Top 5-Star Hotels in Jiuzhaigou

Outstanding majestic new property not too far away from Juizhaigou Unesco Nature Park and set within the Resort with branded shops such as Adidas, Nike, a Musuem etc etc. Ans HardRock Cafe too. Right outside the resort is a whole row of eateries. The room is generously stayed out in modern furnishings. We had a room that faces the lake and the mountain. It was glorious! Food quality was 5* and aligned with the Hilton Brand of global properties. And while the hardware was outstanding, I was even more impressed by a couple of individuals - ine was front desk Reception Ms Janice. Her service was tops! We connected prior to Arrivals and I needed help with reservations out of Juizhaigou and transportations. She was so patient and delivered above and beyond! Truly upholding the Hilton brand. A valuable asset that Hilton should continue to groom. Another 2 staff who should be recognised is Oscar from dining and Andy from front desk. Both made our 3N stay extra memorable. I will also like to mention the chefs at the main dining hall. We throughly enjoyed the alar carte yak burgers, buffet dinner and amazing spread of breakfast selections. Oh yes....Mia- trainee at main dining hall was extra diligent and went to the back patisier to get vanilla cream when she realised it was not placed by the bread and butter pudding section. Overall 5*

The location is in the newly developed Luneng Hotel Group in Jiuzhaigou. Conrad is different from several other hotels in that it is really quiet here, and the rooms are all in a single-family house. The sense of privacy is very good. The view from the room is also beautiful. The front desk staff is very warm and thoughtful, and contacted us in advance to arrange the room and check-in fruit. Conrad and Hilton belong to the same family, and dinner was eaten at Hilton's Mai Restaurant! It was really super super super delicious and the service was also very very good. The overall feeling was very good.

Amazing hotel hidden between the hills right over the ridge of the Jiuzhaigou colorful lakes valley. Hotel appears to be fully recovered from the earthquake that hit the region in 2017. We were super lucky to finally visit the Jiuzhaigou park and stay at Intercontinental was a cherry on top of the pie. Hotel kindly gave us a complimentary entry to their fantastic hot springs - which was really wonderful to relax after 36 km hiking across the Jiuzhaigou park. Breakfast, as per intercontinental standard was great. Although due to golden week some most popular stations (waffles) required few minutes queue. Hotel was full but we still happened to be given a parking spot in the underground garage. All in all - fantastic stay.

The second hotel I stayed in Jiuzhaigou, I hesitated for a long time and chose Indigo Hygiene: Five-star standard is no problem, cleaning is timely Facilities: ******* and Qiang style hotel, room decoration and overall hotel decoration are very unique Service: Peter is very nice! Very considerate to help arrange various matters, and also helped to arrange the vehicle to the back mountain Zhongchagou. The driver is also very nice and took good care of my mother Environment: Indigo, Hilton and Conrad are owned by the same owner. In terms of hotel environment, Conrad is indeed more beautiful, but you can also go to Conrad for a stroll if you stay here hahaha Three ******* fun experiences: The ******* and Qiang Intangible Heritage Museum is worth a visit, the hotel gives away tickets, and some handmade shops in the town are also very beautiful, you can go shopping~

Although the hotel has to go up a mountain and is some distance from the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, it is worth spending time to stay at the Banyan Tree for one night! With the unique advantages of the geographical environment, I finally understand why so much effort and financial resources have been spent to set up a hotel here! Only when you come to the scene can you know this kind of shock and emotion! Although there are some unbuilt villas on the mountainside, once you reach the top of the mountain, Banyan Tree's gardens, forest paths, lights and music are more than enough to make up for it! The food arrangement in the restaurant is also very exquisite! The engineering staff are on call very quickly. If you don’t understand the screencasting method, they can provide support immediately! Only the ladies at the reception desk express themselves too directly and require a strong tolerance for interaction!

Let me first state that this is an evaluation based on my personal experience. The absolute fact is 🙋🏻♀️ The reason I initially chose Xingyu International Hotel was that it was convenient to take a through train! This is also true. Just get on the bus directly in the open space outside the hotel. Don’t be too happy about being on time with few people and cars! Now let’s talk about the hotel! I gave the facilities a 4🌟 (I actually wanted 4 and a half stars, but I didn’t have that option🙏) Because compared to some hotels with automated systems nowadays, Xingyu is indeed incomparable. However, although the facilities are not high-tech, they have everything that a hotel should have. The room decoration is full of ******* characteristics, which is the original hotel in my impression. Looks like 😊 I gave it a 5 for hygiene🌟 After all, the hotel is old, and some of the furnishings look a bit retro (not to say old, it varies from person to person, I can accept it), so it gives people a dirty feeling, but I have touched it and it is clean. Actually, I wanted to give 4 stars because at first I felt that it was old and dirty, so I wanted to give 4 stars. But to be honest, it was a bit unfair to be deducted like this. Later, I changed it to 5🌟🤣 (This score is highly controversial. This is just my own judgment and does not represent everyone. Please consider it!) I gave it a 4🌟 for the environment (there are more personal factors, I’m sorry🙏) Xingyu Hotel is really big! There is a large open space at the door, which is convenient for parking various vehicles; the hotel seems to have its own garden space (I was too tired to see it, I just saw it when passing by). The restaurant is large and the room size is suitable (we Haha! However, just because it is big, I guess that the hotel is trying to save resources and costs, which makes the whole hotel feel not bright enough for me. The lobby is not bright enough, the corridor outside the room is not bright enough, and the room lights are not bright enough (the room lights are yellowish). A sense of darkness, depression, and lack of energy! I give 5🌟 for service Although the previous reviews are mixed, I really want to praise the hotel's service👍🏻The receptionist at the front desk is very enthusiastic (people are already saying hello before they reach the check-in desk😅) The young man and the young lady are handsome and beautiful😍 He politely and patiently helped me check in and led me to our room (you may say that this is the service we should have, but I will write it down here because I stayed in three different rooms in three days). hotel, only Xingyu leads the way👍🏻) When we returned to the hotel after going out in the evening, the handsome guy at the door (later added VX to become our housekeeper Xiao Zhang when we stayed at Xingyu. I lost a young lady named Chen Xi due to my own mistakes during check-in🤪) and greeted me warmly. Helped us take the stored luggage back to the room. On the way back to the room, he noticed that we had just gone to the restaurant to eat, and he helped us introduce local characteristics and local food👍🏻 After returning to the room, I found that there was fresh fruit in the room (this was not available in other hotels before! 🥰) Finally, let’s talk about other aspects: Breakfast is in the form of a buffet, and the variety is quite diverse, leaning towards Chinese style (I like a single salad, so I didn’t eat it). There is a noodle stall, but it seems that they all choose rice noodles, not noodles (my son had clear soup) Rice noodles, if there are noodles, he will choose noodles) The distance between the hotel and the scenic spot is remote, so you need to take a ride back and forth. The fare is between 20 and 25. It will be cheaper if you carpool 🤏 There is the number one restaurant on the Internet (Zangyage) in the alley next to the hotel. You can try it if you walk there (I won’t review it here). Had an amazing stay at Licheng Bieyuan. Everything was perfect! The staff and owner were so kind and helpful! The room was spacious, clean and really comfortable. The hotel is located just 5 min away from the main street with all the restaurants and stores as well as just 5 min walk from the entrance of the Jiuzhaigou Valley. We took a coach from Songpan Station and asked the driver to drop us off/pick us up right in front of the hotel. Big plus also for the breakfast which offered both Chinese and continental options as well as for the hot bath, which was really relaxing after a long day! Overall would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back next time!

Oh my god, the room is really beautiful and the decoration style is very nice! Specially for filming, the room also has speakers, which makes it very comfortable. The young lady was very gentle and enthusiastic and would drive us to the room. It's snowing and innocent Jujujumei Tianna!

The resort is highly recommended because of proximity to romance show theater..also VERY VERY helpful staff.when returning back to airport,they booked taxi,but the taxi got stuck someplace.they immediately scolded the taxi company ,notified us and booked another taxi . There are cultural programmed...sauna and hot water pool...all free and ready to use.my wife used the sauna,they allowed her to wear a dress of her choosing...they Al's gave her water and fruits afterwards. The BEST part for us,a INDIAN VEGETARIAN jain couple was that they cooked us Maggi noodles ,which we had bought from mumbai.they served us in a bowl. There are language issues ,but front desk DOES communicate brilliantly with translator. Only down side was the fridge was NOT working AND AC was not functional ,they provided us with a fan. Afternoon,there were free cakes and fruits. They provide airport pick up,provided we inform them 2 days in advance....all in all,the rooms were very big,excellent interior and well trained staff.

We were not disappointed when we chose Rundu Hotel. The front desk lady was very welcoming and gave us a big room upgrade. She also gave us fruit and milk. The room was clean and well-equipped. The hotel also had a rich breakfast. The hotel is in a very good location. It is next to the bus terminal. It is very convenient to come from Chengdu. It is a seven or eight minute walk from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. There are many restaurants around. You can try the yak hot pot. The scenery of Jiuzhaigou is really beautiful. The hotel can be recommended to friends who come to Jiuzhaigou.
