NICE CULTURAL SHOW EVERYDAY IN THE EVENING WITH DIFFERENT LOCAL FOLK INSTRUMENTS DAILY.
ROOMS & LOBBY WITH HIGH CEILINGS & TRULY A PALACE FEEL.
VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED AT CITY CENTRE.
EXCELLENT SERVICE.
FOOD VARIETY/QUALITY/PRESENTATION ALSO VERY GOOD.

Abysmal staff. Lazy. Didn’t want to place a sun bed because it was ‘about to rain’. Asked him to call his manager so he reluctantly placed the bed.
Spa and steam can only accommodate one person at a time which is ridiculous for such a large hotel.
Food is good.

An extremely hospitable palace hotel felt like a complete home away from home all the staff excel their services beyond expectations. Felt so grateful to be a part of this ganatabulous experience . Also Mr. Abhimanyu at the front office took really good care and was really helpful

A hotel that makes you feel like you’re staying in the most beautiful of homes. A very warm welcome, very comfortable rooms, pretty gardens, lovely pool. Service excellent. Cinnamon restaurant the best of Indian food and great service. Definitely the place to stay in Jaipur. Well located for all the sites but very quiet.

We had an excellent stay at JaiMahal Palace. Even though it was a short stay for 2 days and 1 night only but we made sure to try all the rajasthani dishes at the in house Restsurant Cinnamon. The food was beyond my expectation with perfect mix of ingredients and spices. You could feel the taste of every ingredient separately. You could feel the quality and perfection in every dish.

Quiet rooms with v.good air-conditioning. Rooms were clean and super quiet though metro line was seen from the room.the food was excellent and much tastier than many more expensive Taj Palace hotels that we visited during last one month.the palace though a bit smaller was really beautiful and very well maintained. The staff was highly trained and the manager Mr Shiv Mathur was very helpful and looked after the guest very well and I am sure that he will succeed in growing the lclient base of this excellent palace hotel

One of the best properties of Taj with the best possible hospitality. GM Mr shiv mathur and his team made the stay so memorable that just cannot think of staying at any other property in jaipur.each penny spend at the propert was worth in short can say Full paisa vassal. Overall the best experience, best hotel, delicious breakfast, friendly & attentive staff, Rooms clean and tidy throughout our stay. Beautiful ambience. Staff always greeting you with smile, Marbel Arch served delicious breakfast buffet with all kind of varieties, Loved it, Himanshi & Monu Pratap was always attentive & ready to help. Had a great stay with family, would surely like to visit again.
