Ferian Plaza Hotel ★★★

"I had a bad experience with this hotel. The reservation was for two days, they called me warning on the first day that they would close my stay because there was no availability at the hotel, and the reservation was for only one day. I asked to resolve the situation because I was no longer there, I had come out to my commitment. When I came to make my things up, they were no longer there, moved everything without my permission, and moved to another room, I went and decided to stay with a colleague who was in the same room, all right, I returned to the evening for my commit, I came to the room the night, and you know, my things were not there, they changed again to another room, no one knew where my bag was, And after a while a boy came with his bag in the reception, warning that he was in his room, it was a humiliating situation, I felt unsure, it was very uncomfortable. I left the room without at least having a manager to apologize for the situation, I a woman who is 500km away from my house, needing to find a hotel to stay at 20 a.m."
