"200 for a view and peace Ok You have them and go And externally you say it will be perfect Somewhere it says breakfast, there is no breakfast of course so immediately more or less for its price Clean ok we had it While they had not informed us that a lady was entering the room, when we returned on the first day the bed had simply been made No other towels or anything Then why does she enter ??for the bed? They didn't even put shower gel There was a small bottle Not a clothesline for the beach clothes and you can't sit outside all day because there is no shade on the balcony In general just the view and your good mood for a vacation But not again"

"This was our 4th stay at The Peratzada and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff are fantastic, the views amazing and the hotel really quirky. Katrina is a huge asset to the hotel We did think that a little bit of sprucing up would be in order and also that the management should consider making it adults only as there is too little space in the public areas for children to let off steam. However, this would no discourage us from going back!"

"This establishment is made up of several recently renovated buildings. It has a lovely atmosphere. Our accommodation was very spacious: two beautiful bedrooms, a living room, a proper kitchen, a beautiful terrace (with a sea view), and a small balcony. It was clean and well-equipped; there was even a small dishwasher. We only had one problem: the oven didn't work; in fact, as soon as we turned it on, it tripped the circuit breaker. I reported it to the reception manager, but nothing seems to have been resolved. It's quite possible (and even highly recommended) to book directly through the Ithaca'Poem website. It's quick and easy to book by sending a deposit via bank transfer. And it's especially advantageous, as the price is significantly lower than what wholesalers offer. We had a wonderful time at this place and left with regret."

"Appartement with a bedroom. Positive sides: excellent view - clean criticism: we were in 3 and the stoves were scarce (3 cups but 2 packs); no big pentle - broken air conditioner in the area of the day, In the 3 nights of stay there was the weekend and they could not adjust it (at least 37 degrees was difficult to sleep) - no sticks to dry costumes or fabrics. Our friends who stayed in the apartment with 2 bedrooms had a good accommodation, but I can't say that."

"Perfect location 3 min walk to Vathi square we had Garden Room on ground floor clean and tidy host was lovely good value relaxed atmosphere only negatives bar closed at 9pm if you want a drink when you get back from dinner order before you go and leave in room no kettle in room so no cuppa between 9pm and 8am there is a fridge in room so if known I would have brought own kettle and bits but bakery on square open at 7am so problem solved so only real negative was the bed very hard memory foam topper would have been appreciated"
