching the moonlight covering Galata Tower at night. A wonderful experience i wish to repeat, we were lucky because it was full moon. They always sent someone to clean and change the bed sheets and towels, and they did their best helping with the luggage up and down. The day of check out, they were very generous, they made a discount on the full amount as an apology we didn't know much about the apartment, and the owner offered us simit and cheese, a very traditional yet yummy Turkish breakfast. I loved the stay, what made it beautiful was the generosity of the staff, how welcoming they were, the cleanness of the place and the unforgettable view of the apartment, I will definitely go back

Perfect stay in central of istanbul. Walking distance to Taksim and Galata Tower. Sishane metro and Tophane tram station are also nearby. Room was clean. The only thing we need maybe an electric kettle inside the room to make tea and coffee. And also more variety in the breakfast

I stayed in an Economy Double Room which I feel is a bit small for 2 people. If I stay again, I would stay in a Deluxe Double room. The reception staff are very helpful. The room itself is lovely and is nicely furnished. I went to the sauna and the hammam. The sauna wasn’t working, but someone was trying to fix it whilst I was there. I’m not sure what the point is of the hammam as it wasn’t explained to me how to use it. Breakfast was good and had a good selection. You can order an omelette if you wish. The location is great – very convenient for the tram and to walk to some of the tourist attractions. I would stay at Bentley Hotel Old City Istanbul again.
