I stayed for two nights and asked for scissors at the front desk. I opened the door and saw the aunt trot all the way. It was really enthusiastic. I went to the foot bath on the 4th floor. Excellent service provided by reception, Tim Zhang and all the outdoor pool staff! The were many delicious western options for breakfast and in-room dining. The outdoor pool was cleaned daily and the city view from that floor was amazing! I'd definitely return. The best hotel in Jiaxing City!

marvelous! This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in at the same price! Everything is good! The environment is quiet, very clean, and the room is large. It has disposable shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, a gym, a washing machine and dryer, a projector, and many new blockbusters can be watched for free. There is a small sofa and a small Smart speakers, breakfast buffet is also delicious. Close to the train station. The hotel is also very conveniently located near various restaurants. Service was good, friendly, facilities there seems to be plenty, good architecture design. Cons: non-smoking room smells like smoke continuosly, suggesting the aircon system is circulating smoke from somewhere. it's not squeaky clean Breakfast was pretty good. Nearby parks are nice to walk in.

The overall price/performance ratio is very high, the location is good, the front desk upgraded the room for free, but the attitude of the housekeeping center is very average, they were reluctant to give me an extra quilt, and the person who answered the phone was impatient. The several dishes we ordered tasted very good, and we were told that the portions were large and we should order smaller portions. An extra large fruit plate was given with the meal. Room: The slippers in the room are of very good quality, the mineral water is generously provided, and there is a fruit plate prepared when you enter. If I have to find fault, it is that the second floor of the lake view room can only see a bit of the lake. Also, the air conditioner was a bit loud at night. Environment: The hotel environment reminds me of the Yangzhou Guest House. Although it is not that big, it really takes a few steps to get a view. The hotel also has a south gate and a west gate where you can directly enter Nanhu Park by swiping your room card. Nanhu Park is large and free, and many people walk on the lake to exercise. The hotel is a bit far away from the Huijingyuan Pier to the Red Boat. It is recommended that self-driving friends take a taxi and then take a walk back to the hotel. Nanhu Hotel will come again in the future!

I went out for a walk with my kids at the end of March. I came here for the children's playground, but I unexpectedly encountered cherry blossoms in full bloom! The hotel is in Luxiehui, an open-style hotel. The lobby restaurant and guest rooms are in different buildings. It is recommended to add a card access control system at the door and elevator downstairs of the customer service building, because the entire area is open. I had high expectations for the children's playground, but found it to be just so-so. Maybe I usually go to Nai'erbao to walk my kids, and my kids' appetite for playing has been spoiled. I only went in once and came out in less than 2 hours. The hotel charges 50 yuan for one adult and one child for guests staying in the hotel, and 168 yuan for tourists. It is worth it for 50 yuan, but not for 168 yuan. The biggest advantage is that there are very few people, and the population density is less than one-tenth of Nai'erbao. The breakfast room is too small. On weekend mornings, you have to go in and wait for others to finish eating before you can get a seat. The breakfast is so-so. The guest room can only ask for 3 bottles of mineral water at a time. If there are more than 3 bottles, you need to ask for them in batches. I don't understand the meaning of this setting. In short, the hotel is good and I will consider it next time I go to Jiaxing.
