酒店的別墅設計融合了當地藏族文化元素，提供了無與倫比的景觀和私密感。別墅房間內擁有景觀露台和天文望遠鏡，配備私人庭院、火爐和下沉式泡池。酒店入住歡迎儀式非常給力。 服務方面，酒店提供專屬管家服務，員工具備高主動服務意識，能夠及時主動響應客人的需求。比如客房服務員發現我們用電腦，就及時送來了鏡紙和鼠標墊，還留了卡片，非常貼心。管家涅巴更是非常周到，無微不至。 餐飲方面，酒店內設有多家餐廳和酒吧，提供多樣化的美食選擇。中餐，西餐，特色餐都可圈可點，餐廳總監非常敬業，全天都在餐廳忙碌。 另外，酒店還提供豐富的活動，如藏家探訪、馬幫牧場徒步等，讓客人體驗當地的文化和自然風光。

Facilities: The hotel's public areas and rooms are decorated in great detail, including the 4 different beverage cups. Environment: The real scene is better than the photo, and walking in the hotel really feels like a hidden world. I went out for an hour during the National Day holiday and met more than 30 staff members and 2 guests who were about to leave the hotel.

因為開了國內唯一一家隱世麗思卡爾頓而特意在國慶假期一家人來九寨溝玩，這個價位下，酒店的位置還是很不錯的，遠離山腳下魯能小鎮的商業氛圍，酒店整體配套設施和房間內部的硬件設施都還不錯，服務方面還不錯，碰到一些問題也都能解決。衞生方面有待提高，這個價位早餐的餐具竟然沒清洗乾淨，換房間後的陽台沙發有挺多污漬毛髮。關於預訂酒店的權益問題要吐槽一下，一開始預訂的時候發現隱世界山海閣的權益包含了接送機服務，而更貴的尊榮房型卻沒有，還特意打電話給酒店諮詢這個問題，得到的回答是都會包含的，所以才定的尊榮房型，但是入住後和酒店定送站時間的時候卻告知並不包含，後來經過溝通也是解決了這個問題

房間特別大，每一間都是別墅套房，衞生間巨大。客廳也特別好，還有露台，風景很美。服務員管家也都特別用心，強烈推薦！

The room is large, and the balcony faces the mountain view, which looks very comfortable. You can light a stove and candles at night to create a more atmospheric atmosphere. I had a dinner, which tasted good, and a rich breakfast.

續住了，續住了。今天天氣放晴，一大早先灰根茄。今天騎了馬，逛了非遺博物館，瞭解了藏羌文化，充實的一天，晚上去了彩雲軒吃了美食，強烈推薦隱世麻椒酥牛肋，太好吃了。回到房間點起爐子，繼續還魂茄，太舒服了。如果不是還要帶孩子去成都看大熊貓我們真想住到7號直接回家，孩子也捨不得，過段時間有機會再來看彩林。

房間面積很大，有自己獨立的院子和露台。早上的山景非常漂亮！早餐很好吃，要是樣式更多些就好了。房間衞生很乾凈，退房時效率很高，還贈送了小禮物。管家服務態度親切，有求必應
