"Facilities: The hotel parking lot is quite large, but the rooms are rather small. $400 a night is quite expensive. Cleanliness: The room was fairly clean, with little dust. Environment: The hotel environment is nice; it's located in the closest town to Grand Teton National Park, making it convenient for visiting the park. Service: The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast served all day was very convenient."

"Jackson Hotel is the best hotel in our trip. The service is very good. From the front desk, I sent two bottles of mineral water. I asked how we were going to play. I put a welcome card and a box of chocolates in the room. The details are full! Except for the expensive point, there is really nothing wrong with it. Unexpected!"

"The cabin was old but clean.Thr problem was that our water heater failed, they had to work for four hours in the room with all of our stuff inside. They couldn't fix it since it's an old installation, they offerd us to move to another cabin, and give a discount for the inconvenience, we accepted. In the second cabin the hot water ALSO FAILED, my kid was freezing at half shower, it was midnight New years eve so we went to sleep and didn't shower. At the next day the lady in the front desk refused to honor the disccount even when i told her we also had problems on the second cabin, she had a very rude attitude. Jackson it's a beautiful town but I wouldn't recommend the elk for your stay."
