"One of the worst Marriott ever. The front desk claims don’t treat this as Marriott property as we are just using their name but we don’t give any Marriott category service. Being a Bonvoy Gold Elite I asked if there is a separate counter or atleast expedite checkin and check out and there is none. I have been clearly told that don’t expect Marriott service here and speak to Saurabh Bhardwaj if you have a problem who happens to be their GM. They turn off ACs at night. Food is mediocre at the best. Service is totally non response. You have to ask same things multiple times. God save Marriott privileged members who think this is a Marriott property."
