"The gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful, especially the one in the evenings. The cleaning staff was also helpful, and the food at the hotel was very good. So was the service. I stayed in a room with a nice view of the garden and swimming pool, and the room came with a bathtub. Unfortunately the conditions of the air-conditioner/fan were overlooked, as it was full of dust. And the senior lady at the front desk just threw the items to be recycled away, after being told that they were for recycling. She could have said no and not to take them instead."
