I have stayed at this hotel several times. The view from the room is great, with both the mountains and the sea, which is very relaxing. I'm glad that the hot springs are relatively empty. The staff are also kind, so I recommend this hotel.

I booked a Japanese-Western room with "hot spring water supply" listed under facilities through Rurubu Travel. When I checked at check-in, I was told that if I wanted hot spring water supply, I had to book a room-specific plan in order for it to be available. I told Rurubu Travel that the site said hot spring water supply was available, but they insisted that it was only available with a room-specific plan. When I contacted Rurubu, they said that the accommodation facility was responsible for the displayed content and wording of the plan. This is false advertising and also constitutes a misleading representation of benefits, so I am considering filing a complaint with the Consumer Affairs Agency.

We stayed here with our child on the first day of summer vacation. There was a campaign where children's rates were free! We were satisfied with the cheap stay, with only the adult room rate. It was quite deep in the mountains. It didn't bother us because we had a car. The room was quite spacious with two semi-double beds, but there was also a Japanese-style room, so it was very spacious! Separate bathroom and toilet. Free Wi-Fi available. There was a microwave in the common area. There was a pot in each room. No bottled water service. There was a refrigerator, but it wasn't ice cold. The freezer was so cold that it melted a Papico, so don't expect too much. The amenities were decent. If you have trouble sleeping in a yukata, bring your own pajamas. Slippers available. In the morning, we were given complimentary bread, up to two pieces per person, and coffee, etc. It was individually wrapped, so we took it to our room. They said they would give us a bag if we couldn't carry it. It seems we could eat it at the restaurant. The view was amazing. The bread was so delicious that we ate it all without heating it up. I would have liked to buy just the bread! The staff at the check-in desk and the staff at the front desk from night to morning were very kind. The hot spring is quite hot, so it may be difficult for small children to enter. There is no lotion in the large bath. I don't know if it was from the floor above or the room next door, but I could hear the voices and footsteps of children running around. I was careful not to let my family hear me. It may be easier to hear than a normal hotel. It depends on the price, but I would like to use it again.
